Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of livestock and poultry environment and ecological cycle breeding, and particularly relates to a method for efficiently and continuously recycling sheep manure by using earthworms and continuously breeding earthworms through the sheep manure so as to achieve recycling treatment of the sheep manure.
Background
In recent years, the nation has paid high attention to and vigorously developed the cattle and sheep industry, particularly cattle and sheep breeding in southern areas, and the cattle and sheep breeding method has become a potential leading industry for the development of the livestock industry. However, once the large-scale sheep raising is carried out in southern areas of China, the problem that a large amount of sheep manure is accumulated to pollute the environment is faced, and particularly under the background that the environment pollution caused by livestock and poultry manure is increasingly severe and the requirement on environmental protection is higher and higher in China, how to realize the harmless treatment and efficient utilization technology of the sheep manure is a major problem faced by the sheep industry at present. At present, the sheep manure is treated by adopting a method of directly fertilizing, planting or stacking and fermenting the sheep manure; however, if the sheep manure is directly fertilized and planted, the soil is easily damaged due to the difference of acid and alkali, and the plants are damaged due to excessive nutrition. Meanwhile, although the problem of environment pollution caused by sheep manure is solved to a certain extent by stacking fermentation, the method has the defects of long fermentation time, incomplete treatment, subsequent pollution and low added value. Therefore, the research on the high-efficiency biological treatment of the sheep manure is developed, the treatment speed is increased, the added value is increased, and the method has important significance for solving the industrial development of the sheep manure.
Earthworms are organisms taking putrefactive substances as raw materials of things, play important biological functions in the evolution of the earth and the maintenance of ecological balance, and play an important role in the field of environmental protection; meanwhile, the earthworms are rich in various amino acids and trace elements, contain complex enzyme systems, antibacterial peptides and other bioactive substances, and have good prospects in the aspects of developing biological feeds and special animal baits.
The earthworms have related technologies in the treatment of pig manure and cow manure, which shows that the earthworms have research in the treatment of animal manure, so that the development of the utilization of the earthworms in the treatment of sheep manure has certain feasibility. However, sheep manure is different from pig manure and cow manure in terms of chemical components and forms, so that the research on the technology of treating sheep manure by using earthworms is still difficult. But it is foreseeable that the research of efficiently treating the sheep manure by using the earthworms has higher research significance and popularization prospect for improving the treatment speed of the sheep manure and the additional value of the sheep manure treatment.

Step four, continuously treating sheep manure by using earthworms; removing 70% of the volume of the culture bed, placing the rest part on one side, uniformly stirring according to the mass ratio of wormcast to fresh sheep manure of 4:6, placing the mixture on the other side to obtain a new culture bed, controlling the length of the new culture bed to be 15m, the width to be 0.45m and the height to be 0.35m, adding 30kg of earthworms into the new culture bed, watering the new culture bed every day to keep the humidity to be 55%, culturing for 20 days, completely converting the sheep manure in the new culture bed into wormcast, collecting the earthworms in the new culture bed by a phototaxis method, continuously carrying out the operation of the step, continuously treating the sheep manure by using the earthworms, and culturing to obtain the earthworms; 70 percent of the volume of the culture bed is removed, the earthworm cast is used as a component, the removed part can be collected for development and utilization, 30 percent of the volume of the culture bed is reserved, the uniformly stirred earthworm cast and fresh sheep cast are combined to prepare a new culture bed, the mass ratio of the new culture bed to the earthworm cast is 4:6, the sheep cast can be quickly digested by the earthworms under the mass ratio and is converted into the earthworm cast, so that the earthworms are continuously cultured to obtain the earthworms, the sheep cast in the new culture bed is completely converted into the uniform and breathable earthworm cast after being cultured for 20 days by the new culture bed, the earthworms in the new culture bed are collected, the new culture bed without the earthworms is left, the component of the earthworm cast is used as the component, the new culture bed is changed into the culture bed without the earthworms in step three at the moment, the component and the state of each aspect are consistent, and the operation of the step is carried out again and can be continuously carried out, thus realizing the continuous treatment of the sheep manure by the earthworms and obtaining the earthworms by breeding.
The implementation results are combined, so that the method can utilize the earthworms to continuously, efficiently and continuously perform resource treatment on the sheep manure, and continuously breed the earthworms through the sheep manure, thereby efficiently and thoroughly solving the problem that the accumulation of the sheep manure pollutes the environment, simultaneously improving the additional value of the sheep manure, further solving the development bottleneck of the sheep breeding industry, improving the comprehensive benefit of sheep breeding, and having extremely high ecological and economic values.
