Abstract

Description

具有复曲面镜片的嵌合式护目镜
本发明涉及佩戴式护目装置,特别涉及防护弹射式冲击和/或飞溅的嵌合式护目镜的结构。
佩戴式护目装置特别是安全护目镜,此前在本技术领域内是已知的。但是,现有技术中的护目镜设计一般有如下不足:一种护目镜镜体不能同时适合各种宽、窄脸型的使用者;不能在防止液体进入护目镜内部的同时提供足够的通风以防止镜片上产生雾气;以及没有一种简单的可将镜片安装在护目镜架上,而又能卸下来的机构。现有的安全护目镜也还存在佩戴不舒适,不好调整的缺陷,这就可能使人们在需要保护时不愿意戴护目镜而得不到防止冲击与飞溅的保护。
因此,本发明的目的在于:提供一种佩戴舒适,适合于不同宽窄脸型的安全护目镜;提供一种在护目镜片内表面有充分的空气流通,大大减少雾气产生的安全护目镜;提供一种基本上防止飞溅或喷射来的液体进入护目镜内部的安全护目镜;以及提供一种有调整方便的系带件的安全护目镜。
本发明提供了一种护目镜结构,它包括一只护目镜架和一块嵌在整个镜架前面的相应的镜片。护目镜架包括为保持镜架形状用的刚性的框架部分和与佩戴者脸部弹性接触的部分。框架部分包括刚性的顶壁、底壁和侧壁,这三部分相互结合构成护目镜内层结构。与佩戴者脸部接触的部分在整个接触面上的配合都很舒适,特别是在与佩戴者鬓角接触的部位设有凸出的膨胀垫,以便与不同宽窄的脸型相配合。与佩戴者脸部配合部分还设有能与不同类型的脸型,例如不同人种的脸型稳固而舒适地相配的成形的鼻托区域。上述镜片包括一具光学复曲面前壁,还包括从前片上沿其周缘向后延伸的顶壁、下壁与侧壁。镜片还包括沿顶壁后缘整个长度形成的直立的翘缘,它可以进一步防御重物强烈地撞击和飞溅。镜片向后延伸的壁可以滑动地嵌在护目镜框的各壁上,形成一装配式护目镜。镜框与镜片的侧壁上设有相互啮合的锁定结构和搭扣结构,以便可折卸地将镜框与镜片装配固定。镜框顶壁与底壁上隆起的脊状构造与镜片的顶壁与底壁结合,形成导入护目镜内部的曲折的通风道,使护目镜前壁的内表面通风。由于镜片向后延伸的壁罩在镜框壁上,飞溅或洒落的液体实际上不可能经通气道进入护目镜内部。位于鼻托部分的锁定和搭扣装置用来将镜框与镜片部分对准固定。位于镜架的镜框侧壁上的可调系带构件用于可调地固定系紧带。
参照附图,下面的进一步描述将会使本发明的其他目的,特点与优点更加清楚。
下列附图表示了实施本发明的一个最佳实施例。

