Abstract
本发明涉及一种发动机修复剂。其组成及重量份数为,基础油10~80份,石墨5~10份,硫化钼1~3份,金刚石1~3份,氮化硼1~5份,分散剂6~20份,清净剂5~20份,抗氧抗腐剂10~25份,降凝剂1~5份。将本发明按3%~5%的质量比添加入发动机机油中后,在保持原有机油性能的基础上,同时可达到节能、环保、减磨、修复各摩擦表面的作用。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种发动机修复剂。
背景技术:
发动机在工作时都会用到润滑油,但传统的润滑油无法解决发动机冷启动和边界摩擦所带来的摩擦磨损、能量消耗等问题。活塞和气缸间磨损大,机油的更换周期短,燃油耗费量大,使得发动机的寿命缩短,有害气体的排放量大。
发明内容:
本发明正是针对上述问题,提供了一种发动机修复剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,其组成及重量份数为,基础油10~80份,石墨5~10份,硫化钼1~3份,金刚石1~3份,氮化硼1~5份,分散剂6~20份,清净剂5~20份,抗氧抗腐剂10~25份,降凝剂1~5份。
所述的基础油为加氢脱蜡基础油。
所述的分散剂为丁二酰亚胺类分散剂,优选多丁二酰亚胺、硼化丁二酰亚胺、无氯丁二酰亚胺中的一种以上。
所述的清净剂为超高碱值石油磺酸钙、高碱值合成磺酸钙、高碱值硫化烷基酚钙、高碱值烷基水杨酸钙、高碱值环烷酸钙中的一种以上。
所述的抗氧抗腐剂为二烷基二硫代氨甲酸钼。
所述的降凝剂为烷基萘、聚甲基丙烯酸酯和聚丙烯酸酯中的一种以上。
石墨、硫化钼、氮化硼组成固体润滑材料,其颗粒重量中位粒径在1~2微米之间,最大粒径不超过3 微米,重量比表面积为 3.5~5.5m2/g,分级精度指数为1.5~1.8。
本发明的有益效果:
将本发明按 3%~5%的质量比添加入发动机机油中后,在保持原有机油性能的基础上,同时可达到节能、环保、减磨、修复各摩擦表面的作用。
此外,还能增强原机油的节油效果,降低有害气体的排放量,降低噪音,提升动力,增加原机油的润滑效果和气密性。

实施例1
组成及重量份数为,加氢脱蜡基础油50份,石墨5份,硫化钼1份,金刚石1份,氮化硼2份,多丁二酰亚胺10份,高碱值合成磺酸钙20份,二烷基二硫代氨甲酸钼10份,聚甲基丙烯酸酯5份。
实施例2
组成及重量份数为,加氢脱蜡基础油80份,石墨7份,硫化钼2份,金刚石3份,氮化硼1份,硼化丁二酰亚胺20份,高碱值环烷酸钙5份,二烷基二硫代氨甲酸钼25份,烷基萘3份。
实施例3
组成及重量份数为,加氢脱蜡基础油10份,石墨10份,硫化钼3份,金刚石2份,氮化硼5份,硼化丁二酰亚胺6份,高碱值烷基水杨酸钙15份,二烷基二硫代氨甲酸钼20份,聚丙烯酸酯1份。

1.一种发动机修复剂,其特征在于,其组成及重量份数为,基础油10~80份,石墨5~10份,硫化钼1~3份,金刚石1~3份,氮化硼1~5份,分散剂6~20份,清净剂5~20份,抗氧抗腐剂10~25份,降凝剂1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机修复剂,其特征在于,所述的基础油为加氢脱蜡基础油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发动机修复剂,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为丁二酰亚胺类分散剂,优选多丁二酰亚胺、硼化丁二酰亚胺、无氯丁二酰亚胺中的一种以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发动机修复剂,其特征在于,所述的清净剂为超高碱值石油磺酸钙、高碱值合成磺酸钙、高碱值硫化烷基酚钙、高碱值烷基水杨酸钙、高碱值环烷酸钙中的一种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发动机修复剂,其特征在于,所述的抗氧抗腐剂为二烷基二硫代氨甲酸钼。
6.根据权利要求1所述的发动机修复剂,其特征在于,所述的降凝剂为烷基萘、聚甲基丙烯酸酯和聚丙烯酸酯中的一种以上。
