Abstract
本发明涉及一种石墨烯地暖模块,石墨烯地暖模块自下而上依次设有第一底绝缘层、第二底绝缘层、底柔性面状体架构层、第二粘结层、发热体下附着层、石墨烯发热层、发热体上附着层、第一粘结层、面柔性面状体架构层、第二面绝缘层、第一面绝缘层,石墨烯发热体为浸润石墨烯的PET丙纶纤维布,石墨烯发热体顶面两侧设有沿石墨烯发热体长度方向延伸电极片,发热体上附着层和发热体下附着层均为LLDPE薄膜材质。本发明通过浸润石墨烯的PET丙纶纤维布作为发热体,发热均匀,电热能转换率高,升温快速,释放远红外线,制作成卷材,根据施工情况裁剪成任意长度,铺设更加方便,相对于传统的电地暖可设置更少的连接点,可靠性高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及地暖设备技术领域,特别涉及一种石墨烯地暖模块。
背景技术
地面辐射供暖是一项既古老又崭新的技术。在中国地面采暖可追溯到明朝末年,为皇宫王室才能拥有的取暖方式,如现存中国的故宫,在青砖地面下砌好烟道,冬天通过烟道传烟并合理配置出烟窗以达到把青砖温热而后传到室内,使室内产生温暖的效果。以后中国北方农村出现火墙、火炕的取暖方式,韩国、日本出现地炕。从古至今,人类不断传承文明,开拓创新,发展进步。现在随着科技时代的到来,地面供暖技术已从原始的烟道散热火炕式采暖发展成为以现代材料为热媒的地面辐射供暖。该技术早在上世纪30年代就在发达国家开始应用,中国在50年代就已将技术应用于人民大会堂、华侨饭店等工程中。
目前市场上常用的地暖为水地暖,其采用煤、天然气作为热源,都是不可再生能源,不节能,不环保。水地暖,结构复杂,安装麻烦,十几道工序,几十个组件,非标准化施工,随意性强,质量难把控。传统地暖升温慢,6个小时才能达到舒适温度,且经常冷热不均。运行费用高,能耗损失大,比如,向下跑热,20%热能被地下吸收。锅炉热水,通过管道循环,二次加热,经水泥层、地砖地板,层层递减,热能利用率仅为70%。水地暖占层高,抬高地面10厘米。安全性差,“跑、冒、滴、漏”现象无法避免,严寒冬季,地暖管易被冻裂,锅炉爆炸事件,年年见诸报端。维护费用不可估测。地面盘管每年需清洗。分集水器、锅炉的使用寿命也非常有限。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种石墨烯地暖模块。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种石墨烯地暖模块,所述石墨烯地暖模块自下而上依次设有第一底绝缘层、第二底绝缘层、底柔性面状体架构层、第二粘结层、发热体下附着层、石墨烯发热层、发热体上附着层、第一粘结层、面柔性面状体架构层、第二面绝缘层、第一面绝缘层,所述石墨烯发热体为浸润石墨烯的PET丙纶纤维布,所述石墨烯发热体顶面两侧设有沿所述石墨烯发热体长度方向延伸的电极片,所述发热体上附着层和所述发热体下附着层均为LLDPE薄膜材质。
上述设计中通过浸润石墨烯的PET丙纶纤维布作为发热体,发热均匀,利用石墨烯发热体将电能转化为热能和热辐射,转换效率高,升温快速,有效释放对人体有益的远红外线,避免传统电地暖的电磁辐射,沿石墨烯发热层长度方向延伸的电极便于将本设计的石墨烯电暖模块制作成卷材,根据施工情况裁剪成任意长度,铺设更加方便,相对于传统的电地暖可设置更少的连接点,可靠性高,更加安全,工作时无噪音、不干燥,无污水和废气排放,普通电热膜只有2层,厚度仅有0.38毫米,本设计做到了11层的特殊工艺,大大增加了地暖材料的强度,采用多种材料复合尤其采用上下均设置两层绝缘材料使得本设计具有较强的电气强度!通过各层的叠加和排序使得本设计超耐牢、抗划伤、抗氧化、高绝缘,阻燃,本设计采用卷材可以裁剪成任意长度,安装简便,工期短,铺装厚度还不到3厘米,对建筑空间影响最小,石墨烯发热体为浸润石墨烯的PET丙纶纤维布,强度高,防止在折叠卷曲过程中折伤。
作为本设计的进一步改进,所述电极片为铜箔条,所述铜箔条与所述石墨烯发热层表面贴合,导电性好,便于反复弯曲。
作为本设计的进一步改进,所述第二面绝缘层和所述第一面绝缘层之间夹有标签印刷层,便于印制产品信息。
作为本设计的进一步改进,所述电极片贴合在所述石墨烯发热层正反两面,电性连接更好。
作为本设计的进一步改进,所述底柔性面状体架构层为芳纶布,有效增强石墨烯地暖模块整体强度,有效阻止热量向下散失。
作为本设计的进一步改进,所述面柔性面状体架构层为芳纶网,进一步提高石墨烯地暖模块整体强度。
作为本设计的进一步改进,所述第二粘结层和第一粘结层均为环氧树脂胶,毒性小,环保性高。
作为本设计的进一步改进,所述第一底绝缘层、第二底绝缘层、第二面绝缘层以及第一面绝缘层均为聚酰亚胺薄膜,绝缘性好,阻燃效果好,安全性更高。

实施例:一种石墨烯地暖模块,所述石墨烯地暖模块自下而上依次设有第一底绝缘层11、第二底绝缘层10、底柔性面状体架构层9、第二粘结层8、发热体下附着层7、石墨烯发热层6、发热体上附着层5、第一粘结层4、面柔性面状体架构层3、第二面绝缘层2、第一面绝缘层1,所述石墨烯发热体为浸润石墨烯的PET丙纶纤维布,所述石墨烯发热体顶面两侧设有沿所述石墨烯发热体长度方向延伸的电极片13,所述发热体上附着层5和所述发热体下附着层7均为LLDPE薄膜材质。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯地暖模块,其特征是,所述电极片为铜箔条,所述铜箔条与所述石墨烯发热层表面贴合。
