Abstract

本发明涉及防火门技术领域,具体公开了一种带防火砖的防火门板及防火门。所述的防火门板其中间层为玻化微珠保温板、玻化微珠保温板的两侧设置有一层防火砖、防火砖的另一侧设置有金属材料层。所述的防火砖由包含如下重量份的原料成分制成:铝矾土熟料40~60份;粘土20~30份;碳化硅10~20份;改性碳酸钙粉10~20份。经测试所述的防火门板的耐火极限高于现有国标甲级防火门的要求,防火性能显著,且该防火门板的用料少,生产成本低。

一种带防火砖的防火门板及防火门
技术领域
本发明涉及防火门技术领域,具体涉及一种带防火砖的防火门板及防火门。
背景技术
防火门是指由防火门扇、门框、及其它配件组合而成,且一定时间内能满足耐火稳定性、完整性和隔热性要求的门,常设置在疏散楼梯间、竖向管道井。目前市场上销售的防火门必须经过相关部门按照国家标准GB_12955-2008测试合格并取得相应证书后方能上市销售。
根据GB_12955-2008划分,防火门级别可以分为甲级防火门、乙级防火门、丙级防火门。其中根据GB_12955-2008规定按耐火极限划分:甲级防火门不小于1.5小时;乙级防火门不小于1小时;丙级防火门不小于0.5小时。而耐火极限越高,防火性能越好,因此开发耐火极限更好的防火门具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种带防火砖的防火门板及防火门,所述的带防火砖的防火门板及防火门的耐火极限远远大于GB_12955-2008规定的甲级防火门要求,具有非常优异的防火性能。
本发明所要解决的上述技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种带防火砖的防火门板,其中间层为玻化微珠保温板、玻化微珠保温板的两侧设置有一层防火砖、防火砖的另一侧设置有金属材料层。
优选地,所述的防火砖的厚度为8~12mm。
优选地,所述的防火砖由包含如下重量份的原料成分制成:
铝矾土熟料40~60份;粘土20~30份;碳化硅10~20份;改性碳酸钙粉 10~20份。
进一步优选地,所述的防火砖由包含如下重量份的原料成分制成:
铝矾土熟料50~60份;粘土25~30份;碳化硅15~20份;改性碳酸钙粉 15~20份。
最优选地,所述的防火砖由包含如下重量份的原料成分制成:
铝矾土熟料50份;粘土25份;碳化硅15份;改性碳酸钙粉15份。
优选地,所述的改性碳酸钙粉通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)在去离子水中加入炭黑10~20份和80~100份KMnO4搅拌10~20h,然后加入浓硫酸,继续搅拌1~3h,过滤,分离得经预处理过的炭黑;
(2)取80~100份碳酸钙与40~60份粉碎后的贝壳粉、1~2份硅烷偶联剂混合均匀后加入去离子水中,然后加入经步骤(1)经预处理过的炭黑以及100~120 份聚乙烯亚胺,搅拌反应30~60min;接着加入1~3份硼氢化钠,继续搅拌1~3h,过滤、洗涤即得改性碳酸钙粉。
优选地,所述的金属材料层为镀锌铁皮。
一种防火砖的防火门板,其使用上述防火砖的防火门板作为门扇。
优选地,所述的防火砖的防火门(如附图2所示),其门扇上还设置有防火玻璃窗以及防火锁。
有益效果:本发明首先提供了一种全新组成的防火砖的防火门板,经测试所述的防火门板的耐火极限高于现有国标甲级防火门的要求,防火性能显著,且该防火门板的用料少,生产成本低。因此,采用该防火门板制备防火门可以大幅提升防火门的防火性能,可以最大幅度的降低火灾带来的损失。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例来进一步解释本发明,但实施例对本发明不做任何形式的限定。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种带防火砖的防火门板,其中间层为30mm厚的玻化微珠保温板1、玻化微珠保温板1的两侧通过防火胶粘合设置有一层10mm厚的防火砖 2、防火砖2的另一侧通过防火胶粘合设置有镀锌铁皮3。
所述的防火砖由如下重量份的原料成分混合后通过烧结制成:铝矾土熟料 50份;粘土25份;碳化硅15份;改性碳酸钙粉15份。
所述的改性碳酸钙粉通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)在去离子水中加入炭黑15份(重量份,下同)和90份KMnO4搅拌12h,然后加入浓硫酸,继续搅拌2h,过滤,分离得经预处理过的炭黑;
(2)取90份碳酸钙与50份粉碎后的贝壳粉、2份硅烷偶联剂KH-550混合均匀后加入去离子水中,然后加入经步骤(1)经预处理过的炭黑以及100份聚乙烯亚胺,搅拌反应40min;接着加入2份硼氢化钠,继续搅拌2h,过滤、洗涤即得改性碳酸钙粉。
实施例2
如图1所示,一种带防火砖的防火门板,其中间层为30mm厚的玻化微珠保温板1、玻化微珠保温板1的两侧通过防火胶粘合设置有一层10mm厚的防火砖 2、防火砖2的另一侧通过防火胶粘合设置有镀锌铁皮3。
所述的防火砖由如下重量份的原料成分混合后通过烧结制成:铝矾土熟料 40份;粘土20份;碳化硅20份;改性碳酸钙粉20份。
所述的改性碳酸钙粉通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)在去离子水中加入炭黑15份(重量份,下同)和90份KMnO4搅拌 12h,然后加入浓硫酸,继续搅拌2h,过滤,分离得经预处理过的炭黑;

