Description

Method, system, equipment and storage medium for realizing cross-user domain video conference
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of video conferences, in particular to a method, a system, equipment and a storage medium for realizing a cross-user-domain video conference.
Background
As shown in fig. 1, which is a timing chart of a conventional video conference summoning process, it can be seen that each video conference requires multiple requests and confirmations from an MCU, a video conference terminal, and a gatekeeper, and when the number of video conferences increases, the working efficiency is relatively low. Therefore, a cloud video conference platform is now available. Fig. 2 is a timing diagram of a video conference process using a cloud video conference platform. Compared with the traditional video conference which needs to appoint a special conference manager to hold the conference, the cloud video conference platform based on the internet generally supports the direct holding of the multipoint video conference through a video conference terminal in order to reduce the use threshold of users and improve the use efficiency of a video conference system, thereby needing not to be equipped with an additional video conference manager.
In order to meet the use scene of the user, the cloud video conference platform generally adopts a strategy that a login account is allocated for a video conference terminal and an affiliated user domain is configured, after the video conference terminal successfully logs in according to the account, the cloud video conference platform returns video conference list information according to the information of the affiliated user domain of the account of the video conference terminal, and the video conference terminal selects a corresponding video conference room to apply for joining according to the requirement.
Because the cloud video platform generally serves a plurality of different user domains at the same time, and the video conference information between each user domain needs to be isolated and prohibited from accessing each other, access control management needs to be performed on the logged-in video conference list information, and at present, the following two strategies are generally adopted for processing:
scheme 1: the video conference list is divided according to user domains, members in different user domains respectively access different video conference lists, and users in the same user domain range have uniform video conference list access authority; as shown in fig. 3, a schematic diagram of dividing access rights according to different user domains is shown, wherein users a-a1 and a-a2 both belong to user domain a, which can only access conference room a, and users B-B1 belong to user domain B, which can only access conference room B, but cannot establish a video conference between users a-a1 or users a-a2 and users B-B1;
the drawbacks of this solution are therefore: the video conference room only limits the access of users in the user domain, and other user domains cannot be accessed, so that the video conference across the user domains cannot be held, and the flexibility and the expandability of use are weak;
scheme 2: and opening the access authority of the video conference list for specific user domain members, and meeting the application requirement of holding the video conference among different user domain members. As shown in FIG. 4, user A-A2 has access to not only conference room A, but also conference room B, so that a video conference between user A-A2 and user B-B1 may be established in conference room B; therefore, compared with the scheme 1, the scheme 2 accesses the same video conference resource through different user domains, and meets the requirement of holding the video conference between the user domains.
However, since the conference across the user domains is mostly similar to the application scenarios of video conference interview, provider negotiation, and the like, if the access right of the video conference room of the user domain is opened to the external users of the type, after the member joins the conference successfully, according to the user role and right conversion logic of the video conference system, the user member can complete the management control right of the video conference by applying for the conference administrator, and access the information of the organization structure and the like of the current user domain, thereby causing the safety problems of information leakage and the like in the user domain.
In summary, a new technical solution is needed to be provided, which can meet the requirements of holding video conferences between different user domains and ensuring the security of a video conference list.

Detailed Description
Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Example embodiments may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar structures, and thus their repetitive description will be omitted.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adds a public video conference room on the basis of the video conference distributed according to the user domain, and the members of each belonging user domain can access the video conference list in the public video conference room besides accessing the video conference list in the range of the user domain, thereby solving the problem of accessing video conference resources across the user domains.
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the method for implementing a cross-user domain video conference includes the following steps:
s100: receiving a video conference request sent by a video conference terminal;
s200: determining a user domain to which the video conference terminal belongs;
s300: allowing the video conference terminal to access a video conference list of a private video conference room or a video conference list of a public video conference room corresponding to the user domain to which the video conference terminal belongs;
as shown in FIG. 6, user A-A1, user A-A2, and user B-B1 may access private conference room A and private conference room B, respectively, of the user domains to which they belong. At the same time, users A-A1, A-A2, and B-B1 may also access a common video conference room, respectively, so that video conferences across user domains may be established.
