Interior trim part for vehicle
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an interior trim part for a vehicle.
Background
Conventionally, an interior part for a vehicle is known which includes a 1 st member having an opening and a 2 nd member attached so as to cover the opening (patent document 1). Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In the above structure, the 2 nd member is usually attached from the front side with respect to the opening of the 1 st member. Further, a structure is also known in which a part of the peripheral end of the 2 nd member is arranged on the back side of the opening end of the opening of the 1 st member, so that the part of the peripheral end of the 2 nd member can be hidden, and the appearance can be improved. In the case of such a configuration, when the 2 nd member is attached to the 1 st member from the front side, the peripheral end of the 2 nd member may contact the opening end of the 1 st member, and the opening end of the 1 st member may be scratched. In order to suppress such a situation, the operator needs to perform the assembly work more carefully, and the workability is accordingly degraded.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object thereof is to suppress a circumferential end portion of one member from coming into contact with an open end portion of the other member when two members constituting an interior trim for a vehicle are assembled.
Means for solving the problems
In order to solve the above problem, an interior part for a vehicle according to the present invention includes: a 1 st member having an exterior surface facing an inside of a vehicle compartment; and a 2 nd member disposed so as to cover the opening provided in the 1 st member from the exterior surface side, at least a part of a 1 st peripheral end portion of the 2 nd member, which is elongated, being disposed outside a vehicle compartment of the opening end portion of the 1 st member, an engaging portion that is engaged with an engaged portion provided in the opening end portion of the 1 st member from outside the vehicle compartment being provided at one end portion in a longitudinal direction of the 1 st peripheral end portion, at least one of an engaging surface of the engaging portion and an engaged surface of the engaged portion being a curved surface having an arc shape centered along an axis of the 1 st peripheral end portion.
According to the above configuration, a part of the 1 st peripheral end portion of the 2 nd member is disposed outside the vehicle compartment at the opening end portion of the 1 st member opening. In this configuration, when the 2 nd member is assembled to the 1 st member from the appearance surface side, it is necessary to perform work without bringing a part of the 1 st peripheral end portion into contact with the opening end portion. According to the above configuration, the engaging surface of the engaging portion or the engaged surface of the engaged portion is a curved surface having an arc shape centered on the axis along the 1 st circumferential end portion. Therefore, in the process of locking the locking portion to the locked portion, the locking portion can be slid with respect to the locked portion in a form of an arc along the curved surface. That is, the 2 nd member can be rotated about the 1 st circumferential end by performing the operation of engaging the engaging portion with the engaged portion. Therefore, the assembly work can be performed while rotating the 2 nd member with respect to the 1 st member, and the 1 st peripheral end of the 2 nd member can be prevented from coming into contact with the opening end of the 1 st member, on the premise that the 1 st peripheral end of the 2 nd member is hardly moved with respect to the 1 st member.
Further, the engaging portion may be an engaging claw that protrudes from a surface of the 2 nd member outside the vehicle compartment toward the 1 st member, and the engaged portion may be shaped to protrude from the opening end toward the opening.
If the engaged portion is formed in a shape protruding from the opening end toward the opening, it is possible to suppress the arrangement of other members around the engaged portion. This allows the operator to easily observe the engaged portion, and easily align the locking claw with the engaged portion, thereby facilitating the locking operation.
Further, the 1 st circumferential end portion of the 2 nd member and the locking claw may be disposed so as to sandwich the locked portion, and a rib that abuts against the 1 st circumferential end portion may be provided on a surface of the locked portion on the 1 st circumferential end portion side.
By configuring to sandwich the locked portion between the peripheral end portion of the 2 nd member and the locking claw and by bringing the rib into contact with the 1 st peripheral end portion of the 2 nd member, the 1 st peripheral end portion of the 2 nd member can be fixed more reliably in the vehicle compartment interior-exterior direction.
In addition, the interior for a vehicle may be a door trim for a vehicle, and when a peripheral end portion of the 2 nd member on a side opposite to the 1 st peripheral end portion is a 2 nd peripheral end portion, a protruding portion protruding toward a vehicle interior side may be provided at a portion adjacent to the 2 nd peripheral end portion in the opening end portion of the 1 st member.
In door interior trims, a protruding portion is often provided for the purpose of appearance, rigidity securing, and the like. When such a projection is provided at the opening end of the 1 st member, it is necessary to perform work without touching the projection when assembling the 2 nd member. In the above configuration, since the assembly operation can be performed while the 1 st circumferential end of the 2 nd member is positioned by the locking portion, the displacement of the 2 nd circumferential end is less likely to occur, and the 2 nd circumferential end can be prevented from contacting the protruding portion.
