When a worker presses the left control button SB1 and the right control button SB2 simultaneously, the coils KA2 of the left control relay KA1 and the right control relay KA2 are electrified, normally open contacts KA2-1 of the left control relay KA1 and the right control relay KA2 are closed, the left cutting hydraulic cylinder 2 and the right cutting hydraulic cylinder 3 are electrified, and meanwhile the upper moving plate 4 is driven to move downwards, the upper die holder 5 is pressed downwards under the action of the upper moving plate 4, and the processed object placed on the lower die holder 6 is cut; if special conditions exist, the scram button S1 can be pressed, and the left cutting hydraulic cylinder 2 and the right cutting hydraulic cylinder 3 are powered off and reset.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the human body protection system for the hydraulic cutting machine provided by the invention has the advantages that the upper moving plate is limited by the left limiting block and the right limiting block before an operator presses the left control button and the right control button to enable the upper moving plate to fall down by utilizing the limiting mechanism, so that safety accidents caused by sudden falling of the hydraulic cutting machine due to faults are prevented; meanwhile, the invention also utilizes the light curtain reminding mechanism to monitor whether the feed inlet of the hydraulic cutting machine is touched by the limbs of an operator or not in real time, thereby avoiding the occurrence of safety accidents.

The invention relates to a human body protection system applied to a hydraulic cutting machine, which comprises the hydraulic cutting machine, as shown in fig. 1: the mechanical structure of the hydraulic cutting machine mainly comprises a frame 1, a left cutting hydraulic cylinder 2, a right cutting hydraulic cylinder 3, an upper movable plate 4, an upper die holder 5 and a lower die holder 6; the lower die holder 6 is arranged on the frame 1, and the lower die holder 6 is used for placing a workpiece 8 to be processed; the left cutting hydraulic cylinder 2 and the right cutting hydraulic cylinder 3 are respectively arranged at two sides of the frame 1, and the action ends of the hydraulic rods of the left cutting hydraulic cylinder 2 and the right cutting hydraulic cylinder 3 are respectively fixedly connected with two ends of the upper moving plate 4, namely the left cutting hydraulic cylinder 2 and the right cutting hydraulic cylinder 3 are used for driving the upper moving plate 4 to reciprocate up and down; the upper die holder 5 is fixedly provided on the lower surface of the upper movable plate 4, and a cutter 7 (punch) for cutting the workpiece 8 to be processed is provided on the upper die holder 5.
As shown in fig. 2: the control circuit of the hydraulic cutting machine comprises a power supply module, a left control relay, a right control relay, a left control button SB1, a right control button SB2 and an emergency stop button S1; the power supply module supplies power for the left control relay, the right control relay, the left cutting hydraulic cylinder 2 and the right cutting hydraulic cylinder 3; the coil KA1 and the left control button SB1 of the left control relay are connected in series to form a left cutting hydraulic cylinder 2 control circuit, the normally open contact KA1-1 and the left cutting hydraulic cylinder 2 of the left control relay are connected in series to form a left cutting hydraulic cylinder 2 power supply circuit, the coil KA2 and the right control button SB2 of the right control relay are connected in series to form a right cutting hydraulic cylinder 3 control circuit, and the normally open contact KA2-1 and the right cutting hydraulic cylinder 3 of the right control relay are connected in series to form a right cutting hydraulic cylinder 3 power supply circuit.

as shown in fig. 4: the coil KA3 of the left limit protection relay is connected in series on the control circuit of the left cutting hydraulic cylinder 2, the normally open contact KA3-1 of the left limit protection relay, the power module and the left limit protection cylinder 9 are connected in series to form a left limit cylinder protection circuit, and the left limit protection travel switch 10 is connected in series on the power supply circuit of the left cutting hydraulic cylinder 2; the coil KA4 of the right limit protection relay is connected in series on the control circuit of the right cutting hydraulic cylinder 3, the normally open contact KA4-1 of the right limit protection relay, the power module and the right limit protection cylinder 12 are connected in series to form a right limit cylinder protection circuit, and the right limit protection travel switch 13 is connected in series on the control circuit of the right cutting hydraulic cylinder 3.
