According to the invention, the mould closing and opening of the movable mould are automatically completed in the process of advancing the fixed mould through the ascending chute and the descending chute, so that manual operation is completely replaced, and the egg dumplings can be completely attached in the process of turning the skin, thereby being beneficial to improving the production quality, greatly reducing the labor force and increasing the yield.
