The invention provides an intelligent coating and engraving machine which comprises a workpiece placing table, an oiling cylinder, an engraving mechanism, an oil plate, an oil needle, a sliding rail, a movable plate, a frame, a bottom plate, a top plate and a machine body protection plate, wherein the oil plate, the oil needle, the workpiece placing table and the engraving mechanism are arranged in the frame; the intelligent coating and engraving machine provided by the invention can be used for performing grease coating operation on automobile parts, performing number engraving operation, and performing full-process intelligent operation on coating and engraving of the automobile parts, and can be used for solving the problems of low processing efficiency and high labor intensity of a processing mode in the prior art.

(3) In the intelligent coating and engraving equipment for the automobile parts, the lower surface of the upper oil plate and the upper surface of the lower oil plate are provided with the oil way grooves, oil from the oil supply device firstly enters the oil way grooves, and then flows into the oil needles through the shunting effect of the oil way grooves, so that the oil quantity flowing into the oil needles is more uniform, the oil quantity of each oil needle can be further controlled, the oiling is more uniform, and meanwhile, mutual oil channeling is avoided.
(4) In the intelligent coating engraving machine, the oil pump in the oil supply device is provided with the quantitative valves, and each quantitative valve is connected with one oil pipe, so that more accurate control of oil supply can be realized.

The marking mechanism 3 comprises an air cylinder and a steel character head, and the steel character head is fixed at the output end of the air cylinder; the type of the air cylinder in the marking mechanism 3 adopts solar LE2-48 series, and the marking thrust is more than 4 KN; the oil plate 4 comprises an upper oil plate 41 and a lower oil plate 42, oil path grooves are formed in the lower surface of the upper oil plate 41 and the upper surface of the lower oil plate 42, a plurality of oil holes are formed in the upper oil plate 41 and the lower oil plate 42, the oil holes are through holes, the oil needle 5 is located below the oil plate 4, a connecting sleeve is fixed at the lower end of each oil hole of the lower oil plate 42, and the upper end of the oil needle 5 is detachably inserted into the connecting sleeve; the oil feeding plate 41 and the oil discharging plate 42 are fixedly connected through bolts, the oil path grooves in the oil feeding plate 41 correspond to the oil path grooves in the oil discharging plate 42, 27 oil holes are formed in the oil discharging plate, the installation number of oil needles can be freely selected according to different workpieces, different workpieces can be adapted, and multi-point oil coating can be carried out on the surfaces of the workpieces.
The oiling cylinder 2 comprises a cylinder barrel and an output shaft, the cylinder barrel is fixed on the upper surface of the top plate 10, the output shaft penetrates through the top plate 10, and the lower end of the output shaft is fixed on the oiling plate 41; the oil plate 4 and the oil needle 5 are positioned above the workpiece placing table 1, and the imprinting mechanism 3 is positioned beside the workpiece placing table 1 and is not in direct contact with the workpiece placing table 1.
The oil supply device 13 includes an oil supply line, one end of which is connected to the oil pump, and an oil pump, the other end of which is connected to the oil pan 4, and a metering valve 131 is mounted on the oil pump.
The intelligent coating imprinter also comprises a movable plate control mechanism 12, wherein the movable plate control mechanism 12 is arranged above the movable plate 7; the movable plate control mechanism 12 comprises a telescopic cylinder 121, a floating joint 122 and a limiting member 123, wherein the output end of the telescopic cylinder 121 is connected with the floating joint 122, the floating joint 122 is nested in the limiting member 123, the limiting member 123 is fixed on the upper surface of the movable plate 7, and the movable plate 7 can be controlled to move forwards and backwards through the linear motion of the output shaft of the telescopic cylinder 121; in this apparatus, a proximity sensor is provided on the movable plate 7, the proximity sensor is located near the rear end of the movable plate, the position of the workpiece can be detected when the workpiece enters with the workpiece placement table 1, and in this smart coating-imprinter, the telescopic cylinder 121, the oiling cylinder 2 and the proximity sensor are all communicated through communication lines.
The intelligent coating and imprinting machine of the invention performs the steps of coating and imprinting operations: determining the installation number and the installation positions of the oil needles according to the types of the workpieces, inserting the oil needles into a connecting sleeve in an oil discharging plate (42), placing the workpieces into a workpiece placing table 1 after the oil needles are installed, driving a movable plate 7 to move by a telescopic cylinder 121 so as to further pull in the workpiece placing table 1, detecting the workpieces by a proximity sensor when the workpieces advance to a specific position, stopping the telescopic cylinder 121, at the moment, enabling an oiling cylinder 2 to act to drive an oil plate 4 and an oil needle 5 to descend, performing grease coating operation on the surfaces of the workpieces, and enabling the oiling cylinder 2 to drive the oil plate 4 and the oil needle 5 to move upwards and return to an initial position after coating is completed; at the moment, an air cylinder in the imprinting mechanism 3 is started to drive the steel letter head to move back and forth, and the operation of imprinting the number is carried out on the surface of the workpiece; after the workpiece engraving operation is completed, the telescopic cylinder 121 drives the movable plate 7 to move forward, so that the workpiece placing table 1 is withdrawn, the oiling engraving operation is completed, and the workpiece is taken out.
