本发明涉及防火门技术领域,具体公开了一种复合隔热防火门板及防火门。所述复合隔热防火门板,其中间层为珍珠岩保温板、珍珠岩保温板的两侧设置有硅酸铝纤维板、硅酸铝纤维板的另一侧设置有金属材料层。所述的珍珠岩保温板由包含如下重量份的原料成分制成:珍珠岩40~60份;酚醛树脂50~70份;水玻璃20~30份;改性碳酸钙粉20~30份;固化剂5~10份;可再分散性乳胶粉5~10份;硬脂酸钙1~3份。经测试所述的防火门板的耐火极限远远高于现有国标甲级防火门的要求,防火性能显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及防火门技术领域,具体涉及一种复合隔热防火门板及防火门。
背景技术
防火门是指由防火门扇、门框、及其它配件组合而成,且一定时间内能满足耐火稳定性、完整性和隔热性要求的门,常设置在疏散楼梯间、竖向管道井。目前市场上销售的防火门必须经过相关部门按照国家标准GB_12955-2008测试合格并取得相应证书后方能上市销售。
根据GB_12955-2008划分,防火门级别可以分为甲级防火门、乙级防火门、丙级防火门。其中根据GB_12955-2008规定按耐火极限划分:甲级防火门不小于1.5小时;乙级防火门不小于1小时;丙级防火门不小于0.5小时。而耐火极限越高,防火性能越好,因此开发耐火极限更好的防火门具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种复合隔热防火门板及防火门,所述的一种复合隔热防火门板及防火门的耐火极限远远大于GB_12955-2008规定的甲级防火门要求,具有非常显著的防火性能。
本发明所要解决的上述技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种复合隔热防火门板,其特征在于,中间层为珍珠岩保温板、珍珠岩保温板的两侧设置有硅酸铝纤维板、硅酸铝纤维板的另一侧设置有金属材料层。
优选地,所述的珍珠岩保温板由包含如下重量份的原料成分制成:
珍珠岩40~60份;酚醛树脂50~70份;水玻璃20~30份;改性碳酸钙粉20~30份;固化剂5~10份;可再分散性乳胶粉5~10份;硬脂酸钙1~3份。
进一步优选地,所述的珍珠岩保温板由包含如下重量份的原料成分制成:
珍珠岩50~60份;酚醛树脂60~70份;水玻璃25~30份;改性碳酸钙粉25~30份;固化剂8~10份;可再分散性乳胶粉8~10份;硬脂酸钙2~3份。
最优选地,所述的珍珠岩保温板由包含如下重量份的原料成分制成:
珍珠岩50份;酚醛树脂60份;水玻璃25份;改性碳酸钙粉25份;固化剂8份;可再分散性乳胶粉8份;硬脂酸钙2份。
优选地,所述的固化剂为磷酸硅。
优选地,所述的改性碳酸钙粉通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)在去离子水中加入炭黑10~20份和80~100份KMnO4搅拌10~20h,然后加入浓硫酸,继续搅拌1~3h,过滤,分离得经预处理过的炭黑;
(2)取80~100份碳酸钙与40~60份粉碎后的贝壳粉、1~2份硅烷偶联剂混合均匀后加入去离子水中,然后加入经步骤(1)经预处理过的炭黑以及100~120份聚乙烯亚胺,搅拌反应30~60min;接着加入1~3份硼氢化钠,继续搅拌1~3h,过滤、洗涤即得改性碳酸钙粉。
优选地,所述的金属材料层为镀锌铁皮。
本发明还提供一种复合隔热防火门,其使用上述复合隔热防火门板作为门扇。
优选地,所述的复合隔热防火门(如附图2所示),其门扇上还设置有防火玻璃窗以及防火锁。
有益效果:本发明首先提供了一种全新组成的复合隔热防火门板,经测试所述的防火门板的耐火极限远远高于现有国标甲级防火门的要求,防火性能显著。因此,采用该防火门板制备防火门可以大幅提升防火门的防火性能,可以最大幅度的降低火灾带来的损失。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例来进一步解释本发明,但实施例对本发明不做任何形式的限定。
实施例1
如图1所示的复合隔热防火门板,其中间层为30mm厚的珍珠岩保温板1、珍珠岩保温板1的两侧通过防火胶粘合设置有10mm厚的硅酸铝纤维板2、硅酸铝纤维板2的另一侧通过防火胶粘合设置有镀锌铁皮3。
所述的珍珠岩保温板由如下重量份的原料成分通过热压成型方法制成:
珍珠岩50份;酚醛树脂60份;水玻璃25份;改性碳酸钙粉25份;固化剂磷酸硅8份;可再分散性乳胶粉8份;硬脂酸钙2份。
所述的改性碳酸钙粉通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)在去离子水中加入炭黑15份(重量份,下同)和90份KMnO4搅拌12h,然后加入浓硫酸,继续搅拌2h,过滤,分离得经预处理过的炭黑;
(2)取90份碳酸钙与50份粉碎后的贝壳粉、2份硅烷偶联剂KH-550混合均匀后加入去离子水中,然后加入经步骤(1)经预处理过的炭黑以及100份聚乙烯亚胺,搅拌反应40min;接着加入2份硼氢化钠,继续搅拌2h,过滤、洗涤即得改性碳酸钙粉。

