Abstract
本发明提供一种防水透气呼吸膜及其制备方法,所述防水透气呼吸膜包括基材、底纸、复配胶水;所述复配胶水包括聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水、MDI‑TMP聚合物胶水、TDI‑TMP聚氨酯固化剂、乙酸乙酯溶剂。本发明的防水透气呼吸膜具有高防水和优异的透气性能。

技术领域
本发明属于材料领域,具体涉及一种防水透气呼吸膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们对手机的功能要求越来越高,各式各样的功能都加载到手机上面,使人们更加方便快捷的使用手机。但是人们在使用中发现所有的手机都有一个致命的缺陷,那就是手机不防水,下雨、手机掉水里或者放在办公桌上不小心碰倒杯子水流到手机内部都会影响到手机的使用。针对此缺陷很多手机厂商都在想办法研制全防水手机。
而手机的喇叭网面,送话器,麦克风处等处由于需要声音等的通过,需要一种特殊的防水透气膜,在实现防水的同时,还能透气,使声音能够穿透。而传统的防水透气膜,难以同时实现这两种性能。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种防水透气呼吸膜及其制备方法,通过在一定比例内配比多组分胶水、固化剂制备得到复配胶水,然后与特定的基材和底纸贴合,形成具有高防水且透气性能优异的双层复合膜。
一种防水透气呼吸膜,包括基材、底纸、复配胶水;所述基材为膨体聚四氟乙烯,所述底纸为PP无纺布,所述复配胶水包括聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水、MDI-TMP聚合物胶水、TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂、乙酸乙酯溶剂。
进一步,所述复配胶水中聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水、MDI-TMP聚合物胶水、TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂、乙酸乙酯溶剂的重量比为100:17-23:18-24:17-23。
进一步,所述TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂中TDI与TMP的摩尔比为4-6:1。
进一步,所述MDI-TMP聚合物胶水中-NCO基的含量为12-15%。
进一步,所述基材的厚度为35um,底纸的厚度为20um,复配胶水胶水干量为3-5g/m2。
一种防水透气呼吸膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水加入打胶机中,保持打胶机转速在:500R/min,加入MDI-TMP聚合物胶水,保持打胶机转速,加入乙酸乙酯,保持打胶机转速打胶12min;
(2)称取TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂,加于步骤1的胶水中混合,调整打胶转速在1200R/min,持续打胶12分钟,制得复配胶水在30分钟内进行涂胶;
(3)在底纸上使用300目网纹辊转涂上胶设备涂布复配胶水,涂布速度:15M/Min,在50℃对涂布胶水进行烘干;
(4)基材与步骤3的制品进行贴合后即得。
所述防水透气呼吸膜用于手机的喇叭网面,送话器,麦克风处等处,具有防水透气功能。
所述基材为膨体聚四氟乙烯具有微细纤维连接而形成的网状结构,这些微细纤维形成无数细孔,具有防水透气的功能。但在通常使用中,与一般的胶水作为粘合剂时,会被胶水堵塞孔道,导致透气效果不佳。
本发明的复配胶水中包括重量比为100:17-23:18-24:17-23的聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水、MDI-TMP聚合物胶水、TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂、乙酸乙酯溶剂。复配胶水以聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水为主体,配合MDI-TMP聚合物胶水,实现双组份胶水配合,然后添加TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂,制备得到的胶水干燥收缩后,形成微孔道,能够阻水且透气。其中,出于合适的粘度和成膜性能考虑,MDI-TMP聚合物胶水中-NCO基的含量为12-15%。出于合适的粘度和固化速率考虑,TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂中TDI与TMP的摩尔比为4-6:1,优选为5:1。
本发明提供一种防水透气呼吸膜及其制备方法,通过在一定比例内配比多组分胶水、固化剂制备得到复配胶水,然后与特定的基材和底纸贴合,形成具有高防水且透气性能优异的双层复合膜。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不用于限制本发明的范围。在不背离本发明的技术解决方案的前提下,对本发明所作的本领域普通技术人员容易实现的任何改动都将落入本发明的权利要求范围之内。
膨体聚四氟乙烯,PP无纺布,聚酯聚氨酯多元醇XH-50WL,MDI-TMP聚合物,TDI-TMP聚氨酯,乙酸乙酯定制于中山市新辉化学制品有限公司。TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂中TDI与TMP的摩尔比为4-6:1,TDI-TMP聚合物胶水中-NCO基的含量为12-15%。
实施例1
防水透气呼吸膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水加入打胶机中,保持打胶机转速在:500R/min,加入MDI-TMP聚合物胶水,保持打胶机转速,加入乙酸乙酯,保持打胶机转速打胶12min;
(2)称取TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂,加于步骤1的胶水中混合,调整打胶转速在1200R/min,持续打胶12分钟,制得复配胶水在30分钟内进行涂胶,聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水、MDI-TMP聚合物胶水、TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂、乙酸乙酯溶剂的重量比为100:20:31:20;
(3)在PP无纺布上使用300目网纹辊转涂上胶设备涂布复配胶水,涂布速度:15M/Min,在50℃对涂布胶水进行烘干;膨体聚四氟乙烯的厚度为35um,底纸的厚度为20um,复配胶水胶水干量为4g/m2;
