本发明提供了一种治疗膝关节病的纯中药组合物，属于中药组合物领域。本发明治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物，其特征在于，组合物包括以下组分的中草药原料：生马钱、牛膝、甘草、苍术、麻黄、金蝎、僵蚕、透骨草、伸筋草、艾叶、干姜。采用本发明风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物治疗，无毒副作用，药效渗透性强，并通过皮肤的吸收功能，能够持续疗效，效果为理想。

技术领域
本发明属于治疗风湿类疾病和膝关节疾病的中药技术领域，特别涉及一种治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物。
背景技术
风湿骨病在西医上称为风湿热、风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、腰椎间盘突出、骨质增生等症，以关节疼痛、酸困、麻木、活动受限、僵硬变形为主要临床表现，严重的卧床不起，疼痛难忍，生活不能自理。祖国医学认为此症属于“痹症”的范围。诱发本病的因素是因为人体肝、脾、肾精血不足，筋骨失养，自然界中风、寒、湿、热之邪侵入人体，进入关节，使气血痹阻，引起气血运行不畅，造成经络不通或痰浊瘀血。或劳逸外伤致使瘀血停滞、经脉不通，引起关节疼痛，肢体麻木，关节僵硬，屈身不利等症状。
风湿、类风湿性关节炎和颈肩腰腿疼等症属于高发性持续性疾病，在目前现有的技术中，西医治疗本病常以消炎止痛、激素、封闭、紫外线照射、牵引、手术等方法。其缺点是治标不治本，治疗时间长，疗效差，费用大，且手术危险性极高。中医采用内服中药，以舒筋活络、活血化瘀等方法，效果不明显，或者初服有效随后则无作用，疗效不持久，复发率高。而且内服中药不方便，有的中药对胃有刺激，产生不良的副作用。市场上也有各种各样的外用膏药，但大都是效果不明显，不能根除。
膝关节痛疼是最常见的风湿疾病之一，中老年人为多发群体，治疗风湿疾病的药物、手段很多，但无对性治疗漆关节风湿痛疼的药物，疗效欠佳。故亟需本领域技术人员研制出一种针对治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的中药。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是解决现有药物对治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的疗效差的问题，，进而提供了一种治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的中药组合物。
为解决上述问题采取如下技术方案：
一种治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物，组合物包括以下组分的中草药原料：生马钱子、牛膝、甘草、苍术、麻黄、全蝎、僵蚕、透骨草、伸筋草、艾叶、干姜。
进一步的，组合物包括如下重量份配比的中草药原料：生马钱子300～320份、牛膝30～40份、甘草30～40份、苍术30～40份、麻黄30～40份、全蝎30～40份、僵蚕30～40份、透骨草20～30份、伸筋草20～30份、艾叶20～30份、干姜10～20份。
进一步的，组合物包括如下重量份配比的中草药原料：生马钱子310份、牛膝34份、甘草34份、苍术34份、麻黄34份、全蝎34份、僵蚕34份、透骨草25份、伸筋草25份、艾叶25份、干姜15份。
进一步的，所述中草药原料加入麻油分别浸泡3～4天。
一种治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
步骤一：按组方配比称取中草药原料备用；
步骤二：将步骤一的中草药原料加入麻油分别浸泡3～4天；
步骤三：取浸泡后中草药原料混合后煎熬，下丹成膏切成大块状，投放于冷水中24小时去火毒，备用，加入制乳香9克、制没药9克、血竭6克、轻粉3克精细料制成15～20份重的药膏。
上述中草药原料的药性为：
生马钱子:通络散结，消肿定痛；
牛膝：活血祛瘀，补肝肾，强筋骨，利尿通淋，引血下行；
甘草：补脾益气，润肺止咳，缓急止痛，调和药性；
苍术：燥湿健脾，祛风湿。
麻黄：宜通肺气，开腠理，散风寒，发汗解表；
全蝎：息风止痉，解毒散结，通络止痛；
僵蚕：息风止痉，祛风止痛，解毒散结；
透骨草：祛风除湿，通络活血，消瘀散肿，软坚消痞；
伸筋草：舒筋活络，下气除湿，消肿散结；
艾叶：散寒止痛，湿经通络，祛湿止痒；
干姜：温中，回阳，温肺化饮。
本发明的有益效果为：
1、风湿、类风湿性关节炎属祖国医学“痹疗”范畴，痹为闭阻之意，当人体肌表经络为风寒湿气侵袭，气血不能畅通遂致关节疼痛，重者麻木均称痹症。而目前治疗尚无特效之法。采用本发明风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物治疗，无毒副作用，药效渗透性强，并通过皮肤的吸收功能，能够持续疗效，效果较为理想。
2、膏药性质：散寒通痹、疏风通络。
3、用于治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病痛等症，消肿症痛、滑利关节。
4、透皮吸收，深达脊髓，疗效显著，药简效捷，使用方便，安全可靠。