参照附图,图1~8中的标号10为本发明的安全护目镜。如下面将要详细描述的,此安全护目镜10包括护目镜架12,嵌在护目镜架12前面,罩于其上的透明镜片14。
镜架12包括一刚性的用以保持护目镜体10形状的镜框部分16,和与佩戴者脸部弹性接触的部分18。刚性的镜框部分16最好由刚性的塑料,例尼龙和聚碳酸酯制成,镜框包括顶壁、底壁和侧壁20,22和24A,24B,它们组合成护目镜的内层部分。底壁22的中间部分有一鼻托区域25。与使用者脸部弹性接触的部分18最好是由松软柔韧的材料制成,例如热塑性橡胶,这一部分也包括顶壁、底壁和侧壁,分别为26,28和30。顶壁、底壁、侧壁26,28,30的周缘向内卷曲形成平面32(如图3所示),以与佩戴者的前额,鬓角,脸颊及鼻子相接触配合。与鬓角接触部分通常还包括向里凸出的膨胀垫34(如图3和4所示),这种膨胀垫可以提供与脸宽窄不同的使用者舒适的接触配合。鬓角区域的膨胀垫34可以使得只制造一种尺寸的护目镜10却能适应各种脸型的使用者。
刚性镜框部分16和与使用者面部弹性接触的部分18最好用两次注射成形法一体成形,这种制造方法中,坚硬的塑料和柔软的橡胶料依次注入同一个模子里。两次注射成形法在该技术领域内是公知的,在此不再详述。在两次注射成形的硬塑料和橡胶材料固化过程中,将一种化学粘合剂注入两种材料的接合处,从而持久地将两种材料粘合起来。这种成形方法制造方便,产品结构持久性强。
镜片14通常用刚性、透明的塑料,例如聚碳酸酯模压而成,镜片分别包括一复曲面的,具光学性能有利于视力的前片36和沿前片36周缘向后延伸的顶壁,底壁和侧壁38,40和42。制作镜片的聚碳酸酯材料有很好的延展性,并且具有良好的抵抗强烈冲击的性能,即,能很好地防护对前片36的弹射和冲撞。另外,若为了不同目的要控制光线的光谱时,可给镜片材料着色或加涂层。顶壁38有沿其整个后周缘延伸的直立的翘缘44。翘缘44的作用是减少飞溅的液休进入护目镜顶部,并且进一步防御强烈的冲撞。镜片14还有一鼻托区域45。
如图所示,镜片14与护目镜架12以互嵌方式连接,其中镜片14的向后延伸的顶壁、底壁和侧壁38、40、42滑动地嵌进并罩在护目镜框16的顶壁、底壁、侧壁20、22、24A、24B上,形成装配式护目镜结构。
为保持镜片14与镜架12的装配关系,镜片14的侧壁42和镜框16的侧壁24上设有相互啮合的嵌扣构造。更具体的说,此相互啮合的嵌扣构造包括朝外伸出位于镜片14侧壁42上的片形棘爪46,和位于镜框16侧壁24上向外延伸出的U型的夹扣构造48。棘爪46和夹扣48在图2和5中表述的更为清楚。夹扣48有两根相互平行的臂50连接端部52。夹扣48的臂50与侧壁24做成一体,并相对于刚性的镜框部分16能作有限度的折弯,这样夹扣48就能够向外张开一些,让镜片的棘爪46嵌入。使用时,镜片14的棘爪46与连接端52(如图5)的内缘部分相钩住。连接端52上设有一稍稍向外拱起的弓部54,以便于抓住夹扣48,安装或折卸镜片14。
护目镜10还包括将镜片14与护目镜架12对准联接的装置。在这种联接结构中,对准联接装置包括位于镜架12和镜片14上的相应的鼻托区域25和45处的相互联接构件。更具体地讲,镜架12的镜框16有一位于鼻托区域25顶点处的片状棘爪56,而镜片14上有一位于鼻托区域45顶点处与上述片状棘爪相配合的夹扣58。当镜片14装于镜架12上时,夹扣58嵌入棘爪56(图1)。
护目镜10还包括毗邻护目镜框16顶壁20的前额接触区的顶端通风道(如图7所示),和毗邻护目镜框16底壁22的脸颊接触区的底端通风道。顶端、底端通风道结合,为护目镜前片36的内表面提供自底端到顶端的空气流(如箭头60所示),从而防止在此处形成雾气。顶端通风道由位于镜框16顶壁20上的脊形隆起结构62形成。底端通风道由位于底壁22上的脸颊接触区域的脊形隆起构造64形成。顶端脊形隆起结构62包括多个在顶壁20上形成的附加块68顶端的,自此处向后延伸的间隔排列的脊形隆起66。脊形隆起66的末端用一加强部分70联在一起。附加块68有一底切槽或檐槽71,它可以在护目镜片14顶端有液体溅来时将它们引向护目镜10的侧边。需要指出,镜片14的顶壁38与脊形隆起66和加强杆70紧密结合,防止液体自接合处流入护目镜内。底端脊形隆起构造64各有多个直接形成于底壁22顶端的互相隔开的脊形隆起72。底端间隔分布的脊形隆起72实际上包括从佩戴者脸部接触部分18的弹性底壁28向前延伸的指状部分。如图7所示,脊形隆起构造62,64与镜片壁38,40结合形成通风道,在其间,空气(如箭头60所示)在镜框壁20,22和24的前方,通过附加块68的顶部,流入脊形隆起66的间隙之间。加强部分70装配有向与它相反方向弯曲的卡耳73。此卡耳与由镜片翘缘44向下凹入部分74所形成的槽,以及在镜片14顶壁38后部周缘的切去部76配合联接。卡耳73还使镜片14与护目镜架12对准结合成一体。
护目镜10还包括一对将弹性带80绑缚到护目镜架12上的系带构件78。系带构件78最好由刚性的塑料例如尼龙或聚丙烯模压而成。系带构件78在图2和图5中表示得较为清楚,其中每一系带构件78包括一主体部分82和一向后延伸的经活页85与主体部分82相联的平片状卡耳84。主体部分82用上下销子86安装于镜框16的侧壁24上的夹扣48上。半球形卡爪90还防止镜片14推入太深。如图所示,销子86插入臂50的翻转折弯处。主体部分82的前缘制成一弓形表面88,该表面与位于镜框16侧壁24上的半球形卡爪90的内表面配合联接。上述弓形表面88和半球形卡爪90将系带构件78安装定位,活页85可使得卡耳部分84相对于主体82作铰接式转动。卡耳84有一在卡耳内形成的矩形平片92,它与卡耳84在其前端经由一与卡耳84和平片92都相邻的内表面处的活页94联接。平片的末端96与在卡耳上制出平片92后所成的孔的向后的边缘98接触。将平片92从卡耳开口中推出,于是平片92的末端96的内表面与卡耳84上紧靠开口98后缘的外表面接触。(见图2、图4和8)。使用时,如图8所示,带子80穿过卡耳上的开口。如图8和图9所示,平片的末端96还有一可使带子80在向外拉时(如箭头102所示方向)能自由运动的V形槽100。但是,齿103紧紧地卡住带子阻止它向内(如箭头104所示)运动。放松带子80需要将平片92向外推,使末端96与带子80脱离接触。除所述的特征以外,系带构件78的活动折页85还能使护目镜适应佩戴者同时还戴有硬质的头盔或帽子的情形。
由上所述,可以看到本发明提供了一种独特的,设计新颖的嵌合式安全护目镜10,它在提供防冲撞保护和提供足够的空气流通,防止在护目镜镜片14上产生雾气的同时,还有效地防止飞溅的液体进入护目镜的内部。护目镜架12由两次注射成形法制成,使它成为一个整体的硬/软体,其中硬的部分和软的部分由化学胶合剂粘接起来。这种独特的结构强度高而制造方便。与佩戴者脸部接触的部分18在鬓角区域模制出凸出的膨胀垫34,使不同宽窄脸型的佩戴者都能舒适地佩戴。这样,只要制造一种尺寸的护目镜即可适应各种形状与类型的脸。不同于已有技术中的设计,本发明的镜片14嵌罩在护目镜架12的前面,使安装与拆卸都十分方便。由于镜片向后延伸的壁超过了镜框壁和通风道62,64,这样就基本上防止了飞溅来或喷射来的液体经通风道进入护目镜内部。护目镜框16的顶壁20上的附加块68有效地形成了排水道,进一步防止飞溅来的液体进入护目镜内部。系带构件78提供了在佩戴护目镜10时调整带子长度的简单的装置。由此,我们认为本发明的护目镜在这个具有巨大商业价值的领域内具有明显的进步性。
虽然在此描述并公开了实施本发明的某种具体的结构,但,很明显,对本领域普通技术人员而言,不脱离本发明的发明点和范围,可以对某些部件作出各种改型与变化,因此,本发明的范围并不限于上面所公开的特殊设计形式,而要由权利要求书来确定。

