Background
In general, in order to monitor the external environment of a vehicle, a monitoring device such as a camera or a thermal infrared imager is generally installed outside the vehicle. For large vehicles such as buses, the monitoring device can be mounted on a bus body, a rearview mirror arm with a generally rectangular cross section in a screw mounting mode, or can be adsorbed on the bus body and front glass in a sucking disc or similar mode. When the fixing is performed in a sucker mode, the risk of easy falling exists after a long time; when the screw mounting mode is adopted for fixing, the screw hole site influences the overall beauty of the vehicle after the screw hole site is dismounted because the screw hole site is mounted in a broken mode.

The invention is proposed to solve the above problems, and an object of the invention is to provide an adjustable fixing bracket with compact structure, firm installation and convenient disassembly.

In some embodiments, a vertical sliding rod 40 is fixed on one side of the vertical adjusting plate 20, a vertical sliding hole 18 corresponding to the vertical sliding rod 40 is formed on an upper side end surface of the vertical plate 12, and the vertical adjusting plate 20 can move up and down relative to the transverse plate 13 through sliding of the vertical sliding rod 40 in the vertical sliding hole 18. In some embodiments, the vertical fasteners 60 and the lateral fasteners 70 may be bolts, respectively, for threaded connection to the vertical connection holes 17 and the lateral connection holes 27, respectively.
In some embodiments, cushioning members 11, 21, 31 may be provided on the inside surfaces of the L-shaped plate 10, the vertical adjustment plate 20, and the lateral adjustment plate 30 for preventing damage to the surfaces of the clamped objects (e.g., the mirror arms of a large vehicle such as a bus). Here, the cushioning members 11, 21, 31 may be made of any material that can perform a cushioning function, such as rubber, leather, and canvas.
In some embodiments, grooves 15, 25, 35 may be formed on the L-shaped plate 10, the vertical adjustment plate 20, and the lateral adjustment plate 30, thereby reducing material costs and reducing component weight.
