Description
技术领域
本发明涉及血管医疗用途的支架,尤其涉及适用于动脉血管的血管支架。
背景技术
动脉是从心脏运送含氧量高的血液到全身的血管,如果胆固醇等脂肪物质在动脉血管内壁积聚,动脉管径就会逐渐狭窄,血液便无法顺畅流通。若狭窄处发生在心脏冠状动脉,一旦体力或压力增加而需要更多氧气及养份供应时,变窄的血管无法实时反应、增加足够的血液流量,就会引起患者心绞痛或气短等心肌缺氧症状,甚至还可能导致急性心肌梗塞或心脏衰竭而死亡。
有上述心血管疾病患者,目前透过医疗检测后多以药物控制为主,但症状较严重患者则需要进一步作治疗。以往从心导管检查中,发现患者血管有狭窄的现象时,多是以开刀采取冠状动脉绕道手术,或是以气球扩张术,借球囊将血管的动脉硬化斑块压扁,让血管有正常的管径空间,但半年内约不少患者还是会再出现狭窄情形。
为了克服上述缺失,现今多采用的是在狭窄处置入血管支架。血管支架是一种环状网整体呈现细小管状物。而置放方式是将气球导管引导至患部,利用气球扩张时撑开狭窄处,再将血管支架留置固定该处后取出气球。血管支架可让血管保持原来管径的扩张状态,减少血管壁回缩或血管剥离,维持血管血流畅通有效减少冠状动脉心脏疾病的症状。而支架一旦置入血管日后会被新生的血管内膜覆盖,不再暴露于血管中永久留在病患体内。
虽然血管支架可直接撑住血管改善血管再狭窄的缺失,但在医学临床运用上却发现,当血管细胞被撑开后,内皮细胞会产生反应,使血管平滑肌细胞增生,往支架的网状空间中生长出新的血管内皮组织,因此即便装了支架,仍无法完全避免相同的问题产生,尽管机率比以往的气球扩张术来得降低许多,但半年内患者会有再狭窄的可能。
为了解决血管内皮细胞的过度生长的问题,目前有涂药或特殊涂层血管支架因应而生。涂药血管支架是在支架的表面涂药,药物会缓缓渗入周围的管壁组织,防止组织的增生而再度堵塞血管,然而,通过采用涂药于支架表面方式,无法达到有效的长时间药物治疗目的,极大的影响了治疗效果,鉴于以上缺陷,实有必要设计适用于动脉血管的血管支架。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供适用于动脉血管的血管支架,来解决背景技术提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:适用于动脉血管的血管支架,包括注射器、扩张球囊,还包括扩张机构和供药机构,所述的扩张机构由架体、梁架、连接环和弹力架组成,所述的供药机构由供药架、连接架和加固架组成,所述的架体形状为环形,所述的梁架数量为若干件,所述的梁架均匀环绕于架体内,所述的梁架与架体一体相连,所述的连接环数量为若干件,所述的连接环均匀分布于梁架两两之间,所述的连接环与梁架一体相连,所述的弹力架数量为若干件,所述的弹力架均匀分布于连接环两两之间,所述的弹力架与连接环一体相连,所述的供药架数量为若干件,所述的供药架均匀环绕于架体左右两侧,所述的供药架与架体一体相连,所述的连接架数量为若干件,所述的连接架从左至右依次分布于供药架两两之间,所述的连接架与供药架一体相连,所述的加固架位于供药架另一端,所述的加固架与供药架一体相连。
进一步,所述的架体、梁架、连接环、弹力架、供药架、连接架和加固架都为降解材质,所述的降解材质为可降解生物材料。
进一步,所述的连接环形状为环形,所述的连接环有弹性记忆作用。
进一步,所述的弹力架形状为折叠形态,所述的弹力架有弹性记忆作用。
进一步,所述的供药架内部还设有存药腔,所述的存药腔为空心腔体。