(4)基材与步骤3的制品进行贴合后即得。
实施例2
防水透气呼吸膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水加入打胶机中,保持打胶机转速在:500R/min,加入MDI-TMP聚合物胶水,保持打胶机转速,加入乙酸乙酯,保持打胶机转速打胶12min;
(2)称取TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂,加于步骤1的胶水中混合,调整打胶转速在1200R/min,持续打胶12分钟,制得复配胶水在30分钟内进行涂胶,聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水、MDI-TMP聚合物胶水、TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂、乙酸乙酯溶剂的重量比为100:17:24:17;
(3)在PP无纺布上使用300目网纹辊转涂上胶设备涂布复配胶水,涂布速度:15M/Min,在50℃对涂布胶水进行烘干;膨体聚四氟乙烯的厚度为35um,底纸的厚度为20um,复配胶水胶水干量为5g/m2;
(4)基材与步骤3的制品进行贴合后即得。
实施例3
防水透气呼吸膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水加入打胶机中,保持打胶机转速在:500R/min,加入MDI-TMP聚合物胶水,保持打胶机转速,加入乙酸乙酯,保持打胶机转速打胶12min;
(2)称取TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂,加于步骤1的胶水中混合,调整打胶转速在1200R/min,持续打胶12分钟,制得复配胶水在30分钟内进行涂胶,聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水、MDI-TMP聚合物胶水、TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂、乙酸乙酯溶剂的重量比为100:23:18:23;
(3)在PP无纺布上使用300目网纹辊转涂上胶设备涂布复配胶水,涂布速度:15M/Min,在50℃对涂布胶水进行烘干;膨体聚四氟乙烯的厚度为35um,底纸的厚度为20um,复配胶水胶水干量为3g/m2;
(4)基材与步骤3的制品进行贴合后即得。
对比例1
与实施例1相同,除了复配胶水换成普通胶水。
对比例2
与实施例1相同,除了复配胶水中不加入聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水。
对比例3
与实施例1相同,除了复配胶水中不加入MDI-TMP聚合物胶水。
对比例4
与实施例1相同,除了复配胶水中不加入TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂。
对比例5
与实施例1相同,除了复配胶水中聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水、MDI-TMP聚合物胶水、TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂的比例为100:25:16。
对比例6
与实施例1相同,除了聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水、MDI-TMP聚合物胶水、TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂的比例为100:15:26。
根据国际IEC529,防水保护分为10个等级,分别以IPX 1-10表示。根据JIS-L1096,在125帕气压,测试透气性能。
根据上表实验结果可知,本发明提供一种防水透气呼吸膜及其制备方法,通过在一定比例内配比多组分胶水、固化剂制备得到复配胶水,然后与特定的基材和底纸贴合,形成具有高防水且透气性能优异的双层复合膜。
Claims (7)
1.一种防水透气呼吸膜,包括基材、底纸、复配胶水;所述基材为膨体聚四氟乙烯,所述底纸为PP无纺布,所述复配胶水包括聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水、MDI-TMP聚合物胶水、TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂、乙酸乙酯溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水透气呼吸膜,其中复配胶水中聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水、MDI-TMP聚合物胶水、TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂、乙酸乙酯溶剂的重量比为100:17-23:18-24:17-23。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水透气呼吸膜,其中TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂中TDI与TMP的摩尔比为4-6:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水透气呼吸膜,其中MDI-TMP聚合物胶水中-NCO基的含量为12-15%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防水透气呼吸膜,其中基材的厚度为35um,底纸的厚度为20um,复配胶水胶水干量为3-5g/m2。
6.一种防水透气呼吸膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚酯聚氨酯多元醇胶水加入打胶机中,保持打胶机转速在:500R/min,加入MDI-TMP聚合物胶水,保持打胶机转速,加入乙酸乙酯,保持打胶机转速打胶12min;
(2)称取TDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂,加于步骤1的胶水中混合,调整打胶转速在1200R/min,持续打胶12分钟,制得复配胶水在30分钟内进行涂胶;
(3)在底纸上使用300目网纹辊转涂上胶设备涂布复配胶水,涂布速度:15M/Min,在50℃对涂布胶水进行烘干;
(4)基材与步骤3的制品进行贴合后即得。
7.一种防水透气呼吸膜的用途,所述防水透气呼吸膜用于手机的喇叭网面,送话器,麦克风处。
