背景技术
现有的食品抗氧化添加剂主要有化学食品抗氧化添加剂和天然食品抗氧化添加剂两大类,其中,化学食品抗氧化添加剂效果良好,但是存在不同程度的毒副作用等缺点,长期使用或者食用过量对身体造成损伤。人工化学食品抗氧化添加剂是指用人工化学合成方法所制得的。与此同时,大量的研究报告指出,几乎所有的化学食品抗氧化添加剂都不能向人体提供营养物质,某些化学食品抗氧化添加剂甚至会危害人体健康。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种鱼腥草橙皮抗氧化添加剂。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种鱼腥草橙皮抗氧化添加剂,包括如下重量的组分:
鱼腥草提取物3-5克
橙皮提取物1-2克
大蒜粉0.2-0.5克
生姜粉0.2-0.5克
维生素A0.4-0.6克
维生素E0.1-0.3克
维生素C1-3克
维生素D0.1-0.2克
将上述原料混合搅拌均匀,干燥后即得所述鱼腥草橙皮抗氧化添加剂。
上述鱼腥草提取物的提取方法如下:
a、将1kg鱼腥草干燥粉碎后加入2kg1:2甲醇水溶液于50-60℃热回流浸提20-30分钟,并过滤,得浸提液;
b、将上述浸提液用石油醚进行萃取,得萃取液;
c、将上述萃取液用聚乙二醇5000柱进行柱层析,再用浓度为3-5%的乙醇水溶液洗脱,得第一级洗脱液;
d、将上述第一级洗脱液用200目聚酰胺粉作为吸附剂进行层析,再用1-2%醋酸水溶液洗脱,得第二级洗脱液;
e、将上述第二级洗脱液用乙醇进行重结晶,干燥后,即得所述鱼腥草提取物。
上述橙皮提取物的提取方法如下:
a、将2kg橙皮干燥粉碎后加入3kg1:3乙醇水溶液于50-60℃热回流浸提20-30分钟,并过滤,得浸提液;
b、将上述浸提液用乙酸乙酯进行萃取,得萃取液;
c、将上述萃取液用聚乙二醇20000柱进行柱层析,再用浓度为3-5%的乙醇水溶液洗脱,得第一级洗脱液;
d、将上述第一级洗脱液用400目聚酰胺粉作为吸附剂进行层析,再用1-2%醋酸水溶液洗脱,得第二级洗脱液;
e、将上述第二级洗脱液用乙醇进行重结晶,干燥后,即得所述橙皮提取物。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的抗氧化添加剂中含有鱼腥草,取材天然,营养价值高,无毒副作用,能够抗凝血和降血脂、增强免疫细胞、抗肿瘤,具有很好的抗氧化作用,应用范围广;
2、本发明的抗氧化添加剂中的维生素E是细胞膜内重要的抗氧化物和膜稳定剂,维持肌肉组织的正常机构和代谢,特别是在肌肉收缩期间的能量供给和钙离子摄取和释放有着重要的作用;
3、本发明的抗氧化添加剂中的维生素C可明显降低运动诱导的氧化应激。

实施例1
(1)制备鱼腥草提取物:
a、将1kg鱼腥草干燥粉碎后加入2kg1:2甲醇水溶液,于50℃热回流浸提20分钟,并过滤,得浸提液;
b、将上述浸提液用石油醚进行萃取,得萃取液;
c、将上述萃取液用聚乙二醇5000柱进行柱层析,再用浓度为3%的乙醇水溶液洗脱,得第一级洗脱液;
d、将上述第一级洗脱液用200目的聚酰胺粉作为吸附剂进行层析,再用1%醋酸水溶液洗脱,得第二级洗脱液;
e、将上述第二级洗脱液用乙醇进行重结晶,干燥后,即得所述鱼腥草提取物;
制备橙皮提取物:
a、将2kg橙皮干燥粉碎后加入3kg1:3乙醇水溶液,于50℃热回流浸提20分钟,并过滤,得浸提液;
b、将上述浸提液用乙酸乙酯进行萃取,得萃取液;
c、将上述萃取液用聚乙二醇20000柱进行柱层析,再用浓度为3%的乙醇水溶液洗脱,得第一级洗脱液;