实施例1
一种治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物，组合物包括如下重量份配比的中草药原料：生马钱子300份、牛膝30份、甘草30份、苍术30份、麻黄30份、全蝎30份、僵蚕30份、透骨草20份、伸筋草20份、艾叶20份、干姜10份。
实施例2
一种治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物，组合物包括如下重量份配比的中草药原料：生马钱子320份、牛膝40份、甘草40份、苍术40份、麻黄40份、全蝎40份、僵蚕40份、透骨草30份、伸筋草30份、艾叶30份、干姜20份。
实施例3
一种治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物，组合物包括如下重量份配比的中草药原料：生马钱子310份、牛膝34份、甘草34份、苍术34份、麻黄34份、全蝎34份、僵蚕34份、透骨草25份、伸筋草25份、艾叶25份、干姜15份。
上述治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：步骤一：按组方配比称取中草药原料备用；
步骤二：将步骤一的中草药原料加入麻油分别浸泡3～4天；
步骤三：取浸泡后中草药原料混合后煎熬，下丹成膏，加入精细料制成15～20份重的药膏。
实施例4
临床病例研究，取本发明的治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物进行临床试验研究，结果如表1所示。

风湿、类风湿性关节炎属祖国医学“痹疗”范畴，痹为闭阻之意，当人体肌表经络为风寒湿气侵袭，气血不能畅通遂致关节疼痛，重者麻木均称痹症。而目前治疗尚无特效之法。采用本发明风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物治疗，无毒副作用，药效渗透性强，并通过皮肤的吸收功能，从而达到持续疗效之目的，且取到了较为理想的效果。曾用本方法治疗320例病人，总有效率在95％以上。
本文虽然已经给出了本发明的一些实施例，但是本领域的技术人员应当理解，在不脱离本发明精神的情况下，可以对本文的实施例进行改变。上述实施例只是示例性的，不应以本文的实施例作为本发明权利范围的限定。

1.一种治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物，其特征在于，组合物包括以下组分的中草药原料：生马钱子、牛膝、甘草、苍术、麻黄、全蝎、僵蚕、透骨草、伸筋草、艾叶、干姜。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物，其特征在于，组合物包括如下重量份配比的中草药原料：生马钱子300～320份、牛膝30～40份、甘草30～40份、苍术30～40份、麻黄30～40份、全蝎30～40份、僵蚕30～40份、透骨草20～30份、伸筋草20～30份、艾叶20～30份、干姜10～20份。
3.如权利要求2所述的治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物，其特征在于，组合物包括如下重量份配比的中草药原料：生马钱子310份、牛膝34份、甘草34份、苍术34份、麻黄34份、金蝎34份、僵蚕34份、透骨草25份、伸筋草25份、艾叶25份、干姜15份。
4.如权利要求3所述的治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中草药原料加入麻油分别浸泡3～4天。
5.一种如权利要求1～4任意一项所述的治疗风湿、类风湿及膝关节病的外敷中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
步骤一：按组方配比称取中草药原料备用；
步骤二：将步骤一的中草药原料加入麻油分别浸泡3～4天；
步骤三：取浸泡后中草药原料混合后煎熬，下丹成膏切成大块状，投放于冷水中24小时去火毒，备用，加入制乳香9克、制没药9克、血竭6克、轻粉3克精细料制成15～20份重的药膏。
