Abstract
The invention provides a device and a method for correcting template deformation. The shape righting device comprises template seams, fixing plates, correcting caps, spring clamping pieces and binding bands, wherein the template seams are arranged on two sides of a deformation part of the template; the fixed plate is supported against the first side face of the deformation part, through holes distributed on two sides of the deformation part of the template are formed in the fixed plate, and the through holes are aligned to the template seams; the correcting cap is abutted against the second side face of the deformation part, and a through hole which is aligned to the through hole is formed in the correcting cap; the spring clamping piece comprises a clamping part clamped in the correcting cap and an abutting part penetrating through the through hole; the bandage is provided with a plurality of latch teeth at intervals, the two ends of the bandage sequentially penetrate through the through holes, the template seams and the through holes which are distributed on the two sides of the deformation part, and the abutting parts abut against the latch teeth on the bandage. The correcting device can quickly realize correction when the template is deformed and can be used in a circulating way, and the phenomenon that the template is staggered with an adjacent template in the using process due to the deformation of the template, so that the pouring quality and the appearance of concrete are influenced, is avoided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of buildings, in particular to a correcting device and a correcting method for template deformation.
Background
The building construction wood formwork is the most widely used formwork supporting mode at present, a wood formwork panel and a square wood keel back ridge are generally adopted for combination, and the wood formwork panel is fixed on the wood keel back ridge by iron nails during use, so that an operation platform is provided for subsequent steel bar and concrete procedures. The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the deformation of the template can be eliminated, and the phenomenon of dislocation between the deformed template and the adjacent template during use is avoided.
2. The orthotic devices may be used in turn.

sequentially penetrating the two ends of a binding band of the correcting device through the through holes, the template seams and the through holes which are distributed on the two sides of the deformation part;
and tensioning the two ends of the binding band to enable the abutting part to abut against the latch on the binding band.

Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the present invention, the following description is made in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a correction device for template deformation, which includes a template slit, a fixing plate 2, a correction cap 3, a spring clip 4 and a binding band 5, which are disposed at both sides of a deformation portion of a template 1. The fixed plate 2 is supported against the first side face of the deformation part of the template 1, at least two through holes 21 distributed on two sides of the deformation part of the template 1 are formed in the fixed plate 2, and the through holes 21 are aligned to the template seams; the correcting cap 3 is abutted against the second side surface of the deformation part of the template 1, and a through hole 31 opposite to the through hole 21 is arranged on the correcting cap 3; the spring clamping piece 4 comprises a clamping part 41 clamped in the correcting cap 3 and a top abutting part 42 connected with the clamping part 41 and penetrating through the through hole 31; a plurality of latch teeth are arranged on the binding band 5 at intervals, two ends of the binding band 5 sequentially penetrate through the through holes 21, the template seams and the through holes 31 which are distributed on two sides of the deformation part, and the abutting part 42 abuts against the latch teeth on the binding band 5.
By utilizing the correction device in the embodiment, the deformed template 1 can be quickly corrected, and the phenomenon that the platform is staggered with the adjacent template due to the deformation (warping) of the template 1 in actual use is avoided; the formwork 1, which is deformed and warped, may also affect the quality and appearance of concrete when applied to concrete casting; the formwork 1 in this embodiment may be a wooden formwork or a steel formwork. Specifically, in actual use, the fixing plate 2 is first placed on the first side surface of the deformation portion of the template 1, so that the through holes 21 in the fixing plate 2 are distributed on both sides of the deformation portion and located at the template seam, and an external force is applied to the deformed template 1 to flatten the deformed template (flatten the deformation portion); then, one end of the correction cap 3 clamped with the spring clamping piece 4 is abutted against the second side face of the deformation part of the template 1, the through hole 31 of the correction cap 3 is aligned to the through hole 21, and then the two ends of the binding band 5 sequentially penetrate through the through hole 21, the template seam and the through hole 31 which are distributed on the two sides of the deformation part; applying tension to the two ends of the binding band 5 to tighten the binding band 5, so that the abutting part abuts against the latch on the binding band 5; and finishing the correction of the template deformation. The self internal stress of the binding band 5 avoids the state of the template 1 when the template 1 is deformed, so as to achieve the effect of eliminating the deformation of the template 1; specifically, the internal stress of the strap 5 itself is used to completely offset the deformation force of the form 1 (after the form 1 is corrected, the form 1 itself has a restoring force to restore the deformed state, which is called the deformation force). In this embodiment, by flattening the deformed (warped) portion of the template 1, the tightening force of the tightening band 5 in the straightening process can be reduced. In order to prevent the abutting portion 42 of the spring clip 4 from deforming when the template 1 is corrected, the spring clip 4 in this embodiment is made of a material with high bending rigidity and shear strength. In this embodiment, pass perforation 21, template seam and the through-hole 31 that the counterpoint set up with the both ends of bandage 5 in proper order, the bandage 5 of being convenient for wears to establish, realizes template 1's quick correction.
