Abstract

本发明涉及一种低温负压抛光颗粒烘干机及使用方法,包括转筒、引风管、引风机、负压转换器、加热器、托滚、托滚轴、螺旋叶片、电机,转筒设在托滚上,转筒与托滚滚动连接,托滚与托滚轴固定连接,托滚轴由电机驱动;加热器设置在转筒下方;转筒首端设有上封闭板,上封闭板上设有加料口和拨料板,转筒尾端固定有下封闭板,下封闭板上设有出料口;转筒内壁固定有螺旋叶片,螺旋叶片上固定有抛料板,转筒中心设有引风管;引风管轴向连接有若干负压转换器。优点是:本发明采用负压排湿方法,进行颗粒物料烘干,极大的节约了能源,烘干温度低,保证了有机肥菌种的成活。本发明还可应用到粮食干燥,如玉米、小麦、大豆等。

一种低温负压抛光颗粒烘干机及使用方法
技术领域
本发明属于一种农用粮食或颗粒肥料烘干设备,尤其涉及一种低温负压抛光颗粒烘干机及使用方法。
背景技术
复合肥造粒工序后,需要进行干燥工序。目前,复合肥颗粒干燥设备,大部分采用滚筒结构,正压热风的烘干方式,设备耗能大,干燥温度高,不利于生物菌存活,破坏了肥料的品质。同时,在干燥中由于物料的碰撞,造成大量碎粉,降低了颗粒强度,降低了成品率,粉尘加大,不利于环保。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种低温负压抛光颗粒烘干机及使用方法,可进行颗粒物料烘干,及时排湿,降低能耗,提高烘干效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种低温负压抛光颗粒烘干机,包括转筒、引风管、引风机、负压转换器、加热器、托滚、托滚轴、螺旋叶片、电机,转筒设在托滚上,转筒与托滚滚动连接,托滚与托滚轴固定连接,托滚轴由电机驱动;加热器设置在转筒下方;转筒首端设有上封闭板,上封闭板上设有加料口和拨料板,转筒尾端固定有下封闭板,下封闭板上设有出料口;转筒内壁固定有螺旋叶片,螺旋叶片上固定有抛料板,转筒中心设有引风管;引风管轴向连接有若干负压转换器。
所述的负压转换器包括滑板、进风管、吸风口,吸风口与引风管相连通,滑板固定在吸风口与进风管之间,滑板之间相互平行设置,形成转换道;进风管设置在引风管外部,进风管端面为出风口;出风口与转筒内腔相连通,出风口设置在滑板外侧。
所述的滑板与引风管径向间的夹角α与螺旋叶片的螺纹升角相等。
所述的滑板间距与螺旋叶片的螺距相等。
所述的吸风口是由引风管至转筒方向形成的渐大腔体结构。
所述的螺旋叶片的螺距为60-200cm。
所述的负压转换器通过支架固定。
靠近出料口的负压转换器轴向长度最长。
一种低温负压抛光颗粒烘干机的使用方法,启动电机,电机通过联轴器带动托滚轴转动,托滚开始转动,进而带动转筒转动;在加料口旁边设置拨料板,转筒转一圈拨料板进行一次加料,不间断进行加料,加热器对转筒加热,在螺旋叶片和抛物板的作用下,物料在转筒内上下翻动,随着螺旋叶片进行滚动,使物料达到抛光,实现光滑坚硬;当物料上升到一定高度时,开始下落,这时物料温度达到100℃以下,由负压转换器中进风口和吸风口的作用下,形成强风带,物料抛起后,在强风带中进行干湿交换,若干负压转换器进行负压低温干燥,物料经负压转换器的滑板进入转换道,转换道与转筒中螺旋叶片对应,物料回落到转筒中,湿气从引风机排出,物料从出料口排出。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用负压排湿方法,进行颗粒物料烘干,极大的节约了能源,烘干温度低,保证了有机肥菌种的成活。本发明还可应用到粮食干燥,如玉米、小麦、大豆等。本发明加热器加热温度较低,物料达到100℃以下即可,然后利用负压转换器将湿气引出,达到干燥物料的目的,转筒内外温差越大效果越好。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明进行详细地描述,但是应该指出本发明的实施不限于以下的实施方式。
见图1-图5,一种低温负压抛光颗粒烘干机,包括转筒1、引风管2、引风机4、负压转换器16、加热器13、托滚10、托滚轴9、螺旋叶片14、电机7,转筒1为圆柱体,并安装在托滚10上,转筒1与托滚10滚动连接,托滚10与托滚轴9固定连接,托滚轴9由电机7驱动;加热器13设置在转筒1下方;转筒1首端设有上封闭板24,上封闭板24上设有加料口12和拨料板11,拨料板11与上封闭板24相互铰接,转筒1尾端固定有下封闭板23,下封闭板23上设有出料口22;转筒1内壁固定有螺旋叶片14,螺旋叶片14上固定有抛料板15,转筒1中心设有引风管2;引风管2轴向连接有若干负压转换器16;电机7输出轴通过联轴器8与托滚轴9连接;引风机4通过法兰3与引风管2连接。托滚10为4个以上,托滚10成对设置,根据转筒1增加数量。螺旋叶片14的螺距为60-200cm,优选80cm,该螺距可根据物料产量和温度调整。负压转换器16通过支架5固定。电机7和托滚轴9固定在机座6上。
见图3-图5,负压转换器16包括滑板18、进风管17、吸风口20,吸风口20与引风管2相连通,滑板18固定在吸风口20与进风管17之间,滑板18之间相互平行设置形成转换道19;进风管17设置在引风管2外部,进风管17端面为出风口21;出风口21与转筒1内腔相连通,出风口21设置在滑板18外侧。风可从进风管17两侧进入,由进风管17端部的出风口21吹出;含水蒸气的风由吸风口20进入引风管2,在引风机4的作用下排出转筒1。负压转换器16两端设置端板26,用以支撑固定负压转换器16。
见图5,滑板18与引风管2径向间的夹角α与螺旋叶片14的螺纹升角相等,滑板18间距与螺旋叶片14的螺距相等,有利于物料由螺旋叶片14间进入转换道19。负压转换器16还可采用其他结构,如不带滑板18及端板26的结构。见图6,螺旋叶片14中间固定有若干块抛料板15,抛料板15与螺旋叶片14的中心轴成一定角度。
见图1,靠近出料口22的负压转换器16轴向长度最长,其余负压转换器16较短,且在加料口12不设置负压转换器16,使物料升温迅速。吸风口20是由引风管2至转筒1方向形成的渐大腔体结构,起到增强风力的作用,提高排湿效果。
低温负压抛光颗粒烘干机使用时:
启动电机7,电机7通过联轴器8带动托滚轴9转动,托滚10开始转动,进而带动转筒1转动。在加料口12旁边设置拨料板11,转筒1转一圈拨料板11进行一次加料,不间断进行加料,加热器13对转筒1加热,在螺旋叶片14和抛物板的作用下,物料在转筒1内上下翻动,随着螺旋叶片14进行滚动,使物料达到抛光,实现光滑坚硬。当物料上升到一定高度时,开始下落,这时物料温度达到100℃以下(高温生物菌活性下降),由负压转换器16中进风口25和吸风口20的作用下,形成强风带,物料抛起后,在强风带中进行干湿交换,若干负压转换器16进行负压低温干燥,物料经负压转换器16的滑板18进入转换道19,转换道19与转筒1中螺旋叶片14对应,物料回落到转筒1中,湿气从引风机4排出,物料从出料口22排出。
本发明采用负压排湿技术,干燥的条件必须具有必要的干燥介质,干燥介质必须具有扩张力,扩张力最好的方法是强风。本发明是用少量的热量加温,使物料达到100℃以下,然后用强风吹,在螺旋叶片14和抛料板15的作用下,物料增加受风面积,同时使转筒1内外温差在40℃范围内。温差越大效果越好,冬季效果更好。