S400: and adding the video conference terminal into the selected video conference according to the selection of the video conference terminal on the video conference list. The video conference list can be a video conference list of a private video conference room corresponding to the video conference terminal, a video conference of the same user domain is established according to the selection of the video conference terminal, and can also be a video conference list of a public video conference room, and a video conference crossing the user domain is established according to the selection of the video conference terminal.
Therefore, the invention allows the access of the video conference list among the user domains, improves the flexibility of the system and meets the requirements of video conference among users of different user domains. Meanwhile, users of each user domain cannot access private video conference rooms of other user domains, and information safety in each private video conference room is guaranteed.
Further, the allowing the video conference terminal to access the video conference list of the private video conference room or the video conference list of the public video conference room corresponding to the user domain includes the following steps:
determining a video conference type corresponding to the video conference request;
if the video conference type is the same user domain video conference, allowing the video conference terminal to access a video conference list of a private video conference room corresponding to the user domain; specifically, an inquiry interface can be provided, which is convenient for the video conference terminal to inquire the video conference list of the corresponding private video conference room and receive the selection of the video conference terminal on the video conference in the video conference list; or receiving a request that the video conference terminal acquires the video conference list, returning the video conference list of the corresponding private video conference room to the video conference terminal, and then receiving a selection result of the video conference terminal;
and if the video conference type is a cross-user domain video conference, allowing the video conference terminal to access a video conference list of a public video conference room. Similarly, an inquiry interface can be provided, so that the video conference terminal can conveniently inquire a video conference list of a public video conference room and receive the selection of the video conference terminal on the video conference list; or receiving a request that the video conference terminal acquires the video conference list, returning the video conference list in the public video conference room to the video conference terminal, and then receiving a selection result of the video conference terminal.
Further, in this embodiment, when obtaining the video conference list, the user may select to join if the user can find a video conference that the user needs to join, and may create a new video conference if the user cannot find a corresponding video conference. Therefore, after allowing the video conference terminal to access the video conference list, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging the operation type of the video conference terminal on the video conference list;
if the video conference is selected, adding the video conference terminal into the selected video conference according to the selection of the video conference terminal on the video conference in the video conference list;
and if the operation is the operation of newly establishing the video conference, receiving video conference information sent by the video conference terminal, establishing the video conference according to the received video conference information, and adding the video conference terminal to the established video conference.
When the video conference is created, the video conference of the same user domain can be created according to different requirements, or the video conference crossing the user domains can be created. Therefore, after the video conference is created according to the received video conference information, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging the video conference type of the created video conference;
if the video conference type is the video conference in the same user domain, adding the video conference into a video conference list of a private video conference room of the user domain;
and if the video conference type is the cross-user domain video conference, adding the video conference into a video conference list of a public video conference room.
Therefore, the implementation method of the video conference in the embodiment can not only enable the video conference terminal to join the cross-user domain video conference, but also enable the video conference terminal to create a new cross-user domain video conference, thereby meeting different use requirements of users. When a user creates a new video conference, the user can only create the new video conference in a public video conference room or a private video conference room of a user domain to which the user belongs, and the information security of each private video conference room is also protected.
In this embodiment, the method for implementing the cross-user domain video conference further includes the following steps:
firstly, distributing a login account for each video conference terminal and configuring a user domain to which the login account belongs;
then, a private video conference room corresponding to the user domain is established for each user domain, and a video conference list of each private video conference room is established;
creating a public video conference room and establishing a video conference list of the public video conference room;
the determining the user domain to which the video conference terminal belongs comprises the following steps:
and determining a login account of the video conference terminal, and determining a user domain of the video conference terminal according to the login account of the video conference terminal.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, on the basis of the original video conference user type, a guest user type is added, and for this user, certain functional permissions are restricted, for example, access is allowed to and join a public video conference room, and access is prohibited to a private video conference room corresponding to the user domain.