e、将上述第二级洗脱液用乙醇进行重结晶,干燥后,即得所述橙皮提取物;
(2)将上述鱼腥草提取物3克、橙皮提取物1克、大蒜粉0.2克、生姜粉0.2克,维生素A0.4克,维生素E0.1克,维生素C1克,维生素D0.1克混合搅拌均匀,干燥后即得所述鱼腥草橙皮抗氧化添加剂。
实施例2
(1)制备鱼腥草提取物:
a、将1kg鱼腥草干燥粉碎后加入2kg1:2甲醇水溶液,于55℃热回流浸提25分钟,并过滤,得浸提液;
b、将上述浸提液用石油醚进行萃取,得萃取液;
c、将上述萃取液用聚乙二醇5000柱进行柱层析,再用浓度为4%的乙醇水溶液洗脱,得第一级洗脱液;
d、将上述第一级洗脱液用200目的聚酰胺粉作为吸附剂进行层析,再用1%醋酸水溶液洗脱,得第二级洗脱液;
e、将上述第二级洗脱液用乙醇进行重结晶,干燥后,即得所述鱼腥草提取物;
制备橙皮提取物:
a、将2kg橙皮干燥粉碎后加入3kg1:3乙醇水溶液,于55℃热回流浸提25分钟,并过滤,得浸提液;
b、将上述浸提液用乙酸乙酯进行萃取,得萃取液;
c、将上述萃取液用聚乙二醇20000柱进行柱层析,再用浓度为4%的乙醇水溶液洗脱,得第一级洗脱液;
d、将上述第一级洗脱液用400目的聚酰胺粉作为吸附剂进行层析,再用1.5%醋酸水溶液洗脱,得第二级洗脱液;
e、将上述第二级洗脱液用乙醇进行重结晶,干燥后,即得所述橙皮提取物;
(2)将上述鱼腥草提取物4克、橙皮提取物1.5克、大蒜粉0.3克、生姜粉0.3克,维生素A0.5克,维生素E0.2克,维生素C2克,维生素D0.2克混合搅拌均匀,干燥后即得所述鱼腥草橙皮抗氧化添加剂。
实施例3
(1)制备鱼腥草提取物:
a、将1kg鱼腥草干燥粉碎后加入2kg1:2甲醇水溶液,于60℃热回流浸提30分钟,并过滤,得浸提液;
b、将上述浸提液用石油醚进行萃取,得萃取液;
c、将上述萃取液用聚乙二醇5000柱进行柱层析,再用浓度为5%的乙醇水溶液洗脱,得第一级洗脱液;
d、将上述第一级洗脱液用200目的聚酰胺粉作为吸附剂进行层析,再用2%醋酸水溶液洗脱,得第二级洗脱液;
e、将上述第二级洗脱液用乙醇进行重结晶,干燥后,即得所述鱼腥草提取物;
制备橙皮提取物:
a、将2kg橙皮干燥粉碎后加入3kg1:3乙醇水溶液,于60℃热回流浸提30分钟,并过滤,得浸提液;
b、将上述浸提液用乙酸乙酯进行萃取,得萃取液;
c、将上述萃取液用聚乙二醇20000柱进行柱层析,再用浓度为5%的乙醇水溶液洗脱,得第一级洗脱液;
d、将上述第一级洗脱液用400目的聚酰胺粉作为吸附剂进行层析,再用2%醋酸水溶液洗脱,得第二级洗脱液;
e、将上述第二级洗脱液用乙醇进行重结晶,干燥后,即得所述橙皮提取物;
(2)将上述鱼腥草提取物5克、橙皮提取物2克、大蒜粉0.5克、生姜粉0.5克,维生素A0.6克,维生素E0.3克,维生素C3克,维生素D0.2克混合搅拌均匀,干燥后即得所述鱼腥草橙皮抗氧化添加剂。

b、将上述浸提液用乙酸乙酯进行萃取,得萃取液;
c、将上述萃取液用聚乙二醇20000柱进行柱层析,再用浓度为3-5%的乙醇水溶液洗脱,得第一级洗脱液;
d、将上述第一级洗脱液用400目聚酰胺粉作为吸附剂进行层析,再用1-2%醋酸水溶液洗脱,得第二级洗脱液;
e、将上述第二级洗脱液用乙醇进行重结晶,干燥后,即得所述橙皮提取物。