1.一种低温负压抛光颗粒烘干机,其特征在于,包括转筒、引风管、引风机、负压转换器、加热器、托滚、托滚轴、螺旋叶片、电机,转筒设在托滚上,转筒与托滚滚动连接,托滚与托滚轴固定连接,托滚轴由电机驱动;加热器设置在转筒下方;转筒首端设有上封闭板,上封闭板上设有加料口和拨料板,转筒尾端固定有下封闭板,下封闭板上设有出料口;转筒内壁固定有螺旋叶片,螺旋叶片上固定有抛料板,转筒中心设有引风管;引风管轴向连接有若干负压转换器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温负压抛光颗粒烘干机,其特征在于,所述的负压转换器包括滑板、进风管、吸风口,吸风口与引风管相连通,滑板固定在吸风口与进风管之间,滑板之间相互平行设置,形成转换道;进风管设置在引风管外部,进风管端面为出风口;出风口与转筒内腔相连通,出风口设置在滑板外侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种低温负压抛光颗粒烘干机,其特征在于,所述的滑板与引风管径向间的夹角α与螺旋叶片的螺纹升角相等。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种低温负压抛光颗粒烘干机,其特征在于,所述的滑板间距与螺旋叶片的螺距相等。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种低温负压抛光颗粒烘干机,其特征在于,所述的吸风口是由引风管至转筒方向形成的渐大腔体结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温负压抛光颗粒烘干机,其特征在于,所述的螺旋叶片的螺距为60-200cm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温负压抛光颗粒烘干机,其特征在于,所述的负压转换器通过支架固定。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温负压抛光颗粒烘干机,其特征在于,靠近出料口的负压转换器轴向长度最长。
