Abstract

本发明提供了一种同步笑气氧气流量调节及废气负压排除系统,属于医疗设备领域,应用于牙科笑气镇静时流量的调节和诊室笑气废气的排除。其基本原理是通过双气囊和双流量计的同步调节,使患者获得最有效和最舒适的气体流量,同时使笑气废气有效排除。该系统包括鼻罩、球囊(进气球囊和排气球囊)、流量计(进气端流量计和排气端流量计)、单向管路和负压接口。本发明可以使患者获得最有效和最舒适的气体流量,进而达到理想的镇静效果,同时可以减少甚至消除笑气泄露,并通过负压系统对牙科诊室笑气废气进行安全有效排除,有效保证医务人员免于职业暴露于笑气的危害。

本发明涉及医疗设备领域。
背景技术
一氧化二氮又称“笑气”,是一种无色有甜味的气体。它作为一种吸入镇痛药被广泛使用,在牙科诊所,N2O与氧气混合作为镇静剂,以减少患者焦虑。
笑气镇静的效果和混合气体(笑气氧气混合气体)的流量密切相关,流量过小时,患者会有憋闷感,且同浓度下镇静效果减弱。流量过大时,虽然镇静效果可以保证,但患者会有充气感,且气体特别容易泄露,造成诊室笑气污染。
既往流量的调节都是放在进气端,根据气囊的变化调节流量,而忽略了排气端的流量调节,排气端的调节和管路长短、粗细都有关系。
本发明通过同步调节进气端和排气端的流量,有效的保证了镇静效果,并能够完全清除诊室废气。既大幅提高了该技术的临床疗效,又保证了医护人员免于笑气的职业危害。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种同步笑气氧气流量调节及废气负压排除系统
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种同步笑气氧气流量调节及废气负压排除系统,通过双气囊和双流量计的同步调节,使患者获得最有效和最舒适的气体流量,同时使笑气废气有效排除。该系统包括鼻罩、球囊(进气球囊和排气球囊)、流量计(进气端流量计和排气端流量计)、单向管路和负压接口。所述鼻罩废气口有单向阀门,控制气体单向流动。所述球囊包括进气球囊和排气球囊,且容量保持一致。所述流量计包括进气流量计和排气流量计且实时同步调节。所述单向管路为单向封闭的管路。所述负压接口可接常规负压。
优选的,上述同步笑气氧气流量调节及废气负压排除系统,所述鼻罩废气口有单向阀门,使气体从鼻罩流向负压接口方向,且无法回流。
优选的,上述同步笑气氧气流量调节及废气负压排除系统,所述球囊为市售标配的成人或儿童球囊,包括进气球囊和排气球囊,且容量保持一致。
优选的,上述同步笑气氧气流量调节及废气负压排除系统,所述流量计包括进气流量计和排气流量计且实时同步调节。
优选的,上述同步笑气氧气流量调节及废气负压排除系统,所述单向管路为单向封闭的管路。
优选的,上述同步笑气氧气流量调节及废气负压排除系统,所述负压接口可接常规负压,包括墙壁负压或者牙椅负压。
有益效果:
本发明可以使患者获得最有效和最舒适的气体流量,进而达到理想的镇静效果,同时可以减少甚至消除笑气泄露,并通过负压系统对牙科诊室笑气废气进行安全有效排除,有效保证医务人员免于职业暴露于笑气的危害。

实施例1
使用过程中,将鼻罩放置于患者鼻部,鼻罩一端连接供气装置,另一端连接同步笑气氧气流量调节及废气负压排除系统。打开供气装置,笑气经进气端流量计控制流量(同步调节排气端流量计,保持两者数值相同),然后流经进气球囊,继而单向流入鼻罩,患者经鼻罩呼吸后排出废气,废气从鼻罩单向流入同步流量笑气废气负压排除系统,废气流经排气球囊,通过排气端流量计控制流量(与
