Technical Field

According to the technical scheme, the stone powder and the titanium dioxide are used as main fillers, and the main component in the stone powder is calcium carbonate which is matched with the titanium dioxide, so that the hardness of the formed imitation marble is improved; while unsaturated polyester resin is used as the adhesion component and paint is used as the main texture source. The unsaturated polyester resin has low surface tension and is easy to flow, and the surface tension can be adjusted when the unsaturated polyester resin is mixed with stone powder, titanium dioxide and paint, so that bubbles mixed in the mixing process of the components are eliminated, and the uniformity of the obtained imitation marble is improved. The paint has various colors and bright color, and is used as a main source of grains in the imitation marble, so that the finally obtained imitation marble has natural grains which are more close to the natural grains of the marble.

step two, adding paint into the first mixture obtained in the step one, and performing soft mixing operation for 3-5s to form a second mixture;
and step three, curing and molding the second mixture in an environment with the temperature of-10-45 ℃, and sequentially carrying out alkali washing treatment, primary cleaning, trimming, polishing and secondary cleaning to obtain the marble-like material.
By the technical scheme, the temperature range for manufacturing the imitated marble is wide, is not easily limited, and is beneficial to industrialization. In the first step, the unsaturated polyester resin, the stone powder and the titanium dioxide are fully mixed, the mixing process is easy under the action of good flowability of the unsaturated polyester resin, and the uniformity of the obtained first mixture is good. The weight portion ratio of the unsaturated polyester resin to the stone powder is 1: 1; the ratio of the total weight parts of the unsaturated polyester resin and the stone powder to the weight parts of the titanium dioxide is 39.6: 1; the ratio of the total weight parts of the unsaturated polyester resin, the stone powder and the titanium dioxide to the weight parts of the paint is 99.6: 1.
The process for manufacturing the imitated marble comprises the following steps:
fully mixing unsaturated polyester resin, stone powder and titanium dioxide at the rotating speed of 580rpm for 40min to form a first mixture;
step two, adding paint into the first mixture obtained in the step one, and carrying out soft manual stirring for 3-5s to form a second mixture;
and step three, solidifying and molding the second mixture in an environment with the temperature of-10-45 ℃, sequentially carrying out alkali washing treatment, wherein the alkali liquor is a sodium hydroxide solution, the concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution is 96%, the temperature of the sodium hydroxide solution is 14 ℃, the time of the alkali washing treatment is 15min, and carrying out primary cleaning, trimming, polishing and secondary cleaning to obtain the marble-like product.
Example 2: an artificial marble is different from the marble in example 1 in that the weight part ratio of unsaturated polyester resin to stone powder is 1: 1.2, the weight part ratio of the total weight parts of unsaturated polyester resin and stone powder to the weight part ratio of titanium dioxide is 40: 1, and the weight part ratio of the total weight parts of unsaturated polyester resin, stone powder and titanium dioxide to the weight part ratio of paint is 100: 1.

Comparative example 1: an artificial marble differing from example 1 in that the ratio of the parts by weight of the unsaturated polyester resin to the stone powder was 1: 5; the ratio of the total weight parts of the unsaturated polyester resin and the stone powder to the weight parts of the titanium dioxide is 20: 1; the ratio of the total weight parts of the unsaturated polyester resin, the stone powder and the titanium dioxide to the weight parts of the paint is 99.6: 1.
Comparative example 2: an imitation marble was different from example 1 in that both the stone powder and the titanium dioxide powder had a fineness of 200 mesh.
Comparative example 3: the marble-imitated material is different from the marble-imitated material in the embodiment 1 in that unsaturated polyester resin, stone powder, titanium dioxide and paint are mixed for 40min at the rotating speed of 580rpm and then are cured and molded.
Comparative example 4: a marble-imitated was obtained, which was different from example 1 in that in the second step, a stirrer was used to stir at 600rpm for 3 seconds.
Test one: appearance test
Test samples: the artificial marbles of examples 1 to 11 were selected as test samples 1 to 11, and the artificial marbles of comparative examples 2 to 4 were selected as control samples 2 to 4.
The test method comprises the following steps: the appearances of the test samples 1 to 11 and the control samples 2 to 4 were observed and compared with those of natural marble, respectively, and the degree of similarity was compared, recorded and analyzed.

As can be seen from Table 1, the test specimens 1 to 11 had smooth and flat appearance and high similarity to natural marble, and it was difficult to distinguish the test specimens 1 to 11. The appearance of the comparison sample 2 is not smooth and uneven, the similarity with the natural marble is low, and the fineness of the stone powder and the titanium dioxide is high, so that the similarity between the comparison sample 2 and the natural marble is low. The appearance of the comparative sample 3 was not smooth and uneven, and the similarity to the natural marble was low, which indicates that the unsaturated polyester resin, the stone powder, the titanium dioxide powder, and the paint were mixed together at a rotation speed of 580rpm for 40min, which easily resulted in non-uniform mixing, and finally resulted in the low similarity between the comparative sample 3 and the natural marble. The comparative sample 4 has a smooth and flat appearance but blurred lines and has a low similarity to natural marble, which means that after the paint is added, mechanical stirring at a high rotation speed is adopted, so that the mixing is too full, the lines are not natural enough, and finally the similarity to natural marble is low.
