本发明涉及动物饲料技术领域,公开了一种用于修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品,按重量份计,由如下组份组成:壳聚糖14‑40份、硫酸软骨素3‑12份、维生素C 1‑3份、维生素E 0.5‑2份、鸡肝粉4‑7份、甘氨酸1.5‑3份、脯氨酸1‑3份、硬脂酸镁0.5‑2份和玉米淀粉50‑80份。本发明还公开了所述保健食品的制备方法。本发明可修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品,将各个组分科学配伍,相互协同作用,从多个方面对关节起到保护作用,是一种犬适口性好,又能对犬关节有很好修复作用的保健食品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及动物饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着宠物爱好者数目与日俱增,家养宠物越来越多,人们对宠物健康的关注度随之增加,大多数宠物在其一生中总会发生一些关节疾病。据统计,1岁以上的犬中,几乎每5只就有一只患有不同程度的骨关节炎,并且发生率随着年龄的增加而升高。犬关节问题,有些可能很轻,不会引起宠物主人的注意;有些可能会使动物体质下降,影响宠物的生活质量,严重会引起动物跛行。
引起犬关节问题的原因很多而且比较复杂,有遗传缺陷、感染性、退化性、运动过度、肥胖、老龄退化等因素。但是,不论是哪一种原因,都可导致关节组织损伤,产生炎症,软骨的基本构成物质氨基葡萄糖的合成减少,软骨下骨以及整个关节的改变。产生关节问题的犬一般有如下症状:活动僵硬、跛行、不愿走动或爬楼梯、光滑地面行走不稳,舔舐关节等。
针对上述犬关节问题,目前主要的治疗方法有内服药物、外用药物、药物注射、手术治疗、功能性食品、保健食品等。由于适口性问题,犬对药物产品及其它保健食品产生排斥;功能性食品由于需要满足宠物每日营养需求,因此主要成分的含量不得过高,否则会对犬的健康产生影响。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品及其制备方法。
为实现以上目的,本发明提供的一种用于修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品,采用如下技术方案:
一种用于修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品,按重量份计,由如下组份组成:壳聚糖14-40份、硫酸软骨素3-12份、维生素C 1-3份、维生素E 0.5-2份、鸡肝粉4-7份、甘氨酸1.5-3份、脯氨酸1-3份、硬脂酸镁0.5-2份和玉米淀粉50-80份。
优选的,一种用于修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品,按重量份计,由如下组份组成:壳聚糖25-35份、硫酸软骨素6-9份、维生素C2份、维生素E 1-1.5份、鸡肝粉5-6份、甘氨酸2-2.5份、脯氨酸2份、硬脂酸镁1-1.5份和玉米淀粉60-70份。
所述壳聚糖是甲壳素最主要的衍生物之一,由甲壳素在碱性条件下去乙酰化形成。壳聚糖可吸收乙酸在发炎部位释放出来的质子而起到止痛作用。此外,壳聚糖在机体内的代谢产物可被溶菌酶催化水解为氨基葡萄糖和N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖,进而被机体吸收。壳聚糖还可通过与生长因子、受体及黏附蛋白的相互作用调控着软骨细胞的生长、增殖。
所述硫酸软骨素是一类天然的氨基葡聚糖,广泛存在于人和动物软骨、肌腱和韧带中,为关节软骨的主要成分,可有效保护关节的自由活动。硫酸软骨素是结缔组织的重要组成部分,可通过刺激软骨细胞合成胶原蛋白、蛋白多糖和透明质酸进而促进新软骨组织的形成;还能抑制蛋白水解酶和溶酶体酶,如弹性酶,N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖糖苷酶等损坏关节软骨酶的生成,对关节起到保护作用。
