本发明涉及恒温水阀芯套组件,包括外套和内套,所述外套套在所述内套之外,所述外套与所述内套紧密接触,使所述内套在所述外套内自由运动,所述外套和所述内套均设有若干通水孔,所述内套内壁中部设有分隔片,所述分隔片与所述内套一体成型,且所述分隔片的两侧与所述内套内壁的连接端形成圆弧;所述内套的内径外端、所述外套的内径外端设有坡部。该恒温水阀芯套组件不仅能够缓冲洗浴设备出水过多或过少,还不影响洗浴设备出水的水量和水温,且性能稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗浴设备技术领域,具体为恒温水阀芯套组件。
背景技术
目前,由于供水的水压本身不稳,直接影响洗浴设备的出水时多时少,有时,由于传统恒温水阀芯套组件的内外套调节不畅导致出水突然过烫或过凉,容易使人烫伤或着凉,而且,传统恒温水阀芯套组件由合金制成,不仅成本较高,还具有一定导热性,其本身受温度影响热胀冷缩,影响洗浴设备出水的水量和水温。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供恒温水阀芯套组件,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,所具有的有益效果是:缓冲洗浴设备出水过多或过少的问题,降低洗浴设备出水的水温骤变的影响,且性能稳定。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下方案:恒温水阀芯套组件,包括外套和内套,所述外套套在所述内套之外,所述外套的内壁与所述内套的外壁接触,使所述内套在所述外套内自由运动,所述外套和所述内套均设有若干通水孔,在所述内套内壁的中部设有分隔片,所述分隔片与所述内套一体成型,这样能够在内套内形成两个不会干涉也不会串水的容腔,并在容腔内保持一定水量,使得在水压不稳的情况下,该分隔片两侧形成的容腔起到进水少时补充水量、进水多时储存水量的作用,缓冲洗浴设备出水过多或过少,保证出水不致过烫或过凉;所述内套的内径外端、所述外套的内径外端设有坡部,更方便水流进入所述恒温水阀芯套组件。
进一步地,所述分隔片的两侧与所述内套内壁的连接端形成圆弧面为四分之一圆弧,能够减少水流动的阻力。
进一步地,所述坡部的坡面与水平面呈45°,使进水进入所述恒温水阀芯套组件的过程更加顺畅。
进一步地,所述外套内壁上设有若干与轴线平行的凹槽,所述内套外壁上设有与所述凹槽形状相匹配对应的凸条,起到运动导轨的作用,使所述外套和所述内套在调节水温而相对运动时更顺畅。
进一步地,所述凸条上设置圆珠,因滚动摩擦力更小,使所述外套和所述内套在相对运动时更顺畅。
进一步地,所述圆珠内嵌在所述凸条中,所述圆珠顶端高于所述凸条表面,避免所述圆珠掉出。
进一步地,所述外套内壁上的凹槽与所述内套外壁上的凸条之间具有细微缝隙,该缝隙刚好能够保证所述外套和所述内套在调节水温而相对运动,大大降低因运动而导致的摩擦阻力,又不致水份在该缝隙内漏出。
进一步地,所述恒温水阀芯套组件为陶瓷材料,陶瓷材料不易磨损,不易变形,受温度影响较小,不会影响洗浴设备出水的水量和水温,且不易腐蚀,无异味,绿色环保。
进一步地,所述恒温水阀芯套组件的厚度为1mm~2.5mm,使所述外套和所述内套不因过薄而易裂,也不因过厚而难以运动。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该恒温水阀芯套组件不仅能够使进水顺畅,缓冲洗浴设备出水过多或过少,而且外套与内套之间运动顺畅,保证出水不致过烫或过凉,加之本发明的恒温水阀芯套组件由陶瓷材料制成,性能稳定,受温度影响较小,不会影响洗浴设备出水的水量和水温,且成本较低,无异味,绿色环保。

具体实施方式
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下,但本发明并不限于此。
参考图1至图4,恒温水阀芯套组件,由陶瓷材料制成,其厚度控制在1mm~2.5mm的范围。该恒温水阀欣套组件包括外套1和内套2,外套1套在内套2之外,外套1的内壁与内套2的外壁接触,使内套2在外套1内自由运动,外套1呈内部通水的圆环柱形,在内套2内壁的中部设有分隔片4,分隔片以设置在内套水平中心线上为宜,分隔片4与内套2一体成型,分隔片4与内套2内壁的连接端形成的圆弧面6为四分之一圆弧。外套1和内套2均设有若干通水孔3,最好在外套壁和内套壁的东南西北四个方向各设有两排以外套和内套的水平中心线为轴上下对称的通水孔,其中在内套壁上的东南西北四个方向以分隔片为对称轴的上下两侧设有通水孔,水从内套2的一侧进入内套后,经分隔片遮挡从该一侧的通水孔流出。由于分割片把内套分为两个互不干涉的部分,使冷水和热水不会混在一起。内套2的内径外端、外套1的内径外端设有坡部5,该坡部5的坡面与水平面呈45°。外套1内壁上设有若干与轴线平行的凹槽7,内套2外壁上设有与凹槽7形状相匹配对应的凸条8,外套2内壁上的凹槽7与内套1外壁上的凸条8之间具有细微缝隙,凸条8上设置圆珠9,该圆珠9内嵌在凸条8中,且圆珠9顶端高于凸条8表面。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,根据本发明的教导,设计出不同形式的带流量调节的恒温分水阀芯并不需要创造性的劳动,在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化、修改、替换和变型,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。

1.恒温水阀芯套组件,包括外套和内套,所述外套套在所述内套之外,所述外套的内壁与所述内套的外壁接触,使所述内套在所述外套内自由运动,所述外套和所述内套均设有若干通水孔,其特征在于:在所述内套内壁的中部设有分隔片,所述分隔片与所述内套一体成型;所述内套的内径外端、所述外套的内径外端设有坡部。
2.如权利要求1所述的恒温水阀芯套组件,其特征在于:所述分隔片与所述内套内壁的连接端形成的圆弧为四分之一圆弧。
3.如权利要求2所述的恒温水阀芯套组件,其特征在于:所述坡部的坡面与水平面呈45°。
4.如权利要求3所述的恒温水阀芯套组件,其特征在于:所述外套内壁上设有若干与轴线平行的凹槽,所述内套外壁上设有与所述凹槽形状相匹配对应的凸条。
5.如权利要求4所述的恒温水阀芯套组件,其特征在于:所述外套内壁上的凹槽与所述内套外壁上的凸条之间具有细微缝隙。
6.如权利要求5所述的恒温水阀芯套组件,其特征在于:所述凸条上设置圆珠。
7.如权利要求6所述的恒温水阀芯套组件,其特征在于:所述圆珠内嵌在所述凸条中,所述圆珠顶端高于所述凸条表面。
8.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的恒温水阀芯套组件,其特征在于:所述恒温水阀芯套组件为陶瓷材料。
9.如权利要求8所述的恒温水阀芯套组件,其特征在于:所述恒温水阀芯套组件的厚度为1mm~2.5mm。
