According to the invention, the mould closing and opening of the movable mould are automatically completed in the process of advancing the fixed mould through the ascending chute and the descending chute, so that manual operation is completely replaced, and the egg dumplings can be completely attached in the process of turning the skin, thereby being beneficial to improving the production quality, greatly reducing the labor force and increasing the yield.

The embodiment of the invention discloses an automatic overturning device for egg dumpling molds, which comprises an egg dumpling mold 1, a mold clamping mechanism 2, a mold opening mechanism 3 and a pair of chains 4.
The egg dumpling die 1 comprises a movable die 11 and a fixed die 12 which are connected in an opening and closing rotating manner, two ends of the fixed die 12 are fixedly arranged on a pair of chains 4, the egg dumpling die 1 is driven to move forward by the chains, and a plurality of egg dumpling dies 1 can be arranged side by the pair of chains 4, so that the yield is improved.

More preferably, the width of the descending chute 22 is larger than that of the ascending chute 21, so that the movable mold 11 is clamped more smoothly.
In the process of die assembly and die opening, the whole process is stable, vibration is avoided, egg skins on the stop die are prevented from falling off, defective products are generated, and the ball chain is used for being more beneficial to running stability.
