一种抑菌液及其制备方法，由下列重量配比的原料制备制成：藏红花21％、苦参15％、黄苓 15％、黄柏 12％、川椒9％、地肤子19％、当归 7％、党参 8％、薄荷脑9％、野菊花12％、维生素C3％、水适量。其制备简单，具有消炎、杀菌、除湿、去风、去溢、渗透止痛快速恢复修复作用，适用于由风、寒、湿、毒、邪等导致的骨关节、体内的各种症状。

技术领域
本发明涉及抑菌液制备领域，尤其涉及一种抑菌液及其制备方法。
背景技术
骨关节疾病是年老之人，肝血肾精渐亏，气血化生乏源，致筋骨失养，形体衰惫；外受风、寒、湿邪侵袭，阻闭经络、筋骨及关节，气血不通，造成关节疼痛、僵硬、活动受限；久病入络，渐致瘀血内生，与外邪胶结不解，使病势缠绵难愈。临床表现为颈肩、腰、腿、各关节酸软，风湿痹阻经络，肢体麻木，疼痛拘挛，关节不利，手足不遂，周身骨节疼痛，行走艰难。风寒湿邪侵袭、气滞血瘀、肝肾亏虚是本症的主要病因。根据中医理论，针对该病的发病机理，以祛风除湿散寒、舒筋通络、活血化瘀、行气止痛、解毒散结、消肿排脓、消炎杀菌为治疗原则，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足，本发明提供了一种抑菌液及其制备方法，其制备简单，具有消炎、杀菌、除湿、去风、去溢、渗透止痛快速恢复修复作用，适用于由风、寒、湿、毒、邪等导致的骨关节、体内的各种症状。
为了达到上述发明目的，本发明采用的具体方案为：
一种抑菌液及其制备方法，由下列重量配比的原料制备制成 ：藏红花18-24％、苦参12-18％、黄苓 12-18％、黄柏 8-14％、川椒6-12％、地肤子16-22％、当归 5-10％、党参 5-10％、薄荷脑6-12％、野菊花8-16％、维生素C2-4％、水适量。
优选地，由下列重量配比的原料制备制成：藏红花21％、苦参15％、黄苓 15％、黄柏 12％、川椒9％、地肤子19％、当归 7％、党参 8％、薄荷脑9％、野菊花12％、维生素C3％、水适量。
优选地，按上述的重量组份备取原料，按以下步骤制备：
（1）称取适量苦参、黄苓、黄柏、川椒、地肤子、当归、党参，将苦参、黄苓、黄柏、川椒、地肤子、当归、党参洗净烘干，然后粉碎，按1:10-12的料液比加入75%-95%的乙醇，作为浸提取液；
（2）称取适量藏红花、薄荷脑、野菊花、维生素C，水浴加热1-1.5h，减压抽滤，加10倍水，浸泡 35分钟，水蒸汽蒸馏提取3小时，滤过，留残渣和滤液备用，残渣与步骤（1）中浸提取液合并，加14倍水，浸泡2小时，加热煎煮 3次，每次1.5小时，滤过，滤液与上述滤液合并，静置36小时，取上清液浓缩至相对密度1.07-1.09，浓缩液储存备用；另取上述滤渣，烘干，倒入捣碎机，筛目200-300，拌匀，同浓缩液混合，加适量水调至适合溶液，用枸橼酸调节 PH 至5～7，过滤，分装即得。
本发明的有益效果为：
本发明使用的薄荷脑由薄菏油中得到的一种饱和的环状醇组成，具有疏风，清热，解毒的功效，藏红花活血化瘀，散郁开结，治忧思郁结，胸膈痞闷，吐血，伤寒发狂，产后瘀血腹痛，跌扑肿痛；当归具有补血和血，调经止痛，润燥滑肠、抗癌、抗老防老、免疫之功效；本发明具有消炎、杀菌、除湿、去风、去溢、渗透止痛快速恢复修复作用，适用于由风、寒、湿、毒、邪等导致的骨关节、体内的各种症状。

实施例1：一种抑菌液及其制备方法，由下列重量配比的原料制备制成 ：藏红花18-24％、苦参12-18％、黄苓 12-18％、黄柏 8-14％、川椒6-12％、地肤子16-22％、当归 5-10％、党参 5-10％、薄荷脑6-12％、野菊花8-16％、维生素C2-4％、水适量。
实施例2：由下列重量配比的原料制备制成：藏红花21％、苦参15％、黄苓 15％、黄柏 12％、川椒9％、地肤子19％、当归 7％、党参 8％、薄荷脑9％、野菊花12％、维生素C3％、水适量。
实施例3：由下列重量配比的原料制备制成：藏红花22％、苦参17％、黄苓 16％、黄柏 11％、川椒10％、地肤子20％、当归 8％、党参 7％、薄荷脑10％、野菊花13％、维生素C4％、水适量。
按上述的重量组份备取原料，按以下步骤制备：
（1）称取适量苦参、黄苓、黄柏、川椒、地肤子、当归、党参，将苦参、黄苓、黄柏、川椒、地肤子、当归、党参洗净烘干，然后粉碎，按1:10-12的料液比加入75%-95%的乙醇，作为浸提取液；
（2）称取适量藏红花、薄荷脑、野菊花、维生素C，水浴加热1-1.5h，减压抽滤，加10倍水，浸泡 35分钟，水蒸汽蒸馏提取3小时，滤过，留残渣和滤液备用，残渣与步骤（1）中浸提取液合并，加14倍水，浸泡2小时，加热煎煮 3次，每次1.5小时，滤过，滤液与上述滤液合并，静置36小时，取上清液浓缩至相对密度1.07-1.09，浓缩液储存备用；另取上述滤渣，烘干，倒入捣碎机，筛目200-300，拌匀，同浓缩液混合，加适量水调至适合溶液，用枸橼酸调节 PH 至5～7，过滤，分装即得。

1.一种抑菌液及其制备方法，其特征在于，由下列重量配比的原料制备制成 ：藏红花18-24％、苦参12-18％、黄苓 12-18％、黄柏 8-14％、川椒6-12％、地肤子16-22％、当归 5-10％、党参 5-10％、薄荷脑6-12％、野菊花8-16％、维生素C2-4％、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌液及其制备方法，其特征在于：由下列重量配比的原料制备制成：藏红花21％、苦参15％、黄苓 15％、黄柏 12％、川椒9％、地肤子19％、当归7％、党参 8％、薄荷脑9％、野菊花12％、维生素C3％、水适量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌液及其制备方法，其特征在于：按上述的重量组份备取原料，按以下步骤制备：
（1）称取适量苦参、黄苓、黄柏、川椒、地肤子、当归、党参，将苦参、黄苓、黄柏、川椒、地肤子、当归、党参洗净烘干，然后粉碎，按1:10-12的料液比加入75%-95%的乙醇，作为浸提取液；
