Abstract
本发明属于离心铸管技术领域,具体涉及一种自动喷涂装置。技术方案是由毛刷气缸、毛刷连杆、涂料进口、涂料杆固定架、涂料杆套、毛刷、涂料喷口涂料管组成;所述涂料杆套固定在所述涂料杆固定架上,且所述涂料杆套的一端与毛刷气缸连接,所述毛刷连杆的一端与所述毛刷气缸连接,另一端经过所述涂料杆套的内部与毛刷的伸缩端连接,所述毛刷的固定端与所述涂料杆套的另一端连接,所述涂料进口设在毛刷气缸与所述涂料杆套之间,所述涂料喷口与所述涂料杆套的另一端连接,所述涂料管设在涂料杆套的内部,且所述涂料管的一端与涂料进口连接,另一端与涂料喷口连接。本发明具有工艺流程简单,劳动强度低,生产效率高,生产成本低等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于离心铸管技术领域,具体涉及离心铸管时,清除管模中的残留涂料并重新喷涂的一种自动喷涂装置。
背景技术
目前离心铸管行业在铸管时,在管模的内部会喷涂一种涂料,防止铁水沾在管模内部,从而造成管模损伤。涂料的喷涂采用人工使用长铜管插入管模内部进行喷涂,铸管完成后,管模内部残余涂料采用水冲洗。此铸管工艺工序较为复杂,劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决离心铸管时,管模清理及重新喷涂工艺较为复杂和劳动强度大的问题,从而提供的一种自动喷涂装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种自动喷涂装置,其中,由毛刷气缸、毛刷连杆、涂料进口、涂料杆固定架、涂料杆套、毛刷、涂料喷口涂料管、管模组成;所述涂料杆套固定在所述涂料杆固定架上,并且所述涂料杆套的一端与毛刷气缸连接,所述毛刷连杆的一端与所述毛刷气缸连接,另一端经过所述涂料杆套的内部与毛刷的伸缩端连接,所述毛刷的固定端与所述涂料杆套的另一端连接,所述涂料进口设在毛刷气缸与所述涂料杆套之间,所述涂料喷口与所述涂料杆套的另一端连接,所述涂料管设在涂料杆套的内部,且所述涂料管的一端与涂料进口连接,另一端与涂料喷口连接。
本发明一种自动喷涂装置,采用上述技术方案,将传统需要人工来完成清理管模和喷涂管模的工作由机械代替,与现有技术相比,本发明自动喷涂装置简化了工艺流程,降低了劳动强度,同时也提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

如图1所示,本实施例所述一种自动喷涂装置,其中,由毛刷气缸1、毛刷连杆2、涂料进口3、涂料杆固定架4、涂料杆套5、毛刷6、涂料喷口7涂料管8、管模9组成;所述涂料杆套5固定在所述涂料杆固定架4上,并且所述涂料杆套5的一端与毛刷气缸1连接,所述毛刷连杆2的一端与所述毛刷气缸1连接,另一端经过所述涂料杆套5的内部与毛刷6的伸缩端连接,所述毛刷6的固定端与所述涂料杆套5的另一端连接,所述涂料进口3设在毛刷气缸1与所述涂料杆套5之间,所述涂料喷口7与所述涂料杆套5的另一端连接,所述涂料管8设在涂料杆套5的内部,且所述涂料管8的一端与涂料进口3连接,另一端与涂料喷口7连接。
本发明的工作工程:管模9开始旋转,涂料杆套5前进,当毛刷6进入管模9之后,毛刷气缸1工作,推动毛刷连杆2前进使毛刷6张开,清理完管模9后,毛刷气缸1工作,毛刷连杆2后退,毛刷6收回;涂料从涂料进口3进入,通过涂料管8从涂料喷口7喷出,同时涂料杆套5后退,当退至管模9出口时,涂料喷口7停止喷涂料;涂料套杆5继续退至原位,管模9停止工作。

1.一种自动喷涂装置,其特征是,由毛刷气缸(1)、毛刷连杆(2)、涂料进口(3)、涂料杆固定架(4)、涂料杆套(5)、毛刷(6)、涂料喷口(7)涂料管(8)组成;
所述涂料杆套(5)固定在所述涂料杆固定架(4)上,并且所述涂料杆套(5)的一端与毛刷气缸(1)连接,所述毛刷连杆(2)的一端与所述毛刷气缸(1)连接,另一端经过所述涂料杆套(5)的内部与毛刷(6)的伸缩端连接,所述毛刷(6)的固定端与所述涂料杆套(5)的另一端连接,所述涂料进口(3)设在毛刷气缸(1)与所述涂料杆套(5)之间,所述涂料喷口(7)与所述涂料杆套(5)的另一端连接,所述涂料管(8)设在涂料杆套(5)的内部,且所述涂料管(8)的一端与涂料进口(3)连接,另一端与涂料喷口(7)连接。
