本发明公开了一种LDPE发泡工艺,工艺过程如下:树脂、助剂混合→密炼→开炼→切粒→挤出→牵引→试样;进一步改进在于:密炼的温度为80‑100℃;挤出的温度为150‑160℃。本发明显著改善发泡性能。

本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料制作工艺,特别是一种LDPE制作工艺。
背景技术
LDPE有比较好的综合性能,但发泡性能不好。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著改善发泡性能的LDPE发泡工艺。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
LDPE发泡工艺,其改进之处在于:工艺过程如下:树脂、助剂混合→密炼→开炼→切粒→挤出→牵引→试样。
优选地,密炼的温度为80-100℃;挤出的温度为150-160℃。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:本工艺显著改善发泡性能。
