本实施例的活血舒筋足浴粉，由如下重量的原料制成：合欢皮10kg、川芎10kg、鸡血藤8kg、鹿衔草10kg、威灵仙8kg、益母草10kg、天仙藤8kg、刘寄奴8kg、苍术10kg、甘松8kg、香附8kg、天麻8kg、桂枝10kg和柏子仁8kg。
本实施例的活血舒筋足浴粉的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
选取以下重量的经过充分烘干干燥的原料：合欢皮10kg、川芎10kg、鸡血藤8kg、鹿衔草10kg、威灵仙8kg、益母草10kg、天仙藤8kg、刘寄奴8kg、苍术10kg、甘松8kg、香附8kg、天麻8kg、桂枝10kg和柏子仁8kg，混合均匀后，粉碎，过90目筛，钴60灭菌，包装后，即得所述活血舒筋足浴粉。
实施例3：
本实施例的活血舒筋足浴粉，由如下重量的原料制成：合欢皮15kg、川芎5kg、鸡血藤12kg、鹿衔草5kg、威灵仙12kg、益母草5kg、天仙藤12kg、刘寄奴4kg、苍术15kg、甘松4kg、香附12kg、天麻4kg、桂枝15kg和柏子仁4kg。
本实施例的活血舒筋足浴粉的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
选取以下重量的经过充分烘干干燥的原料：合欢皮15kg、川芎5kg、鸡血藤12kg、鹿衔草5kg、威灵仙12kg、益母草5kg、天仙藤12kg、刘寄奴4kg、苍术15kg、甘松4kg、香附12kg、天麻4kg、桂枝15kg和柏子仁4kg，混合均匀后，粉碎，过80目筛，钴60灭菌，包装后，即得所述活血舒筋足浴粉。
如上述任一项实施例所述的制备方法制备出的活血舒筋足浴粉的使用方法，所述浴足粉在使用时，打开包装袋，取10g浴足粉，加到1～1.5kg沸水中，搅拌3～5分钟，再加3～4kg温水调至水温40～50℃，足浴20～30分钟，足浴时双足相互搓擦，每天一次。
实验例
将实施例2所述足浴粉用于治疗风湿引起的疼痛。选3名患者，使用方法为：在晚上临睡前使用，取10g浴足粉，加到1～1.5kg沸水中，搅拌3～5分钟，再加3～4kg温水调至水温40～50℃，足浴20～30分钟。
案例1：刘女士，男，55岁。膝关节僵硬，肌肉酸痛。使用本发明的足浴粉泡脚一个月后，以上情况消失。
案例2：王先生，男，38岁。肩部关节肿痛，背部肌肉酸痛。使用本发明足浴粉泡脚一周后，以上情况消失。
案例3：秦先生，男，43岁。颈部关节肿痛。使用本发明足浴粉泡脚一周后，以上情况消失。
由此可见，本发明的中药浴足粉以具有舒筋活络、活气活血、补肾强筋、祛风止痛之功效，对因风湿引起的疼痛有明显的治疗或缓解作用，而且安全无副作用。

1.一种活血舒筋足浴粉，其特征在于，由如下重量份数的原料制成：合欢皮5～15份、川芎5～15份、鸡血藤4～12份、鹿衔草5～15份、威灵仙4～12份、益母草5～15份、天仙藤4～12份、刘寄奴4～12份、苍术5～15份、甘松4～12份、香附4～12份、天麻4～12份、桂枝5～15份和柏子仁4～12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活血舒筋足浴粉，其特征在于，由如下重量份数的原料制成：合欢皮10份、川芎10份、鸡血藤8份、鹿衔草10份、威灵仙8份、益母草10份、天仙藤8份、刘寄奴8份、苍术10份、甘松8份、香附8份、天麻8份、桂枝10份和柏子仁8份。
3.一种活血舒筋足浴粉的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
选取以下重量份数的经过充分烘干干燥的原料：合欢皮5～15份、川芎5～15份、鸡血藤4～12份、鹿衔草5～15份、威灵仙4～12份、益母草5～15份、天仙藤4～12份、刘寄奴4～12份、苍术5～15份、甘松4～12份、香附4～12份、天麻4～12份、桂枝5～15份和柏子仁4～12份，混合均匀后，粉碎，过筛，灭菌，包装后，即得所述活血舒筋足浴粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种活血舒筋足浴粉的制备方法，其特征在于，所述原料的重量份数为：合欢皮10份、川芎10份、鸡血藤8份、鹿衔草10份、威灵仙8份、益母草10份、天仙藤8份、刘寄奴8份、苍术10份、甘松8份、香附8份、天麻8份、桂枝10份和柏子仁8份。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种活血舒筋足浴粉的制备方法，其特征在于，所述过筛的目数为80～100目。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种活血舒筋足浴粉的制备方法，其特征在于，所述灭菌的方式为钴60灭菌。
