由于人体的面部形状不一样,如东方人的鼻梁较低,而西方人的鼻梁较高,很难做到一个护目镜与每个人的面部完全贴合。有的人脸部宽一些,有的人脸部窄一些,要护目镜与人体面部较好地密封比较难。
所以针对人体面部与护目镜之间贴合问题来设计一个护目镜很有必要。

优选的,密封囊体2在其空腔内填充有气体和/或液体,密封囊体2在其空腔内所填充的气体和/或液体在常温常压下的体积小于其空腔在常温常压下所能填充的最大体积。例如密封囊体2内侧的所能填充最大的体积是指该密封囊体2在密封囊体2内气体和/或液体压力等于一个大气压、温度为20摄氏度时密封囊体2的体积,也就是密封囊体2内所能填充最多水的体积。使用时密封囊体2的空腔内所充气体和/或液体在常温常压下的体积小于其空腔在常温常压下所能填充的最大体积。这是密封囊体2是非弹性密封囊体的,如果是弹性的,则密封囊体2内的气体体积就不确定了,可以充满整个密封囊体2。也就是说,如果密封囊体2是弹性的,那么其内的气体和/或液体可以不充满,在这不充满里还包括可以选择充气体和/或液体的量为六分之一到六分之五,也可以充满,甚至可以过头,使密封囊体2内的压力大于一个标准大气压。常温常压就是指一个标准大气压、温度为20摄氏度。例如密封囊体2的空腔内所充气体和/或液体是可以为气体,也可以为液体,还可以为液体加气体,密封囊体2的空腔内所充气体和/或液体的体积是指气体和液体的体积总和,有气体的算气体的体积,有液体的算液体体积,气体和液体都有的,算两种体积之和。密封囊体2的空腔内所充气体和/或液体里的液体包括高分材料的可以流动的高弹态材料,这种材料也可以流动或者在压力向另一边变形。

优选的,密封囊体2为呈轮胎内胎状的中间有环形空腔的环形体或由一条囊体或多条囊体围成环形的囊体。密封囊体2的首尾交叉连接。

优选的,密封囊体2设置有用于向其空腔内充气体和/或液体的填充孔3,如图4。
优选的,密封囊体2内的填充孔3设置有用于用绳子扎紧来密封的填充管6,填充孔3的孔壁与填充管6连接,如图3。密封囊体2的填充孔3用气塞16来密封或填充孔3连接有填充管6或者设置有汽车轮胎那样的密封结构,这个填充管6可以用绳子来勒紧后填充孔3就不能跑气了。气塞16设置有插入的气塞头部10、气塞颈部11、气塞底部12,气塞头部10设置有便于插入的倒角,气塞颈部11的直径小于填充孔3的直径,气塞底部12的直径要大于填充孔3的直径,如图16。密封囊体2可设置为无填充孔3的,也可以设置为有填充孔3 的。填充管6还与用于加气的加气球囊连接,填充管6与加气球囊之间设置有单向阀,加气球囊也自带有单向阀。

优选的,外熔接带34、内熔接带35均与压环33的形状相匹配。
优选的,外熔接带34到内熔接带35的距离小于压环33的宽度,即压环33的宽度大于密封囊体2周长的一半,这里的周长不包括外熔接带34和/或内熔接带35部分。

