Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of marble-imitated artware, in particular to a marble-imitated artware with a transparent layer.
Background
The resin handicraft is made up by using resin as main raw material and adopting mould casting process to make various figures, animals, kunming birds and landscape, etc. with beautiful appearance and various emulation effects. Resin artware on the market is various, and among them, marble-imitated artware and transparent resin artware are available.
The marble-imitated artware is an artware which is made by taking unsaturated polyester resin and stone powder as main raw materials, and is popular with consumers due to the fact that the surface texture of the artware is similar to that of marble, and the artware has light specific gravity and low price. The marble-imitated artware in the prior art is single in type, and generally only changes the shape and the structure or changes the texture and the color. In known reports, only the marble artware disclosed by the Chinese patent with the application publication number of CN1380356A and the Chinese patent with the patent application publication number of CN104628361A is novel, and the formula of the two inventions is provided with the luminescent pigment, so that the imitated big-marble artware can emit light at night.
The transparent resin artware is made of transparent resin serving as a raw material and has different shapes, and is well-liked by consumers because the transparent resin artware has good appearance and can be molded into various shapes. In the prior art, the chinese invention patent of CN108382119A discloses a method for making a transparent resin stereograph, which has the advantage of increasing the speed of making the resin graph, and the chinese utility model patent with the publication number of CN202147537U discloses a handicraft with a transparent resin layer structure, which comprises an outer shell, wherein the outer layer of the outer shell is partially embedded with a transparent resin layer, and the inner wall of the transparent resin layer is added with toughened broken glass, so that the structure can be applied to articles such as vases, candlesticks, jewel boxes, fruit trays and the like. The Chinese patent with patent publication No. CN1695962A discloses a transparent resin inner carving artwork and a manufacturing method thereof, and the artwork has good ornamental value.
However, in the prior art, technicians generally consider that the marble-imitated artware and the transparent resin artware are two resin artware which are irrelevant, and the two artware also respectively have respective consumer groups. The marble-imitated artware is mainly an article with primitive simplicity, such as Buddha statues, caragana, bulls and the like, and can also be used for making tables and chairs, indoor decoration and other scenes. The transparent resin artware is mainly some artware with abstract feeling and strong stereoscopic impression. Along with the abundance of the substance life of people, the sensory requirements of resin artware are richer.
In order to meet the increasing cultural demands of consumers in view of the prior art, it is necessary to design a marble-imitated handicraft article with a transparent layer.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the marble-imitated artware with the transparent layer, perfectly combine the transparent resin raw material with the marble-imitated resin raw material, enrich the variety of the resin artware and meet the increasingly rich cultural demands of consumers.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions: the artificial marble coating comprises a PU paint layer, a transparent layer and an artificial marble layer which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, wherein the transparent layer is made of transparent resin, the artificial marble layer is obtained by curing marble slurry, and the artificial marble slurry is prepared by mixing 1 part by mass of unsaturated polyester resin and 0.7 part by mass of stone powder.
By adopting the technical scheme, the PU paint can enable the formed artware to obtain better touch, the brightness is improved to some extent, and if the ultraviolet-resistant PU paint is used, the formed artware still obtains the sun-proof effect.
Preferably, an accelerator is added to both the transparent resin and the marble paste formulation.
By adopting the technical scheme, the accelerant can promote the solidification of the transparent resin and the marble slurry.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the marble-imitated handicraft with the transparent layer, the marble-imitated handicraft with the transparent layer obtained by the method can ensure that the transparent layer and the marble-imitated layer are firmly bonded without using an adhesive,
the above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions: the preparation method of the marble-imitated handicraft with the transparent layer is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step one, pouring transparent resin into a mold, and naturally drying;
step two, after the transparent resin is dried completely, pouring the imitation marble slurry into a mold, and shaking the mold until the imitation marble slurry is solidified and dried completely;
step three, demoulding the product, and curing after demoulding;
step four, when the material is maintained to be completely contracted, performing alkali washing on the product, and cleaning the product with clear water after the alkali washing;
step five, drying the cleaned product, and then polishing the dried product by using sand paper;
and sixthly, spraying PU paint on the surface of the polished product, and packaging after the PU paint is dried completely.
By adopting the technical scheme, the inventor tries to directly compound the marble-imitated slurry and the transparent resin layer in a mould, finds that the effect after final solidification is poor due to different shrinkage rates of the two materials during drying, the connection effect is not good, bubbles exist in the connection surface, and the edge can also tilt. The alkaline cleaning can soften the surface of the product, is beneficial to subsequent polishing and paint spraying, polishes the product and needs to polish the whole surface of the product, and the major needs to polish the junction of the transparent layer and the anti-marble layer and polish and eliminate unevenness of the junction. The PU paint can ensure that the formed artware obtains better touch feeling and can improve the brightness of the surface of the product.
Preferably, in the step one, the drying time of the transparent resin varies with the drying temperature, and the transparent resin needs to be dried for 24-26min at 30 ℃, 29-31min at 25 ℃ and 34-36min at 15 ℃.
By adopting the technical scheme, the weather temperature changes along with the change of seasons, the transparent resin molding time also changes, and an operator can determine the drying time according to the actual situation.
Preferably, in the second step, the drying time of the imitation marble slurry varies with the drying temperature, and the imitation marble slurry needs to be dried for 24-26min at 30 ℃, 29-31min at 25 ℃ and 34-36min at 15 ℃.
By adopting the technical scheme, the weather temperature changes along with the change of seasons, the forming time of the marble-imitated slurry also changes, and an operator can determine the drying time according to the actual situation.
Preferably, in the fourth step, the time period of the alkaline washing is 3.5 to 4.5 hours.
By adopting the technical scheme, the time for alkali washing is not suitable to be too long, the product can be corroded and damaged by alkali liquor if the time is too long, and the surface of the product cannot be softened if the time is too short, so that the subsequent polishing operation is not facilitated.
Preferably, the alkali liquor used in the alkali washing process is prepared by mixing and compounding sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, trisodium phosphate and water according to the mass ratio of 1:2:1: 10.
By adopting the technical scheme, the alkaline washing can be better completed by the alkaline washing liquid.
Preferably, in the fifth step, 320# fine sandpaper is used for sanding.
By adopting the technical scheme, the fineness of the 320# fine sand paper is sufficient, and the grinding operation can be well completed.
In summary, the invention includes at least one of the following beneficial technical effects:
firstly, the marble-imitated layer and the transparent layer are perfectly bonded together, the edge is not raised, and the bonding surface has no bubbles;
secondly, the finished artware obtained finally has better light feeling and surface touch feeling.