对比例1
制备同实施例1一样结构的防火门板,不同之处在于防火砖2的原料中使用碳酸钙粉而不是使用本发明所述的改性碳酸钙粉。
所述的防火砖由如下重量份的原料成分混合后通过烧结制成:铝矾土熟料 50份;粘土25份;碳化硅15份;改性碳酸钙粉15份。
对比例2
制备同实施例一样结构的防火门板,不同之处在于防火砖2采用市售普通的防火砖,而不是按本发明所述方法制备得到的防火砖。
试验测试:将实施例1~3以及对比例1~2制备得到的防火门板按GB_12955-2008规定进行耐火极限测试,测试结果如表1所示。

由表1耐火极限数据可以看出,本发明所述的厚度仅仅为40mm厚的防火门板的耐火极限为1.6以上,高于现有国标的最高等级甲级防火门1.5h。由上述实验数据可以说明,本发明所述的防火门板的防火性能显著,且其厚度仅仅为 40mm,用料少,可以大大节约生产成本。
此外,从对比例1和2数据可以看出,对比例1和2制备得到的防火门板的耐火极限远远小于实施例1制备得到的防火门板,这说明采用本发明所述原材料制备得到的防火砖用于防火门板可以显著提高防火性能,尤其是在防火砖制备过程中加入改性碳酸钙粉原料,可以大幅提升防火门板的防火性能。

Claims (8)

1.一种带防火砖的防火门板,其特征在于,中间层为玻化微珠保温板、玻化微珠保温板的两侧设置有一层防火砖、防火砖的另一侧设置有金属材料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火门板,其特征在于,所述的防火砖的厚度为8~12mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带防火砖的防火门板,其特征在于,所述的防火砖由包含如下重量份的原料成分制成:
铝矾土熟料40~60份;粘土20~30份;碳化硅10~20份;改性碳酸钙粉10~20份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的带防火砖的防火门板,其特征在于,所述的防火砖由包含如下重量份的原料成分制成:
铝矾土熟料50~60份;粘土25~30份;碳化硅15~20份;改性碳酸钙粉15~20份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的带防火砖的防火门板,其特征在于,所述的防火砖由包含如下重量份的原料成分制成:
铝矾土熟料50份;粘土25份;碳化硅15份;改性碳酸钙粉15份。
6.根据权利要求3所述的带防火砖的防火门板,其特征在于,所述的改性碳酸钙粉通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)在去离子水中加入炭黑10~20份和80~100份KMnO4搅拌10~20h,然后加入浓硫酸,继续搅拌1~3h,过滤,分离得经预处理过的炭黑;
(2)取80~100份碳酸钙与40~60份粉碎后的贝壳粉、1~2份硅烷偶联剂混合均匀后加入去离子水中,然后加入经步骤(1)经预处理过的炭黑以及100~120份聚乙烯亚胺,搅拌反应30~60min;接着加入1~3份硼氢化钠,继续搅拌1~3h,过滤、洗涤即得改性碳酸钙粉。
7.一种带防火砖的防火门,其特征在于,使用权利要求1~6任一项所述的带防火砖的防火门板作为门扇。
8.根据权利要求7所述的带防火砖的防火门,其特征在于,所述的门扇上还设置有防火玻璃窗以及防火锁。