通过在护目镜本体1设置密封囊体2,密封囊体2内的气体和/或液体在护目镜本体1使用时把护目镜本体1与面部间隙填充满并保持一定压力,从而杜绝气体从面部与护目镜本体1之间的间隙进出。护目镜本体1与密封囊体2之间不能有透气间隙,密封囊体2内的气体和/或液体可以是空气等等。使用空气的成本最低。护目镜本体1为硬质材料制作。通过把护目镜本体1设置两部分,使左目镜7可相对于右目镜8转动,从而使护目镜本体1适用于不同宽度的人脸形状,使护目镜本体1更好地贴近人体面部。
另外密封囊体2可以在外面单独采购,再把密封囊体2连接到护目镜本体1上即可。通过护目镜本体1的边缘设置有密封囊体2,在使用前先把密封囊体2充气并密封好,密封囊体2内的气体和/或液体在护目镜本体1使用时把护目镜本体1与面部间隙填充满并保持一定压力,从而杜绝气体从人体面部与护目镜本体1之间的间隙进出。由于密封囊体2会把人体面部凸凹不平的地方全部填充满,能够自动弥补该密封囊体压力低的部位,密封囊体2在各 个侧壁的压力是相等的,所以戴这个护目镜也会舒服很多。密封囊体2会把人体面部与护目镜之间的间隙小于其所能形成最大直径的地方填充满,只要这个间隙小于那个特定的最大直径,密封囊体2堵住这个间隙,阻碍气体进出。密封囊体2所能形成最大直径是指密封囊体2被其空腔内压力大于当地大气压时所成的圆柱体的直径。在护目镜不使用时,把密封囊体2里的气体排出,护目镜在存放或运输过程中所占体积就小。
优选的,护目镜本体1设置有用于避开鼻梁的鼻沟4。
密封囊体2设置有填充孔3时,护目镜在销售时密封囊体2可以按照无填充孔的密封囊体2的充气要求充气后销售,也可以不充气销售,待用户使用时自行充气,在护目镜要使用时,把密封囊体2对折分成两半,一半压紧充不了气体,另一半充满气体,松开压紧的那一半,则整个囊体就是只充了一半的气体。

这种护目镜用囊体来实现密封的,囊体用塑料薄膜制作,成本很低。这个囊体的功能也可以用硅胶等软材料代替,但这个成本就大,不划算,更有囊体的效果是最好的。在预防肺部疾病时带口罩,大多数人戴口罩时鼻梁两侧有很大间隙,但戴上本护目镜后,可有效地压 紧口罩,使口罩在鼻梁两侧没有间隙,提高了戴口罩的效果。
在一具体实施例中,密封囊体2的材料设置为热的不良导体,以免人体感觉冰凉。
在一具体实施例中,密封囊体2可以设置为多层的密封囊体,其效果也是一样的,不过更好些,多层是指从面部到护目镜之间有多个密封囊体垒起来。
在一具体实施例中,密封囊体2可以设置为多排密封囊体,分为里面一圈的一排和外面一圈的一排,其效果也是一样的,不过更好些,多排密封囊体是指象蚊香那样有多圈密封囊体,但是从面部到护目镜之间只有一层。

Claims (55)

