本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
LDPE发泡工艺,其改进之处在于:工艺过程如下:树脂、助剂混合→密炼→开炼→切粒→挤出→牵引→试样。
优选地,密炼的温度为80-100℃;挤出的温度为150-160℃。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:本工艺显著改善发泡性能。