Further, the interior for vehicle may be a door trim for vehicle, which includes a door pocket, wherein the opening end portion of the opening of the 1 st member may be a portion constituting the opening of the door pocket, and the 1 st peripheral end portion of the 2 nd member may be a lower end portion of the 2 nd member.
According to the above configuration, by covering the lower end portion of the 2 nd member from the vehicle compartment inner side with the opening end portion of the door storage box, the lower end portion of the 2 nd member can be prevented from being seen by the occupant, and the appearance can be improved.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, when two members constituting an interior part for a vehicle are assembled, it is possible to suppress the peripheral end portion of one member from coming into contact with the open end portion of the other member.

Detailed Description
One embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 15. The door trim 10 (interior material for vehicle) of the present embodiment is, for example, an interior trim for constituting a side door for a vehicle, and includes, as shown in fig. 1, an interior panel 11, a garnish 12, an armrest 13, an inner door handle housing portion 15, and a base member 50. The interior panel 11 is disposed so as to cover an inner panel (not shown) to which the interior panel 11 is attached from the vehicle interior side. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the interior panel 11 has an upper panel 14 constituting an upper end portion thereof and a lower panel 20 constituting a lower portion than the upper panel 14.
As shown in fig. 4, the lower garnish 20 (1 st member) is a rectangular shape that is long in the vehicle front-rear direction as a whole, and has an exterior surface 20A facing the inside of the vehicle compartment. A substantially square opening 21 is formed in a lower portion of the lower garnish 20 and a portion on the vehicle front side so as to penetrate in the vehicle width direction. As shown in fig. 3, an opening 22 is formed on the vehicle rear side of the opening 21 so as to penetrate in the vertical direction. The opening 22 is formed in a shape continuous with the opening 21.
The base member 50 is attached to a lower portion of the lower garnish 20 and has an elongated shape that is long in the vehicle front-rear direction. The base member 50 is disposed so as to cover the opening 21 from the vehicle interior side (the exterior surface 20A side, the vehicle compartment interior side) and to cover the opening 22 from above. As shown in fig. 1 and 5, a speaker grill 51 is provided at a portion on the vehicle front side of the base member 50. As shown in fig. 2, a switch opening 52 for attaching a switch base (not shown) and an armrest opening 53 for attaching the armrest 13 are formed in the upper surface of the base member 50 so as to be aligned in the vehicle longitudinal direction.
As shown in fig. 4, the opening end portion of the opening 21 of the lower garnish 20 has a vehicle front side opening end portion 23 extending in the vertical direction, an upper side opening end portion 24 extending in the vehicle front-rear direction, and a lower side opening end portion 25 extending in the vehicle front-rear direction. As shown in fig. 3, the lower-side opening end portion 25 is disposed on the vehicle interior side with respect to the upper-side opening end portion 24.
The lower end portion 54 of the speaker grill 51 of the base member 50 (the 1 st peripheral end portion formed in an elongated shape in the outer peripheral end portion of the 2 nd member) is formed in an elongated shape, and as shown in fig. 15, is disposed outside the vehicle compartment (outside the vehicle compartment) of the lower-side opening end portion 25. The door storage box constituting member 17 constituting the rear wall portion of the door storage box 16 is assembled from the cabin exterior side to the opening 21. Thus, the lower opening end 25 serves as the opening 16A of the door storage box 16. The lower end portion 54 is located below the lower open end portion 25 in the door storage box 16.
The vehicle front end portion of the base member 50 is disposed so as to cover the front-side opening end portion 23 from the vehicle compartment inner side. The upper end of the base member 50 is disposed so as to cover the upper-side opening end 24 from the cabin interior side. As shown in fig. 15, in the upper-side opening end portion 24, a protruding portion 26 is formed above an upper end portion 55 of the base member 50 (a 2 nd peripheral end portion of the 2 nd member outer peripheral end portion on the opposite side of the 1 st peripheral end portion, the 2 nd peripheral end portion) so as to be adjacent to the upper end portion 55 of the base member 50. As shown in fig. 4, the protruding portion 26 extends in a shape that is inclined downward toward the vehicle front end, and is formed in a shape that matches the uneven shape of the instrument panel, not shown. Thereby constituting a continuous appearance between the door trim 10 and the instrument panel.
