丁香:缓解腹部气胀,增加胃液分泌,增强消化能力,减轻恶心呕吐,水煎剂对葡萄球菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌等有抑制作用。
香附子:疏肝解郁,理气宽中,调经止痛。
枳壳:理气宽中,行滞消胀。
乌梅:敛肺,涩肠,生津,安蛔。

在凸轮5下压面团的过程中,挡板15也在面团的压力下被下压,使得挡板15上方的和面桶1内的空气总量不变但体积变大,因此压强减小,造成储液桶2和和面桶1出现压强差,使得储液桶2内的水和配料沿着进液管3被吸入和面桶1内,并且由于挡板15为中空盘状,挡板15滑动连接的弹出部在凸轮5下压时也沿着挡板15上端面的通孔滑入挡板15内部,当凸轮5转动时还能对面团施加水平方向的力产生类似于人和面时搓揉的效果;
当凸轮5转动至不再与面团相抵时,面团不再对挡板15有向下的压力,由于挡板15下端面与储液箱底面之间固定连接有第一弹簧13,使得挡板15回弹至初始位置,弹出部在第二弹簧14的作用下弹出通孔,对面团产生冲击力,实现击打面团,能够防止面团与挡板15粘连并且能够进一步使得和面更加充分,在弹出部和凸轮5的共同的不断击打下,面团与水充分混合,水进入和面桶1后在凸轮5的不断转动下与面团混合,并且由于弹出柱17是向挡板15中轴线倾斜的,所以使得面团在被弹出部击打起来瞬间的位移方向保持朝向挡板15中轴线,从而使得面团的位置保持在挡板15中央。
用户可以通过观察窗6观察和面桶1内部面团的实时状况,当用户认为需要加水和配料时,将第二密封盖10打开,将配料从第二进料口9放入储液桶2内,而后在挡板15做活塞运动形成的压强差的作用下,配料和水沿着进液管3进入和面桶1与面团混合,在配料和水进入进液管3的过程中,由于管口较小,因此会出现湍流,使得配料和水被搅动混合,使得用户不需要自己对配料和水进行混合,而后,用户通过观察窗6继续观察和面桶1内部情况,当用户认为不需要继续加水和配料时,打开第一密封盖8,使挡板15上方的空间与外部连通,此时压强差消失,储液桶2内的水不再流入和面桶1内,当打开第一密封盖8和第二密封盖10时由于第一进料口7和第二进料口9螺纹连接有防尘网,因此外部的灰尘和杂质不会进入本装置内部,从而保证本装置内部的干净卫生,并且第一气孔11和第二气孔12也固定安装有防尘网,进一步减少了灰尘进入本装置内的可能,第一气孔11的设置使得外部空气能够流入挡板15下端面和和面桶1围成的空间内,使得挡板15能够顺利的上升和下降而不会受到压强的阻力,第二气孔12的设置使得外部空气能够流入液面与储液桶2围成的空间,使得水能够在大气压的作用下流入进液管3,由于挡板15侧壁与和面桶1侧壁滑动连接处、和面桶1侧壁与驱动轴4转动连接处、进液管3与储液桶2和和面桶1接触处均固定安装有橡胶O形圈,使得当挡板15在上下往复运动时,上述位置不会漏气,保证本装置的正常运行。
步骤8:当储液桶2内的水和配料全部进入和面桶内10min后,关闭电机,取出面团,完成和面。

Claims (5)

1.一种中药加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:准备以下配料:陈皮0.5~1.5份、三棱0.5~1.5份、莪术0.5~1.5份、神曲0.5~1.5份、麦芽0.5~1.5份、丁香0.5~1.5份、香附子1.5~2.5份、枳壳1.5~2.5份、乌梅1.5~2.5份,还准备面粉83.5~92.5份;
步骤2:炒制麦芽和枳壳;
步骤3:香附子用米泔浸泡;
步骤4:上述配料打碎成粉末并混合;
步骤5:准备一个和面装置,包括相互连通的和面桶和储液桶,和面桶内滑动且密封连接有挡板,挡板与和面桶内底面之间固定有压簧,挡板上方的和面桶侧壁上转动连接有中轴线平行于挡板上端面的凸轮,和面桶外侧壁上固定有电机,电机输出端与凸轮固定连接。
步骤6:将步骤4中准备的配料粉末和水加入储液桶内,将面粉倒在和面桶内的挡板上,而后启动电机;
步骤7:电机驱动凸轮转动,凸轮的转动驱动挡板克服压簧的弹力而被下压,使和面桶内产生压强差,使储液桶内的水和配料粉末在压强差的作用下被吸入和面桶内与面粉混合,并不断受到凸轮的搅拌;
步骤8:储液桶内的水和配料全部进入和面桶内10min后,关闭电机,取出面团。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药加工工艺,其特征在于:所述配料中还包括槟榔1份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种中药加工工艺,其特征在于:所述配料中还包括缩砂仁2份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种中药加工工艺,其特征在于:所述麦芽和枳壳炒制15~20min。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种中药加工工艺,其特征在于:所述槟榔和缩砂仁均打碎为粉末。