Claims (19)

1.一种护目镜,它包括:
一镜架,包括一刚性的镜框部分和一弹性的与佩载者脸部接触的部分,所述镜框部分有顶壁、底壁和侧壁,它们组合起来形成护目镜的内层结构;
一镜片,包括一前片和从此前片周缘向后延伸形成的顶壁、底壁和侧壁;
所述镜片以互相配合的啮合方式嵌在所述镜架上,其中所述镜片的顶壁、底壁和侧壁滑动地嵌合并罩在所述镜框的顶壁、底壁和侧壁上;
可拆卸地将所述镜片以互相配合的啮合方式固定于所述镜框部分上的装置;以及
分别固定在所述镜框的侧壁上的系带构件。
2.如权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述可拆卸地将所述镜片以互相配合的啮合方式固定在所述镜框部分上的装置包括位于所述镜框侧壁上和所述镜片侧壁上的互相配合的啮合构造。
3.如权利要求2所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述互相啮合构造包括位于所述镜片上的所述侧壁上向外伸出的棘爪,和从所述镜框的所述侧壁的外表面上向外延伸的U形弹性夹扣构造,所述夹扣构造有一与所述棘爪啮合的末端。
4.如权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,它还包括将所述镜片与所述镜框对准联接的装置。
5.如权利要求4所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述的将镜片与所述镜框对准联接的装置包括位于所述镜框和镜片相应的鼻托部分的互相啮合的构造。

15.一种护目镜,它包括一刚性的镜框和一弹性的与佩戴者脸部接触部分,所述镜框包括顶壁、底壁和侧壁,它们组合形成护目镜内层结构,所述与佩戴者脸部接触部分与所述刚性的镜框成形为一整体,其特征在于,它还包括将镜片固定在镜框上的装置,和把护目镜戴在佩载者头上的装置,并且,在此刚性镜框部分与弹性的与脸部接触部分之间有直接化学胶合剂。
