一种阻燃的隔热窗膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种窗膜,尤其涉及一种阻燃的隔热窗膜。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对具有功能性的窗膜的需求越来越高。广泛运用在房屋玻璃窗、汽车窗口玻璃及玻璃帷幕上。一般具有遮光、隔热的效果,使到在利用太阳光进行照明的同时,降低太阳光的紫外线和红外线对玻璃内侧的辐射,使得内环境控制在舒适的温度范围,同时也有助于能源的节省。
同时,现代建筑材料或其他行业对窗膜的阻燃性能也提出了很高的要求。市场上建筑和汽车隔热窗膜竞争剧烈,技术上主要关注隔热效果和透光性的提升。由于窗膜是光学产品,对透光性有要求,阻燃剂的添加必然导致透光性变差,传统窗膜无法同时具备阻燃、隔热、透明性能。因此,使得窗膜的隔热与阻燃性能同时达到最佳效果也成为亟待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明解决的问题是提供一种阻燃的隔热窗膜,能同时具有阻燃和隔热两个功能。
为达上述目的,提供了如下的技术方案:
一种阻燃的隔热窗膜,所述隔热窗膜包括上层膜及下层膜;所述上层膜镀有金属不锈钢;所述上层膜及所述下层膜中间涂布有丙烯酸酯。
作为一个优选的方案,所述隔热窗膜的重量份数比为:所述上层膜45~55,所述下层膜45~55,所述丙烯酸酯为1~10。作为进一步的优选方案,所述隔热窗膜的重量份数比为:所述上层膜50,所述下层膜50,所述丙烯酸酯为1。
作为另一个优选的方案,所述上层膜镀不锈钢的厚度为1~6μm。作为进一步的优选方案,所述上层膜镀不锈钢的厚度为5μm。
作为另一个优选的方案,所述上层膜及所述下层膜为PET或PI塑料中的一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点为:针对现有技术存在的种种不足,提供一种同时具有阻燃、隔热同时透光性满足要求窗膜。与通常的窗膜一样,可以通过贴膜的方式施工到房屋建筑或汽车玻璃表面。镀有金属铝作为隔热膜的光学级PET或PI膜层,所以功能性薄膜的紫外线阻隔率能够达到99%以上,红外线阻隔率能够达到60—80%,其隔热效果十分理想。同时,由于丙烯酸酯的作用,阻隔了燃烧,且其对于透光性能影响很低,满足产品质量要求。

为了更清楚地理解本发明的技术内容,对本发明的实施方式作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1:
一种阻燃的隔热窗膜,包括上层膜及下层膜;上层膜镀有金属不锈钢;上层膜及下层膜中间涂布有丙烯酸酯。隔热窗膜的重量份数比为:上层膜50,下层膜50,丙烯酸酯为1。上层膜镀不锈钢的厚度为5μm。上层膜及下层膜为PET材质。
实施例2:
一种阻燃的隔热窗膜,隔热窗膜包括上层膜及下层膜;上层膜镀有金属铝;上层膜及下层膜中间涂布有丙烯酸酯。隔热窗膜的重量份数比为:上层膜50,下层膜50,丙烯酸酯为1。上层膜镀不锈钢的厚度为4μm。上层膜及下层膜为PI材质。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点为:针对现有技术存在的种种不足,提供一种同时具有阻燃、隔热同时透光性满足要求窗膜。与通常的窗膜一样,可以通过贴膜的方式施工到房屋建筑或汽车玻璃表面。镀有金属不锈钢作为隔热膜的光学级PET或PI膜层,所以功能性薄膜的紫外线阻隔率能够达到99%以上,红外线阻隔率能够达到60—80%,其隔热效果十分理想。同时,由于丙烯酸酯的作用,阻隔了燃烧,且其对于透光性能影响很低,满足产品质量要求。

1.一种阻燃的隔热窗膜,其特征在于:所述隔热窗膜包括上层膜及下层膜;所述上层膜镀有金属不锈钢;所述上层膜及所述下层膜中间涂布有丙烯酸酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃的隔热窗膜,其特征在于:所述隔热窗膜的重量份数比为:所述上层膜45~55,所述下层膜45~55,所述丙烯酸酯为1~10。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种阻燃的隔热窗膜,其特征在于:所述隔热窗膜的重量份数比为:所述上层膜50,所述下层膜50,所述丙烯酸酯为1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃的隔热窗膜,其特征在于:所述上层膜镀铝的厚度为1~6μm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种阻燃的隔热窗膜,其特征在于:所述上层膜镀铝的厚度为5μm。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种阻燃的隔热窗膜,其特征在于:所述上层膜及所述下层膜为PET或PI塑料中的一种。
