Abstract

本发明为一种新型电磁泄放阀,应用于火力发电机组与核电机组,其主阀、先导阀设计为分体结构,易于维修,其导向套与主阀阀瓣之间设有活塞环,导向套通过衬管与连通管相连,并用角焊缝固定导向套与主阀阀体的轴向位置,先导阀采用了新型的二位三通换阀结构,直接通过先导阀控制主阀阀瓣背面介质的流入与流出,此设计解决了主阀阀瓣与导向套间隙不易控制的难题,提高了电磁泄放阀的响应速度,提高了密封性能。

一种新型电磁泄放阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于受压设备、容器或管道上的超压释放安全装置,应用于火力发电机组与核电机组上的一种安全装置,在受保护装置超压时,在安全阀动作之前开启,排除多余蒸汽,以确保受压设备、容器或管道安全运行和减少安全阀启跳次数的电磁泄放阀。
背景技术
电磁泄放阀作为承压设备、容器与管道的安全保护装置,一般由主阀与先导阀组成。主阀采用泄压开启结构,先导阀一般采用电磁或气动截止阀结构。通过先导阀开启,泄放主阀阀瓣背部的压力,介质推进主阀阀瓣开启,达到泄压的目的,一般结构的先导阀仅具有泄压的作用;先导阀关闭时,需要介质通过主阀阀瓣与导向套之间间隙进入阀瓣背部,使主阀关闭。因此,主阀阀瓣与导向套间隙既要作为补充介质通道,又作为导向面使用。作为介质通道时,需要有一定的间隙量,作为导向面时,需要间隙小,主阀阀瓣与导向套间隙控制很难。因此,传统电磁泄放阀容易出现主阀阀瓣回座卡涩,阀门产生内漏现象,影响阀门的密封性能。
发明内容
为了解决原有主阀阀瓣与导向套间隙控制的问题,本发明提供一种新型电磁泄放阀,主阀、先导阀设计为分体结构,先导阀采用了新型的二位三通换阀结构,通过先导阀控制主阀阀瓣背面B室介质的流入与流出,保障泄压阀密封性,其性能指标优于其它同类产品。
本发明解决的技术问题所采用的技术方案是:主要包括主阀阀体、主阀阀瓣、导向套、活塞环、阀座、连通管、弹簧、出口法兰、紧固件,其导向套与主阀阀瓣之间设有活塞环,保障A室的介质不能从导向套与阀瓣之间进入B室,见图3和图6。
本发明的另一特征是波纹管上端与填料室、下端与上阀瓣(与阀杆一体)(10)相连,控制上阀瓣在电磁铁失磁的情况下处于开启,并增加介质的密封性,见图5。
本发明的第三个特征是导向套从一个凸台处开孔,与中心相通,见图5和图6。
此设计一是,先导阀采用了新型的二位三通换阀结构,通过先导阀控制主阀阀瓣背面B室介质的流入与流出,保障泄压阀的密封性;二是,在导向套与主阀阀瓣之间设有活塞环,用活塞环隔离A室和B室。三是,泄压阀开启时,B室介质通过联通管经下密封副排入排气管;泄压阀开始关闭时,A室介质经上密封副通过联通管补充到B室,当A、B室介质压力达到一致时,阀门关闭。
本发明的有益效果是,主阀和先导阀采用分体结构,易于对主阀和先导阀分别维修;主阀阀瓣和导向套设有活塞环,降低了主阀阀瓣和导向套的加工难度,提高主阀阀瓣的导向性能;提高了泄压阀的密封性能。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2所示实施例中,工作介质从主阀阀体(1)入口A室通过入口管(15)、上密封副及连通管(18)进入主阀阀瓣背部B室,在介质压力及主阀弹簧(3)力的作用下主阀阀瓣(5)与阀座(6)保持密封。当受保护装置内的压力继续升高而超过设定值后,系统发出信号使电磁铁(9)励磁产生推力,使上阀瓣(与阀杆一体)(10)向下运动,克服先导阀弹簧(13)力,打开下阀瓣(17),使B室的蒸汽通过连通管(18)及下密封副,快速从排汽管(16)排出,其压力急剧下降,从而使主阀阀瓣(5)在进口蒸汽压力的作用下,快速打开排出多余蒸汽;当受压保护装置内的压力降低到本发明的设定值后,系统发出信号切断电磁铁电源,使电磁铁失去磁力,先导阀下阀瓣(17)在先导阀弹簧(13)力的作用下复位关闭,并打开上阀瓣(与阀杆一体)(10)。工作介质从主阀阀体(1)A室通过入口管(15)、上密封副及连通管(18)进入主阀阀瓣背部B室,使主阀阀瓣(5)重新关闭,并在介质压力的作用下再次保持密封。
在图3中,主阀阀体(1)与阀座(6)采用螺纹连接,用紧固件(8)通过出口法兰(7)将主阀阀体(1)与阀座(6)连为一体,导向套(2)通过衬管(19)与连接管(18)相连,并用角焊缝作为固定与主阀阀体(1)的轴向位置。
在图4中,先导阀阀体(14)通过支架组件(11)与电磁铁(9)相连,电磁铁(9)与上阀瓣(与阀杆一体)(10)通过螺纹连接,下阀瓣(17)在先导阀弹簧(13)力的作用下使下密封副处于常闭状态。
在图5中,填料室(20)与上阀瓣(与阀杆一体)(10)之间设有波纹管(12)。
在图6中,导向套(2)与主阀阀瓣(5)之间设有2个活塞环(3)。
在图7中,导向套(2)设计成整体碗的形状,底部设有三个凸台,其中,一个凸台钻有孔,与导向套(2)中心相通。
为了解决原有主阀阀瓣与导向套间隙控制的问题,减少主阀阀瓣回座卡涩,不易密封,易产生内漏的现象。本发明提供一种新型电磁泄放阀,通过先导阀控制主阀阀瓣背面介质的流入与流出,泄压阀密封性好,其性能指标优于其它同类产品。
按照上述设计的新型电磁泄放阀,不仅保留了电磁泄放阀排放系数大、起跳精确的所有优点,而且提高了泄压阀的密封性能和使用寿命。

Claims (5)

1.一种新型电磁泄放阀,主要由主阀阀体(1)、导向套(2)、主阀弹簧(3)、活塞环(4)、主阀阀瓣(5)、阀座(6)、电磁铁(9)、上阀瓣(与阀杆一体)(10)、下阀瓣(17)、波纹管(12)、排汽管(16)、先导阀弹簧(13)、先导阀阀体(14)、入口管(15)、连通管(18)部件组成,其特征在于:主阀、先导阀设计为分体结构,主阀阀体(1)通过入口管(15)连接先导阀阀体(14),先导阀阀体(14)通过连通管(18)、衬管(19)与导向套(2)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型电磁泄放阀,其特征在于:导向套(2)与主阀阀瓣(5)之间设有活塞环(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型电磁泄放阀,其特征在于:先导阀采用新型二位三通结构,先导阀阀体(14)设有上、下的密封面,分别与上阀瓣(与阀杆一体)(10)和下阀瓣(17)组成上、下密封副。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型电磁泄放阀,其特征在于:波纹管(12)上与填料室(20)、下与阀瓣(与阀杆一体)(10)相连。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型电磁泄放阀,其特征在于:导向套(2)设计成接近碗的形状,在碗的底外部设有三个凸台,其中,一个凸台钻有孔,与导向套(2)中心相通。