As shown in fig. 4, the front-side opening end portion 23 is formed with a mounting hole 23A, and a mounting piece 56 (see fig. 6) formed on the back surface of the base member 50 is inserted through the mounting hole 23A. Further, the upper-side opening end portion 24 is formed with a mounting hole 24A, and a mounting boss 57 (see fig. 6) formed on the rear surface of the base member 50 is inserted through the mounting hole 24A. The base member 50 is fastened relative to the lower trim panel 20 with the mounting tabs 56 and the mounting projections 57.
As shown in fig. 4 and 9, in the opening end of the opening 21, a locked portion 30 having a shape protruding toward the opening 21 is formed at the lower end of the front-side opening end 23. On the other hand, as shown in fig. 6, a locking claw 60 (locking portion) is formed at the vehicle front end portion (one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the 1 st circumferential end portion) of the lower end portion 54 on the back surface of the base member 50. As shown in fig. 7 and 14, the locking claw 60 is configured to be locked to the locked portion 30 from the vehicle cabin outside. A cutout 58 into which a vehicle front end portion 25A (see fig. 3) of the lower open end portion 25 can be fitted is formed in the vehicle front end portion of the lower end portion 54.
As shown in fig. 10 and 14, the engaged portion 30 includes a body portion 31 formed in an L shape in a side view, and a pair of back ribs 32 and a back rib 32 formed on a surface of the body portion 31 on the vehicle compartment outer side. An end surface of the body 31 on the vehicle cabin outer side is defined as an engaged surface 32A. The cabin outer surface 32B of the rear rib 32 is an inclined surface that is inclined downward toward the cabin outer side.
As shown in fig. 12 and 14, the locking claw 60 is formed in a shape protruding toward the lower garnish 20 from the vehicle compartment outer side surface of the base member 50, and is curved so as to face downward toward the vehicle compartment outer side. The surface of the locking claw 60 on the vehicle interior side is a locking surface 60A that is locked to the locked surface 32A. As shown in fig. 14, the locking surface 60A is curved downward toward the cabin outer side, and is formed in an arc shape with an axis P1 along the lower end portion 54 of the base member 50 as the center. As shown in fig. 14, the lower end portion 54 of the base member 50 and the locking claw 60 are arranged so as to sandwich the locked portion 30.
A pair of front ribs 33 and a front rib 33 (see also fig. 8) are formed on the surface of the body portion 31 on the vehicle interior side, and the front rib 33 is configured to abut against the lower end portion 54. Further, a rib 61 is formed on the surface of the locking claw 60 on the vehicle compartment outer side, and the shape of the rib 61 matches the curved shape of the locking claw 60. As shown in fig. 14, the distal end portion 62 of the locking claw 60 is configured to slightly descend and incline toward the cabin outer side.
In the present embodiment, the operation when the base member 50 is assembled to the lower trim panel 20 is as follows. First, as shown in fig. 2, the operator inserts the lower end portion 54 of the base member 50 into the opening 21 from above. That is, the lower end 54 of the base member 50 is disposed outside the lower opening end 25 of the lower garnish 20. At the same time, the locking claw 60 is hooked to the locked portion 30 from obliquely above (see fig. 11 to 13). Thereby, the lower end portion 54 is positioned with respect to the lower garnish 20, and the base member 50 is disposed in a posture of being inclined downward toward the vehicle cabin outer side (the right side in fig. 13). As shown in fig. 8, a portion of the front-side opening end portion 23 above the engaged portion 30 is a notched portion 23B. This can prevent the locking claw 60 from interfering with the front-side opening end portion 23. Further, the operator can lock the locking claw 60 to the locked portion 30 using the notch portion 23B as a mark.
Next, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the operator moves the upper portion of the base member 50 so that the upper portion of the base member 50 approaches the lower trim 20. Then, the locking surface 60A formed in an arc shape slides with respect to the locked portion 30, and the base member 50 rotates clockwise in fig. 13 centering on the lower end portion 54. Thus, the upper end portion 55 approaches the lower trim 20 while drawing a predetermined rotational locus about the lower end portion 54 (more specifically, the axis P1). In fig. 13 and 15, the rotation locus of the upper end portion 55 is indicated by a two-dot chain line L1. As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the upper end portion 55 abuts on the upper opening end portion 24, and the base member 50 is disposed in a predetermined posture. Further, at the same time, the mounting projections 57 of the base member 50 pass through the mounting holes 24A of the upper-side opening end portion 24. Then, the mounting boss 57 is fastened to the hole edge portion of the mounting hole 24A by a predetermined fastening means (a screw, heat caulking, or the like), thereby completing the assembly of the base member 50 with respect to the lower trim panel 20.