与现有技术相比,该适用于动脉血管的血管支架,术前,医护人员首先将对应药物注入到供药架内部的存药腔内部,具体操作如下,首先采用现有技术中的注射器吸取膏状药物,再将注射器的针头深入流药孔内并推动注射器,即注射器内部药膏从流药孔内部流入到存药腔内,此时通过上述,从而实现药物的填入,手术时,置入血管支架,即血管支架进入血管狭窄区域,接着医护人员通过操作现有技术中的扩张球囊,使扩张球囊到达扩张机构内部区域,当扩张球囊膨胀时,因扩张机构内部设有若干数量的连接环与弹力架,且连接环与弹力架都具有良好的弹力记忆效果,从而能够在外界扩张球囊的膨胀作用下跟随向周围管壁组织内壁进行膨胀,即达到扩张目的,此时通过上述,能够达到对患者血管狭窄区域的有效膨胀,即确保了后续血液的顺畅流通,同时,因供药机构的配合作用,即供药架内部的药物会缓缓渗入周围的管壁组织,最终有效的防止组织增生而再度堵塞血管,极大的提高了治疗效果,减轻了并发症的产生,该适用于动脉血管的血管支架,结构巧妙、功能强大,首先通过扩张机构的设计,能够方便医护人员实现对患者血管狭窄区域的扩张,即确保了后续血液的顺畅流通,其次通过内置供药机构的配合效果,能够让药物缓缓渗入周围的管壁组织,最终有效的防止组织增生而再度堵塞血管,极大的提高了治疗效果,减轻了并发症的产生,利于临床的推广应用,同时,因架体、梁架、连接环、弹力架、供药架、连接架和加固架都为降解材质,从而能够随着时间的流逝,最后逐渐由血管组织降解。

该适用于动脉血管的血管支架,术前,医护人员首先将对应药物注入到供药架5内部的存药腔501内部,具体操作如下,首先采用现有技术中的注射器11吸取膏状药物,再将注射器11的针头深入流药孔502内并推动注射器11,即注射器11内部药膏从流药孔502内部流入到存药腔501内,此时通过上述,从而实现药物的填入,手术时,置入血管支架,即血管支架进入血管狭窄区域,接着医护人员通过操作现有技术中的扩张球囊12,使扩张球囊12到达扩张机构内部区域,当扩张球囊12膨胀时,因扩张机构内部设有若干数量的连接环4与弹力架5,且连接环3与弹力架4都具有良好的弹力记忆效果,从而能够在外界扩张球囊12的膨胀作用下跟随向周围管壁组织内壁进行膨胀,即达到扩张目的,此时通过上述,能够达到对患者血管狭窄区域的有效膨胀,即确保了后续血液的顺畅流通,同时,因供药机构的配合作用,即供药架5内部的药物会缓缓渗入周围的管壁组织,最终有效的防止组织增生而再度堵塞血管,极大的提高了治疗效果,减轻了并发症的产生,同时,因架体1、梁架2、连接环3、弹力架4、供药架5、连接架6和加固架7都为降解材质,从而能够随着时间的流逝,最后逐渐由血管组织降解。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所做出的种种变换,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.适用于动脉血管的血管支架,包括注射器、扩张球囊,其特征在于还包括扩张机构和供药机构,所述的扩张机构由架体、梁架、连接环和弹力架组成,所述的供药机构由供药架、连接架和加固架组成,所述的架体形状为环形,所述的梁架数量为若干件,所述的梁架均匀环绕于架体内,所述的梁架与架体一体相连,所述的连接环数量为若干件,所述的连接环均匀分布于梁架两两之间,所述的连接环与梁架一体相连,所述的弹力架数量为若干件,所述的弹力架均匀分布于连接环两两之间,所述的弹力架与连接环一体相连,所述的供药架数量为若干件,所述的供药架均匀环绕于架体左右两侧,所述的供药架与架体一体相连,所述的连接架数量为若干件,所述的连接架从左至右依次分布于供药架两两之间,所述的连接架与供药架一体相连,所述的加固架位于供药架另一端,所述的加固架与供药架一体相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的适用于动脉血管的血管支架,其特征在于所述的架体、梁架、连接环、弹力架、供药架、连接架和加固架都为降解材质,所述的降解材质为可降解生物材料。
3.如权利要求2所述的适用于动脉血管的血管支架,其特征在于所述的连接环形状为环形,所述的连接环有弹性记忆作用。
4.如权利要求3所述的适用于动脉血管的血管支架,其特征在于所述的弹力架形状为折叠形态,所述的弹力架有弹性记忆作用。
5.如权利要求4所述的适用于动脉血管的血管支架,其特征在于所述的供药架内部还设有存药腔,所述的存药腔为空心腔体。
6.如权利要求5所述的适用于动脉血管的血管支架,其特征在于所述的供药架内部前端从左至右依次还设有若干数量的流药孔,所述的流药孔为圆形通孔。