所述甘氨酸和脯氨酸是关节软骨中胶原蛋白的主要成分,有助于软骨代谢的稳定和再生,且可以增强软骨细胞代谢和刺激关节软骨的主要成分Ⅱ型胶原的合成。
所述维生素C和E作为抗氧化剂,可预防氧自由基引起的软骨破坏,调节炎症反应,减少关节损伤以及防止过度组织损伤。
所述鸡肝粉可以提高产品的适口性,使本产品具有良好风味。
本发明还提供一种上述保健食品的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤:
1)将配方量的壳聚糖、硫酸软骨素、鸡肝粉、甘氨酸、脯氨酸、玉米淀粉过10目筛网,防止结块物料和杂质混入,过筛后将物料混匀,再加入适量的水进行充分的混合;
2)将上述混匀的物料放入烘箱中进行烘干,烘干温度为70℃,烘干时间为6小时,烘干后的物料冷却至室温;
3)将配方量的维生素C、维生素E、硬脂酸镁加入冷却后的物料中,充分混合均匀,将混匀的物料过18目筛网整粒;
4)将整粒后的物料进行压片成型,即得片剂。
本发明制备方法中将壳聚糖、硫酸软骨素、鸡肝粉、甘氨酸、脯氨酸、玉米淀粉等原料烘干冷却后再加入维生素和硬脂酸镁,有助于避免不耐高温原料维生素的损失,并使硬脂酸镁保持较好的润滑性。
本发明可修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品,将各个组分科学配伍,相互协同作用,从多个方面对关节起到保护作用,是一种犬适口性好,又能对犬关节有很好修复作用的保健食品。添加的壳聚糖具有抗炎、止痛,促进软骨细胞生长和增殖的作用;添加的硫酸软骨素是结缔组织中天然存在的成分,可使关节活动自如,减轻关节疼痛;添加的维生素C、E可预防氧自由基引起的软骨破坏,调节炎症反应,减少关节损伤以及防止过度组织损伤;添加的甘氨酸和脯氨酸有助于软骨代谢的稳定和再生,可以增强软骨细胞代谢和刺激关节软骨的主要成分Ⅱ型胶原的合成;添加的鸡肝粉,含有丰富的氨基酸和小分子多肽,具有良好的风味,可提高产品的适口性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种用于修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品,按重量份计,由如下组份组成:壳聚糖22份、硫酸软骨素10份、维生素C 1份、维生素E1份、鸡肝粉4份、甘氨酸1.8份、脯氨酸1.2份、硬脂酸镁0.5份和玉米淀粉58.5份。
用于修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤:
1)将配方量的壳聚糖22份、硫酸软骨素10份、鸡肝粉4份、甘氨酸1.8份、脯氨酸1.2份、玉米淀粉58.5份过10目筛网,防止结块物料和杂质混入,过筛后将物料混匀,再加入适量的水进行充分的混合;
2)将混匀的物料放入烘箱中进行烘干,烘干温度为70℃,烘干时间为6小时,烘干后的物料冷却至室温;
3)将配方量的维生素C1份、维生素E 1份、硬脂酸镁0.5份加入冷却后的物料中,充分混合均匀,将混匀的物料过18目筛网整粒;
4)将整粒后的物料进行压片成型,即得片剂。
实施例2
用于修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤:
1)将配方量的壳聚糖25份、硫酸软骨素8份、鸡肝粉5份、甘氨酸2份、脯氨酸2份、玉米淀粉65份过10目筛网,防止结块物料和杂质混入,过筛后将物料混匀,再加入适量的水进行充分的混合;
2)将混匀的物料放入烘箱中进行烘干,烘干温度为70℃,烘干时间为6小时,烘干后的物料冷却至室温;
3)将配方量的维生素C2份、维生素E 1.2份、硬脂酸镁1.2份加入冷却后的物料中,充分混合均匀,将混匀的物料过18目筛网整粒;
4)将整粒后的物料进行压片成型,即得片剂。
实施例3
用于修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤:
1)将配方量的壳聚糖30份、硫酸软骨素5份、鸡肝粉6份、甘氨酸1.9份、脯氨酸1.6份、玉米淀粉52.7份过10目筛网,防止结块物料和杂质混入,过筛后将物料混匀,再加入适量的水进行充分的混合;