  1. 一种护目镜,其特征在于,包括可覆盖两个眼睛部位的护目镜本体,所述护目镜本体的四周边缘设置有用于与人体面部直接或间接接触的密封囊体,所述护目镜本体与密封囊体连接,所述密封囊体在其空腔内所填充的气体和/或液体在常温常压下的体积小于其空腔在常温常压下所能填充的最大体积或没有填充气体和/或液体但有提示填充在常温常压下的体积小于其空腔在常温常压下所能填充的最大体积的气体和/或液体后使用,所述护目镜本体设置有挂绳安装结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述护目镜本体包括左目镜、右目镜、软胶带,其中所述左目镜可相对于右目镜转动,所述左目镜通过软胶带与右目镜连接,所述左目镜、右目镜均设置有挂绳安装结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述软胶带将左目镜与右目镜之间的间隙密封住。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述护目镜本体设置有便于密封囊体压紧的压环,所述压环设置在护目镜本体侧壁的内侧或外侧或内侧、外侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述压环的宽度大于密封囊体周长的一半。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述左目镜与右目镜之间设置有两个转动机构,所述左目镜与右目镜通过两个转动机构连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述转动机构包括左目镜上的转轴孔、转轴、右目镜上的转轴孔,所述转轴插入转轴孔中。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述密封囊体在其空腔内所填充的气体和/或液体在常温常压下的体积为其空腔在常温常压下所能填充最大体积的六分之一到六分之五或没有填充气体和/或液体但有提示填充在常温常压下的体积为其空腔在常温常压下所能填充最大体积六分之一到六分之五的气体和/或液体后使用。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述密封囊体在其空腔内所填充的气体和/或液体在常温常压下的体积为其空腔在常温常压下所能填充最大体积的三分之一到三分之二或没有填充气体和/或液体但有提示填充在常温常压下的体积为其空腔在常温常压下所能填充最大体积三分之一到三分之二的气体和/或液体后使用。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述密封囊体在其空腔内所填充的气体和/或液体在常温常压下的体积为其空腔在常温常压下所能填充最大体积的二分之一 到三分之二或没有填充气体和/或液体但有提示填充在常温常压下的体积为其空腔在常温常压下所能填充最大体积二分之一到三分之二的气体和/或液体后使用。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述密封囊体在其空腔内所填充的气体和/或液体在常温常压下的体积为其空腔在常温常压下所能填充最大体积的三分之一到二分之一或没有填充气体和/或液体但有提示填充在常温常压下的体积为其空腔在常温常压下所能填充最大体积三分之一到二分之一的气体和/或液体后使用。
  12. 根据权利要求1或8或9或10或11所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述密封囊体在其空腔内填充有气体和/或液体,所述密封囊体在其空腔内所填充的气体和/或液体为空气。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述密封囊体为呈轮胎内胎状的中间有环形空腔的环形体或由一条或多条囊体围成环形的囊体。
  14. 根据权利要求1或8或9或10或11所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述密封囊体设置有填充孔。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述填充孔设置有填充管,所述填充孔的孔壁与填充管连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述填充管还与用于加气的加气球囊连接,所述填充管与加气球囊之间设置有单向阀,所述加气球囊也自带有单向阀。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的护目镜,其特征在于,还包括用来堵塞填充孔的气塞,所述气塞设置有插入填充孔的气塞头部、气塞颈部、气塞底部,所述气塞头部设置有便于插入的倒角,所述气塞头部、气塞颈部、气塞底部的直径大于填充孔的直径。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述挂绳安装结构为挂绳孔,所述挂绳孔安装有挂绳。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述挂绳孔与挂绳之间连接至少有一个为可拆卸连接。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述挂绳孔与挂绳的一端之间设置有短挂绳,所述挂绳、短挂绳与护目镜本体上的挂绳孔连接,所述挂绳、短挂绳之间为可拆卸连接。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述可拆卸连接为挂钩连接,所述挂钩连接包括挂钩、挂环,挂钩设在挂绳上并且挂环设置在护目镜本体上或挂钩设在护目镜本体上并且挂环设置在挂绳上。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述可拆卸连接为挂钩连接,所述挂钩连接包括挂钩、挂环,所述挂钩设在挂绳上并且挂环设置在短挂绳上或挂钩设在短挂绳上并且挂环设置在挂绳上。
  23. 根据权利要求19所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述可拆卸连接为按扣连接,所述按扣连接包括公扣、母扣,所述公扣设在挂绳上并且母扣设置在护目镜本体上或公扣设在护目镜本体上并且母扣设置在挂绳上。
  24. 根据权利要求20所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述可拆卸连接为按扣连接,所述按扣连接包括公扣、母扣,所述公扣设在挂绳上并且母扣设置在短挂绳上或公扣设在短挂绳上并且母扣设置在挂绳上。