Preferably, the template slot is an open slot. In the embodiment, the opening slot on the template 1 is utilized to penetrate the binding band 5, so that the template 1 is convenient to disassemble after the corrected template 1 is used; the through holes 21 and the open slots are positioned in the embodiment, which facilitates the through-penetration of the binding band 5.
Preferably, the fixing plate is provided with two through holes. Further, the two through holes 21 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the deformation portion. The device is beneficial to the uniform stress on the two sides of the deformation part in the correction process, and the correction quality is improved.
Preferably, the correcting cap 3 is provided with a bayonet for the clamping part 41 to clamp; furthermore, the bayonet is arranged at one end of the correcting cap 3 close to the second side surface. The spring clamping piece 4 is clamped and fixed by clamping the clamping part 41 in the clamping opening.
Preferably, the engaging portion 41 is U-shaped.
Preferably, a groove for the abutting portion 42 to abut against is formed between the adjacent latches. The two ends of the binding band 5 are fixed by abutting the abutting part 42 in the groove, so that the template 1 is corrected.
Preferably, the binding band 5 is a double-sided rack. The strap 5 in this embodiment is made of high-strength plastic having a certain elasticity.
The size of the fixing plate 2 in this embodiment is 100mm × 40mm, the thickness is 3mm, the diameter of the through hole 21 is 5mm, and the size of the fixing plate 2 can be adjusted appropriately according to actual needs. The cross section of the binding band 5 is 2.5mm multiplied by 3 mm; the size of the correction cap 3 is 30mm multiplied by 20mm, the material of the correction cap 3 can be plastic, and the size of the through hole 31 is 10mm multiplied by 5 mm.
The invention also discloses a correction construction method (as shown in figure 6) for template deformation, which comprises the following steps:
step 101: form seams are arranged at two sides of the deformation part of the form 1;
step 102: supporting a fixing plate 2 of the correcting device against a first side surface of a deformation part of the template 1, so that through holes 21 on the fixing plate 2 are distributed on two sides of the deformation part and the through holes 21 are aligned to the template seam;
step 103: flattening the deformed part of the template 1;
104, clamping the clamping part 41 of the spring clamping piece 4 of the correcting device on the correcting cap 3 of the correcting device, and enabling the abutting part 42 of the spring clamping piece 4 to penetrate through the through hole 31 of the correcting cap 3;
step 105: one end of the correction cap 3, which is provided with the spring clamping piece 4 in a clamping way, is abutted against the second side surface of the deformation part of the template 1, so that the through hole on the correction cap 3 is aligned to the through hole 21;
step 106: sequentially penetrating the two ends of the binding band 5 of the correcting device through the through holes 21, the template seams and the through holes 31 which are distributed on the two sides of the deformation part;
step 107: the two ends of the binding band 5 are tightened so that the abutting portion 42 abuts against the latch on the binding band 5.