2)将混匀的物料放入烘箱中进行烘干,烘干温度为70℃,烘干时间为6小时,烘干后的物料冷却至室温;
3)将配方量的维生素C1.3份、维生素E 0.8份、硬脂酸镁0.7份加入冷却后的物料中,充分混合均匀,将混匀的物料过18目筛网整粒;
4)将整粒后的物料进40行压片成型,即得片剂。
实施例4
用于修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤:
1)将配方量的壳聚糖40份、硫酸软骨素12份、鸡肝粉7份、甘氨酸2.7份、脯氨酸2份、玉米淀粉68份过10目筛网,防止结块物料和杂质混入,过筛后将物料混匀,再加入适量的水进行充分的混合;
2)将混匀的物料放入烘箱中进行烘干,烘干温度为70℃,烘干时间为6小时,烘干后的物料冷却至室温;
3)将配方量的维生素C2.5份、维生素E 2份、硬脂酸镁1.3份加入冷却后的物料中,充分混合均匀,将混匀的物料过18目筛网整粒;
4)将整粒后的物料进行压片成型,即得片剂。
实施例5
用于修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤:
1)将配方量的壳聚糖15份、硫酸软骨素3份、鸡肝粉5份、甘氨酸2.4份、脯氨酸2.6份、玉米淀粉75份过10目筛网,防止结块物料和杂质混入,过筛后将物料混匀,再加入适量的水进行充分的混合;
2)将混匀的物料放入烘箱中进行烘干,烘干温度为70℃,烘干时间为6小时,烘干后的物料冷却至室温;
3)将配方量的维生素C 2.8份、维生素E 1.5份、硬脂酸镁1.8份加入冷却后的物料中,充分混合均匀,将混匀的物料过18目筛网整粒;
4)将整粒后的物料进行压片成型,即得片剂。
实施例6
用于修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品对宠物犬的效果试验。
试验方法:选择关节发育不良、关节磨损、四肢较僵硬、不爱运动、患有关节炎的犬25只,分成五组,每天分别在8点、13点、18点进行饲喂基础日粮,每次饲喂150g,并提供充足清洁饮水。第一组饲喂实施例1产品,按照下表饲喂量每天18点饭后半小时饲喂,连续饲喂60天;第二组饲喂实施例2产品,按照下表饲喂量每天18点饭后半小时饲喂,连续饲喂60天;第三组饲喂实施例3产品,按照下表饲喂量每天18点饭后半小时饲喂,连续饲喂60天;第四组饲喂实施例4产品,按照下表饲喂量每天18点饭后半小时饲喂,连续饲喂60天;第五组为空白对照组,仅饲喂基础日粮。试验开始前对所有的犬进行仔细观察和检验。
五组犬饲喂量及饲喂前后关节状况如下表所示:
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。

1.一种用于修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品,其特征在于,按重量份计,由如下组份组成:壳聚糖14-40份、硫酸软骨素3-12份、维生素C1-3份、维生素E 0.5-2份、鸡肝粉4-7份、甘氨酸1.5-3份、脯氨酸1-3份、硬脂酸镁0.5-2份和玉米淀粉50-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品,其特征在于,按重量份计,由如下组份组成:壳聚糖25-35份、硫酸软骨素6-9份、维生素C 2份、维生素E 1-1.5份、鸡肝粉5-6份、甘氨酸2-2.5份、脯氨酸2份、硬脂酸镁1-1.5份和玉米淀粉60-70份。
3.如权利要求1~2任一项所述用于修复宠物犬关节损伤的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,具体按照以下步骤:
1)将配方量的壳聚糖、硫酸软骨素、鸡肝粉、甘氨酸、脯氨酸、玉米淀粉过10目筛网,防止结块物料和杂质混入,过筛后将物料混匀,再加入适量的水进行充分的混合;
2)将上述混匀的物料放入烘箱中进行烘干,烘干温度为70℃,烘干时间为6小时,烘干后的物料冷却至室温;
3)将配方量的维生素C、维生素E、硬脂酸镁加入冷却后的物料中,充分混合均匀,将混匀的物料过18目筛网整粒;
4)将整粒后的物料进行压片成型,即得片剂。