  25. 根据权利要求1或8或9或10或11所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述密封囊体包括第一囊体膜、第二囊体膜,其中所述第一囊体膜、第二囊体膜均为环状体,所述第一囊体膜的外边缘与第二囊体膜的外边缘密封连接,所述第一囊体膜的内边缘与第二囊体膜的内边缘密封连接,所述第一囊体膜上中间环带的全部或局部与护目镜本体和软胶带连接,所述第一囊体膜的外边缘与第二囊体膜的外边缘用超声波熔接成外熔接带,第一囊体膜的内边缘与第二囊体膜的内边缘用超声波熔接成内熔接带。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述密封囊体还包括第三囊体膜、第四囊体膜,所述第三囊体膜、第四囊体膜均为环状体,所述第三囊体膜的外边缘与第四囊体膜的外边缘密封连接,所述第三囊体膜的内边缘与第四囊体膜的内边缘密封连接,所述第三囊体膜上中间环带的全部或局部与第二囊体膜连接,所述第三囊体膜的外边缘与第四囊体膜的外边缘用超声波熔接成外熔接带,第三囊体膜的内边缘与第四囊体膜的内边缘用超声波熔接成内熔接带。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述密封囊体还包括第五囊体膜、第六囊体膜,所述第五囊体膜、第六囊体膜均为环状体,所述第五囊体膜的外边缘与第六囊体膜的外边缘密封连接,所述第五囊体膜的内边缘与第六囊体膜的内边缘密封连接,所述第五囊体膜上中间环带的全部或局部与第四囊体膜连接,所述第五囊体膜的外边缘与第六囊体膜的外边缘用超声波熔接成外熔接带,第五囊体膜的内边缘与第六囊体膜的内边缘用超声波熔接成内熔接带。
  28. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述密封囊体的空腔内所填充物质为在常温下处于高弹态的高分子材料。
  29. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述密封囊体为弹性囊体。
  30. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述密封囊体可设置为有多个小囊体组成的囊体。
  31. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述密封囊体可设置为多层的密封囊体。
  32. 根据权利要求2所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述左目镜、右目镜在眼睛正前方部分为厚度相等、透明的平面体。
  33. 根据权利要求2所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述左目镜、右目镜在侧边设置有延伸部。
  34. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述护目镜本体为透明的。
  35. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述护目镜本体设置有用于避开鼻梁的鼻沟。
  36. 根据权利要求25所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述第一囊体膜上中间环带的全部或局部与护目镜本体粘接连接。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述护目镜本体与密封囊体通过固定带来连接,所述护目镜本体上设置有连接带孔,所述固定带与第一囊体膜上中间环带连接,所述固定带设置为穿过护目镜本体上的连接带孔来把密封囊体固定在护目镜本体上。
  38. 根据权利要求2所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述软胶带设置有可拉伸结构以便左目镜可相对于右目镜转动。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述可拉伸结构为凹槽。
  40. 根据权利要求38所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述可拉伸结构为圆拱面。
  41. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述密封囊体与护目镜本体通过连接带来连接。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述连接带包括用于套在密封囊体外围的带圈、用于拴在护目镜本体上的带尾,所述带圈的周长大于密封囊体横截面的周长,所述带尾设置为穿过护目镜本体上的连接带孔来把密封囊体固定在护目镜本体上。
  43. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述护目镜本体与密封囊体通过布筒来连接,所述布筒设置有用于与护目镜本体连接的布筒缝纫边、用于安装密封囊体的筒圈,所述筒圈与护目镜本体通过布筒缝纫边连接,所述密封囊体为直条形囊体,所述直条形囊体穿过筒圈后首尾连接成环形的密封囊体。
  44. 根据权利要求43所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述布筒缝纫边与护目镜本体的中部连接。
  45. 根据权利要求44所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述布筒缝纫边与护目镜本体中部的橡胶块连接。
  46. 根据权利要求45所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述布筒缝纫边与护目镜本体中部的橡胶块通过书钉连接。
  47. 根据权利要求43所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述布筒的筒圈在鼻梁处直径比下巴处大。
  48. 根据权利要求43所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述布筒设置有多个筒圈。
  49. 根据权利要求43所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述直条形囊体为弹性密封囊体。
  50. 根据权利要求49所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述直条形囊体两端扎紧密封后直条密封囊体连接处在鼻沟处与护目镜本体连接。
  51. 根据权利要求43所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述布筒在鼻沟处的筒圈上没有布筒缝纫边。
  52. 根据权利要求43所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述筒圈内可设置有多个条密封囊体。
  53. 根据权利要求43所述的护目镜,其特征在于,所述直条形囊体为非弹性密封囊体,所述直条形囊体的两端热熔密封。
  54. 一种护目镜,包括护目镜本体、可用于安装密封囊体的布筒,所述布筒设置有与护目镜本体连接的布筒缝纫边、用于放置密封囊体的筒圈,所述筒圈与护目镜本体通过布筒缝纫边连接。
  55. 一种护目镜,包括护目镜本体、多个可用于安装密封囊体的连接带,所述连接带包括用于套在密封囊体外围的带圈、用于与护目镜本体连接的带尾,所述带圈的周长大于密封囊体横截面的周长,所述带尾与护目镜本体连接,所述护目镜本体设置有挂绳安装结构。