In this embodiment, by flattening the template 1 in advance (i.e., flattening the deformed portion), the tension force required for tensioning in step 107 can be reduced, and the situation that the template 1 is deformed only by the tension force at the two ends of the binding band 5 is avoided, so that the template 1 is quickly corrected when deformed.
Preferably, in step 103, when the deformed portion of the mold plate 1 is flattened, the fixing plate 2 is attached to the flattened deformed portion of the mold plate 1.
Preferably, the form seams are open slots disposed on both sides of the deformed portion of the form 1 or are gaps between the form 1 and the adjacent form in the present embodiment when in use (the gaps are disposed on both sides of the deformed portion of the form 1).
The method for disassembling the correcting device during the template deformation comprises the following steps:
step 201: the template 1 is dismantled;
step 202: thrust force which deviates from the clamping direction of the spring clamping piece 4 is respectively applied to the two ends of the binding band 5, so that the binding band 5 and the spring clamping piece 4 are separated from the correcting cap 3;
step 203: the strap 5 and spring clip 4 are separated.
The formwork provided by the invention is applied to the field of building construction, such as concrete pouring formwork.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the deformation and warpage of the template are eliminated, the wrong platform between the deformed template and the adjacent template in the building construction is avoided, and the deformation and warpage of the template are prevented from causing certain influence on the quality and the appearance of the poured concrete;
(2) the correcting device can be used circularly when the template is deformed;
(3) the correcting device is simple and convenient to mount and dismount when the template deforms.

Therefore, certain details of the embodiments are not to be interpreted as limiting, and the scope of the invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. An orthotic device for use when a template is deformed, comprising:
form seams arranged at two sides of the deformation part of the form;
the fixing plate is supported against the first side face of the deformation part of the template, at least two through holes distributed on two sides of the deformation part of the template are formed in the fixing plate, and the through holes are aligned to the template seams;
the correcting cap is abutted against the second side face of the deformation part of the template, and a through hole which is aligned to the through hole is formed in the correcting cap;
the spring clamping piece comprises a clamping part clamped on the correcting cap and a butting part connected with the clamping part and penetrating through the through hole; and
the binding band is provided with a plurality of clamping teeth at intervals, two ends of the binding band sequentially penetrate through the through holes, the template seams and the through holes which are distributed on two sides of the deformation part, and the abutting part abuts against the clamping teeth on the binding band.
2. The device of claim 1, wherein the device comprises: the template seam is an open slot.
3. The device of claim 1, wherein the device comprises: the fixing plate is provided with two through holes.
4. The device of claim 3, wherein the means for straightening the template when deformed comprises: the two through holes are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the deformation part.
5. The device of claim 1, wherein the device comprises: the correcting cap is provided with a bayonet for the clamping part to be clamped.
6. The device of claim 5, wherein the means for straightening the template when deformed comprises: the bayonet is arranged at one end of the correcting cap close to the second side surface.
7. The device of claim 1, wherein the device comprises: the clamping portion is U-shaped.
8. The device of claim 1, wherein the device comprises: a groove for the abutting part to abut against is formed between the adjacent clamping teeth.

10. A method of correcting using the correcting device for template deformation according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
form seams are arranged at two sides of the deformation part of the form;
supporting a fixing plate of the correcting device against a first side face of a deformation part of the template, so that through holes in the fixing plate are distributed on two sides of the deformation part and are aligned to the template seam;
flattening the deformed portion of the template;
clamping a clamping part of a spring clamping piece of the correcting device on a correcting cap of the correcting device, and enabling an abutting part of the spring clamping piece to penetrate through a through hole of the correcting cap;
one end of the correction cap, which is provided with the spring clamping piece in a clamping manner, is abutted against the second side face of the deformation part of the template, so that the through hole on the correction cap is aligned to the through hole;
sequentially penetrating the two ends of a binding band of the correcting device through the through holes, the template seams and the through holes which are distributed on the two sides of the deformation part;
and tensioning the two ends of the binding band to enable the abutting part to abut against the latch on the binding band.