Next, the effects of the present embodiment will be described. According to the present embodiment, a part of the lower end portion 54 of the base member 50 (the portion on the vehicle front side) is disposed on the vehicle cabin outer side of the lower open end portion 25 of the opening 21 of the lower garnish 20. In this configuration, when assembling the base member 50 to the lower garnish 20 from the exterior surface 20A side, care must be taken not to bring the lower end 54 into contact with the lower opening end 25.
According to the above configuration, the locking surface 60A of the locking claw 60 has a curved surface in the shape of an arc centered on the axis P1 along the lower end portion 54. Therefore, in the process of locking the locking claw 60 to the locked portion 30, the locking surface 60A can slide with respect to the locked portion 30 in a form along the arc of the locking surface 60A. That is, the operator can rotate the base member 50 about the lower end portion 54 by performing the operation of locking the locking claw 60 to the locked portion 30 after moving the lower end portion 54 from above and from the cabin interior side to the cabin exterior side of the lower opening end portion 25. Therefore, the assembly operation can be performed while rotating the base member 50 with respect to the lower garnish 20, almost without moving the lower end 54 of the base member 50 with respect to the lower garnish 20. As a result, the lower end 54 of the base member 50 can be prevented from coming into contact with the lower-side opening end 25 of the lower garnish 20.
The locking claw 60 is a locking claw that protrudes from the vehicle compartment outer surface of the base member 50 toward the lower garnish 20, and the locked portion 30 is shaped to protrude from the front opening end portion 23 toward the opening 21.
If the engaged portion 30 is formed in a shape protruding from the front opening end portion 23 toward the opening 21, it is possible to suppress the arrangement of other members constituting the door trim 10 around the engaged portion 30. This allows the operator to easily see the locked part 30 and to easily position the locking claw 60 with respect to the locked part 30, thereby facilitating the locking operation.
The lower end 54 of the base member 50 and the locking claw 60 are disposed so as to sandwich the locked portion 30, and a front rib 33 that abuts against the lower end 54 is provided on the surface of the locked portion 30 on the side of the lower end 54 of the base member 50.
The lower end 54 of the base member 50 can be more reliably fixed in the vehicle interior-exterior direction by the configuration in which the locked portions 30 are sandwiched between the lower end 54 of the base member 50 and the locking claws 60, and the front-side rib 33 is brought into contact with the lower end 54 of the base member 50.
Further, a protruding portion 26 protruding toward the vehicle cabin interior side is provided in a portion of the open end portion of the lower garnish 20 adjacent to the upper end portion 55 of the base member 50.
When the protruding portion 26 is provided at the open end of the lower garnish 20, it is necessary to perform work without touching the protruding portion 26 when assembling the base member 50. In the present embodiment, since the assembly operation can be performed while the lower end portion 54 of the base member 50 is positioned by the locking claw 60, the upper end portion 55 of the base member 50 is less likely to be displaced, and the upper end portion 55 can be prevented from contacting the protruding portion 26.
The door trim 10 includes a door storage box 16, and the lower-side opening end 25 of the lower trim 20 is a portion constituting the opening 16A of the door storage box 16.
According to the above configuration, the lower end 54 of the base member 50 is covered with the opening end of the storage box 16 from the vehicle interior side, so that the lower end 54 of the base member 50 can be prevented from being seen by the occupant, and the appearance can be improved.
< other embodiment >
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and illustrated in the drawings, and for example, the following embodiments are also included in the scope of the present invention.
(1) In the above-described embodiment, the configuration has been exemplified in which the lower open end 25 is disposed on the vehicle interior side with respect to the upper open end 24, and therefore the base member 50 is attached so as to be rotatable about the lower end 54 of the base member 50 as the center of rotation. For example, in the structure in which the upper-side opening end portion 24 is disposed on the vehicle interior side with respect to the lower-side opening end portion 25, the base member 50 may be attached to be rotatable about the upper end portion of the base member 50 as the center of rotation, and the locking claw may be provided on the upper end portion of the base member 50. In this case, the extending direction of the locking surface 60A may be a direction that is inclined upward toward the cabin outer side.
(2) The shape of the opening 21 (the opening provided in the 1 st member) is not limited to the shape exemplified in the above embodiment, and can be appropriately modified. The opening provided in the 1 st member may have an elongated portion.