In the embodiment, whether the user is a registered user or a guest user is distinguished by the existence of the login account, for the registered user, the user domain can be determined according to the login account, the permission of the conference room which the registered user is allowed to access is further determined, and for the guest user, the permission is further limited.
After receiving the video conference request sent by the video conference terminal, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the video conference request comprises a login account of the video conference terminal;
if the login account number is included, verifying the login account number of the video conference terminal, if the verification is successful, determining that the video conference terminal is a registered user, and determining a user domain of the video conference terminal according to the login account number of the video conference terminal;
and if the verification does not comprise the login account or the login account fails, determining that the video conference terminal is a visitor user, allowing the video conference terminal to access a video conference list of a public video conference room, and adding the video conference terminal corresponding to the visitor user into the video conference selected by the video conference terminal.
If the video conference terminal is a registered user, prohibiting the video conference terminal from accessing a video conference list of a private video conference room of a non-affiliated user domain;
and if the video conference terminal is the visitor user, forbidding the video conference terminal to access the video conference lists of all the private video conference rooms, and forbidding the video conference terminal to newly establish the video conference.
In addition, the mapping relationship between the login account and the user type can be prestored, and the user type can be judged according to the mapping relationship between the login account and the user type. The method includes that the authority of different login accounts is preset, and the login accounts are divided into registered users with user domains and guest users only having access to a public conference room.
In a video conference, the permissions corresponding to user roles generally include three types: administrator rights, speaker rights, and participant rights. After the video conference terminal joins in the video conference, the video conference terminal generally has the authority of the participant, can be converted into the authority of the speaker during speaking, and can further apply for becoming the authority of the administrator. The specific roles of the individual rights are shown in table 1 below:
table 1 Authority function table in video conference
Conference administrator rights Speaker rights Participant authority
Management of participated party Information of participants Information of participants
Meeting information setting Application manager Application manager
Adding a participant Cancel the main speaker Application for teaching
Picture composition management Application affiliation discussion Application affiliation discussion
The manager chooses to see
Manager polling
Releasing administrative rights
Thus, the conference administrator rights are relatively large. In order to further protect the interests of the registered users and the controllability of the video conference. In the embodiment, after the video conference terminal corresponding to the visitor user is added into the selected video conference, the use permission of the visitor user in the video conference can be further set, the visitor user is prohibited from applying for the identity of a conference manager, namely after the visitor user successfully accesses the video conference room, the visitor user is prohibited from applying for the function of the conference manager, and therefore the safety of the cloud video conference platform is further improved on the basis that the visitor is satisfied with participating in the video conference of the public video conference room.
As shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a system for implementing a cross-user domain video conference, which is applied to the method for implementing a cross-user domain video conference, and includes:
the terminal interaction module 100 is configured to receive a video conference request sent by a video conference terminal, and return a video conference list allowing the video conference terminal to access to the video conference terminal according to the video conference request; specifically, an inquiry entrance can be provided for the video conference terminal to inquire the video conference list, and the video conference list can also be returned to the video conference terminal according to the request of the video conference terminal;
an authority decision module 200, configured to determine a user domain to which the video conference terminal belongs, and allow the video conference terminal to access a video conference list of a private video conference room or a video conference list of a public video conference room corresponding to the user domain to which the video conference terminal belongs; specifically, both the video conference list of the private video conference room and the video conference list of the public video conference room can be returned to the video conference terminal, or the video conference list of the private video conference room or the video conference list of the public video conference room can be returned to the video conference terminal according to whether the video conference is a cross-user domain or a non-cross-user domain;
and the conference management module 300 is configured to add the video conference terminal to the selected video conference according to the selection of the video conference terminal in the video conference list.
Therefore, the system for realizing the cross-user domain video conference allows the cross-user domain to access the video conference list, improves the flexibility of the system, meets the requirements of video conference among users in different user domains, and ensures the information security of each private video conference room because each user cannot access the video conference list of the private video conference room in other user domains.
