本发明涉及工业与民用室内供暖。具体为一种叠层式干铺电热地暖装置制备方法。其特点是:它包括防潮层,隔热层,反射层,发热层,散热层,其特征在于:所述的隔热层上与反射层连接下与所述的防潮层连接,所述的发热层上与所述的散热层连接、下与所述的反射层连接构成完整的叠层式干铺电热地暖装置。本发明的技术效果在于结构简单、成本低廉、操作使用快捷、准确,节能,安全可靠。本发明工厂内加工量少,生产成本低,产量大。电地暖构造简单,完全淘汰水泥砂浆填埋构造,不仅大大缩短工期,现场无施工垃圾,而且施工工效高,洁净干作业。施工造价低,同时升温快,采用温控器等智能控温,耗能低、使用时因节能而省电省钱。

叠层式干铺电热地暖装置制备方法
技术领域:本发明涉及工业与民用室内供暖。具体为一种叠层式干铺电热地暖装置制备方法。
背景技术:国内外电热地板主要有发热电缆或电热膜铺装后用水泥砂浆填埋或在保温隔热板表面切槽后将发热电缆线嵌入其槽内两大类。电热膜类电地暖不易维修且因厚厚的水泥砂浆层而耗电大,升温慢,使用时电费高,安装工期长,属非节能型。电热地板类在工厂内加工量大,生产成本高。同时在我国开始强力推进电供暖技术大面积应用条件下,对施工简便性,施工速度快等成为行业技术发展突出的市场要求。因此如何使电地暖装置减少工厂加工量,降低现场安装人工成本,且又能具有明显的节能效果;结构简单、成本低廉、操作使用快捷、准确,安全可靠,成为目前电地暖技术发展所追求的新目标。
发明内容:本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、操作使用快捷、准确,节能、安全可靠的叠层式干铺电热地暖装置制备方法。本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种叠层式干铺电热地暖装置制备方法,它包括防潮层,隔热层,反射层,发热层,散热层,其特征在于:所述的隔热层上与反射层连接下与所述的防潮层连接,所述的发热层上与所述的散热层连接、下与所述的反射层连接构成完整的叠层式干铺电热地暖装置;同时将保温板加工为标准尺寸的模块,成为隔热板,现场施工时,先将薄泡沫板平铺在地面上成为防潮层,然后将隔热板铺满地面,表面高度一致,再将薄铝板构成的反射层铺在隔热板上后铺装网格毯状碳纤维发热层,并将发热层上的接插件与电源线上的接插件插接牢靠,电源线与温控器连接,最后干铺装水泥纤维板构成的散热板,完成安装;所述安装中,将散热层与发热层,发热层与隔热层分别错缝铺装。本发明的技术效果在于结构简单、成本低廉、操作使用快捷、准确,节能,安全可靠。本发明工厂内加工量少,生产成本低,产量大。电地暖构造简单,完全淘汰水泥砂浆填埋构造,不仅大大缩短工期,现场无施工垃圾,而且施工工效高,洁净干作业。施工造价低,同时升温快,采用温控器等智能控温,耗能低、使用时因节能而省电省钱。

具体实施方式:一种叠层式干铺电热地暖装置制备方法,它包括防潮层1,隔热层2,反射层3,发热层4,散热层5,其特征在于:所述的隔热层2上与反射层3连接下与所述的防潮层1连接,所述的发热层4上与所述的散热层5连接、下与所述的反射层3连接构成完整的叠层式干铺电热地暖装置;同时将保温板加工为标准尺寸的模块,成为隔热板2,保温板是由聚氨酯板、酚醛板或者挤塑聚苯板制成。现场施工时,先将薄泡沫板平铺在地面上成为防潮层1,然后将隔热板2铺满地面,表面高度一致,再将薄铝板构成的反射层3铺在隔热板2上后铺装发热电缆的发热层4,并将发热层4上的接插件6与电源线上的接插件插接牢靠,电源线与温控器连接,最后干铺装水泥纤维板构成的散热板5,完成安装;所述安装中,将散热层5与发热层4,发热层4与隔热层2分别错缝铺装,需要时应用铝箔胶带将散热层5的拼接缝粘贴。下面结合附图详述本发明工作原理、工作过程。在工厂内将碳纤维束和导线压织成网格状,然后再将双面绝缘层与碳纤维网格热压成为完整整体,并将接插件和碳纤维网格内导线连接为对外绝缘的整体发热层4。发热层4制成可卷曲的绝缘碳纤维图格布。同时将保温板2加工为标准尺寸的模块,成为隔热板2。现场施工时,先将薄泡沫板平铺在地面上成为防潮层1。然后将隔热板2铺满地面,表面高度一致,再将薄铝板反射层3铺在隔热板2上后铺装发热层4绝缘碳纤维图格布,并将发热层4上的接插件6与电源线上的接插件插接牢靠。电源线与温控器连接,最后干铺装水泥纤维板构成的散热板5,完成本发明安装。

1.一种叠层式干铺电热地暖装置制备方法,它包括防潮层,隔热层,反射层,发热层,散热层,其特征在于:所述的隔热层上与反射层连接下与所述的防潮层连接,所述的发热层上与所述的散热层连接、下与所述的反射层连接构成完整的叠层式干铺电热地暖装置;同时将保温板加工为标准尺寸的模块,成为隔热板,现场施工时,先将薄泡沫板平铺在地面上成为防潮层,然后将隔热板铺满地面,表面高度一致,再将薄铝板构成的反射层铺在隔热板上后铺装网格毯状碳纤维发热层,并将发热层上的接插件与电源线上的接插件插接牢靠,电源线与温控器连接,最后干铺装水泥纤维板构成的散热板,完成安装;所述安装中,将散热层与发热层,发热层与隔热层分别错缝铺装。