如图1所示的复合隔热防火门板,其中间层为30mm厚的珍珠岩保温板1、珍珠岩保温板1的两侧设置有10mm厚的硅酸铝纤维板2、硅酸铝纤维板2的另一侧设置有镀锌铁皮3。
所述的珍珠岩保温板由如下重量份的原料成分通过热压成型方法制成:
珍珠岩40份;酚醛树脂50份;水玻璃30份;改性碳酸钙粉30份;固化剂磷酸硅10份;可再分散性乳胶粉10份;硬脂酸钙3份。
所述的改性碳酸钙粉通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)在去离子水中加入炭黑15份(重量份,下同)和90份KMnO4搅拌12h,然后加入浓硫酸,继续搅拌2h,过滤,分离得经预处理过的炭黑;

制备同实施例一样结构的防火门板,不同之处在于珍珠岩保温板1的原料中使用碳酸钙粉而不是使用本发明所述的改性碳酸钙粉。
所述的珍珠岩保温板由如下重量份的原料成分通过热压成型方法制成:
珍珠岩50份;酚醛树脂60份;水玻璃25份;改性碳酸钙粉25份;固化剂磷酸硅8份;可再分散性乳胶粉8份;硬脂酸钙2份。
对比例2
制备同实施例一样结构的防火门板,不同之处在于珍珠岩保温板1采用市售普通的珍珠岩保温板,而不是按本发明所述方法制备得到的珍珠岩保温板。
试验测试:将实施例1~3以及对比例1~2制备得到的防火门板按GB_12955-2008规定进行耐火极限测试,测试结果如表1所示。

由表1耐火极限数据可以看出,本发明所述的厚度仅仅为40mm厚的防火门板的耐火极限为2.0以上,远远高于现有国标的最高等级甲级防火门1.5h。由上述实验数据可以说明,本发明所述的防火门板的防火性能显著,且其厚度仅仅为40mm,用料少,可以大大节约生产成本。
此外,从对比例1和2数据可以看出,对比例1和2制备得到的防火门板的耐火极限远远小于实施例1制备得到的防火门板,这说明采用本发明所述原材料制备得到的珍珠岩保温板用于防火门板可以显著提高防火性能,尤其是在珍珠岩保温板制备过程中加入改性碳酸钙粉原料,可以大幅提升防火门板的防火性能。

Claims (6)

1.一种复合隔热防火门板,其特征在于,中间层为珍珠岩保温板、珍珠岩保温板的两侧设置有硅酸铝纤维板、硅酸铝纤维板的另一侧设置有金属材料层;
所述的珍珠岩保温板由包含如下重量份的原料成分制成:
珍珠岩40~60份;酚醛树脂50~70份;水玻璃20~30份;改性碳酸钙粉20~30份;固化剂5~10份;可再分散性乳胶粉5~10份;硬脂酸钙1~3份;
所述的改性碳酸钙粉通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)在去离子水中加入炭黑10~20份和80~100份KMnO4搅拌10~20h,然后加入浓硫酸,继续搅拌1~3h,过滤,分离得经预处理过的炭黑;
(2)取80~100份碳酸钙与40~60份粉碎后的贝壳粉、1~2份硅烷偶联剂混合均匀后加入去离子水中,然后加入经步骤(1)经预处理过的炭黑以及100~120份聚乙烯亚胺,搅拌反应30~60min;接着加入1~3份硼氢化钠,继续搅拌1~3h,过滤、洗涤即得改性碳酸钙粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合隔热防火门板,其特征在于,所述的珍珠岩保温板由包含如下重量份的原料成分制成:
珍珠岩50~60份;酚醛树脂60~70份;水玻璃25~30份;改性碳酸钙粉25~30份;固化剂8~10份;可再分散性乳胶粉8~10份;硬脂酸钙2~3份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合隔热防火门板,其特征在于,所述的珍珠岩保温板由包含如下重量份的原料成分制成:
珍珠岩50份;酚醛树脂60份;水玻璃25份;改性碳酸钙粉25份;固化剂8份;可再分散性乳胶粉8份;硬脂酸钙2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合隔热防火门板,其特征在于,所述的固化剂为磷酸硅。
5.一种复合隔热防火门,其特征在于,使用权利要求1~4任一项所述的复合隔热防火门板作为门扇。
