Abstract

本发明涉及蔬菜水果切块技术领域。目的是提供一种简单、快速的筛选和切割的果蔬二次切割装置。技术方案是：一种蔬果的二次切块机器，其特征在于该机器包括支撑装置、筛选装置、切割装置以及接料装置；所述支撑装置包括支撑架以及水平铺设在支撑架上的导轨；所述筛选装置包括由圆柱杆与开槽杆固接组成的筛选框；所述切割装置包括由刀具与开槽长杆组成的切割架、固接在切割支撑架上带动切割架竖直运动的竖直气缸、固接在支撑架上驱使切割支撑架沿着导轨水平运动的水平气缸；所述接料装置包括位于筛选框下方的接料斗。

一种蔬果的二次切块机器
技术领域
本发明涉及蔬菜水果切块技术领域，具体为蔬果的二次切块机器，主要用于块状、伞状等蔬果切块的二次切块。
背景技术
现有的蔬果切割装置，由于设计误差或者现实的蔬果形状不规则等原因，在进行切块后仍会有大量不符合规定尺寸的过大的切块，从而影响到蔬果的封装和食用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述背景技术存在的问题，提供一种简单、快速的筛选和切割的果蔬二次切割装置。
本发明提供的技术方案如下：
一种蔬果的二次切块机器，其特征在于该机器包括支撑装置、筛选装置、切割装置以及接料装置；所述支撑装置包括支撑架以及水平铺设在支撑架上的导轨；所述筛选装置包括由圆柱杆与开槽杆固接组成的筛选框；所述切割装置包括由刀具与开槽长杆组成的切割架、固接在切割支撑架上带动切割架竖直运动的竖直气缸、固接在支撑架上驱使切割支撑架沿着导轨水平运动的水平气缸；所述接料装置包括位于筛选框下方的接料斗。
所述支撑架由不同长度的横梁和立柱组成。
两个开槽长杆上开制有沿着长度方向伸展的长槽，若干个圆柱杆垂直于开槽长杆布置并且两端分别通过螺钉一一固定在两个开槽长杆的长槽中，两两圆柱杆之间的距离相同。
若干个刀具以及刀具固定件垂直于开槽杆布置并且两端分别通过螺钉一一固定在两个开槽杆的长槽中。
本发明所述的蔬果二次切块机器的使用方法是：首先将切割装置处于初始位置，将需要二次切块的蔬果块倒入筛选装置上方，合格的蔬果块直接落入接料斗，过大的蔬果块仍在筛选装置上，随后水平固接气缸推动切割装置位于筛选装置上方，然后竖直固接气缸推动切割架进行切割，将过大的蔬果块切割成符合的尺寸，落入接料斗中。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图，对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示的蔬果的二次切块机器，包括支撑装置、筛选装置、切割装置以及接料装置四个部分。所述支撑装置包括支撑架1和导轨6，支撑架1由不同长度的横梁和立柱组成的框架结构；导轨6水平铺设并固接在支撑架的上表面。
所述筛选装置包括由圆柱杆5与开槽长杆4固接组成的筛选框，筛选框通过筛选板固定件3固定在支撑架上(图中显示是在位于导轨下方的支撑架的中层部位)；两个开槽长杆上开制有沿着长度方向伸展的长槽，若干个圆柱杆垂直于开槽长杆布置并且两端分别通过螺钉一一固定在两个开槽长杆的长槽中，两两圆柱杆之间的距离相同；通过调节相邻圆柱杆之间的距离可调整所筛选的蔬果块的大小。
所述切割装置包括刀具15、开槽杆(结构与开槽长杆4相同)、切割支撑架17、滑块7、水平气缸11以及竖直气缸12；多个刀具15、两个开槽杆以及刀具固定件14组成切割架，若干个刀具(平行于圆柱杆)以及刀具固定件垂直于开槽杆布置并且两端分别通过螺钉一一固定在两个开槽杆的长槽中；两两刀具之间的距离相同并且与两两圆柱杆之间的距离相同；通常每个刀具的位置设定在两个圆柱杆之间，以利于切割因尺寸较大而搁置在两个圆柱杆之间的蔬果块；也可通过调节相邻刀具之间的距离调整所切割蔬果块的大小。
竖直气缸12由竖直气缸固定件13固接在切割支撑架17上，切割支撑架又通过滑块连接件8与滑块7固定，因此能够通过滑块可滑动地定位在导轨上。竖直往下伸展的竖直气缸活塞杆还通过竖直气缸连接件16与切割架固结并且带动切割架竖直运动；水平气缸11由水平气缸固定件10固接在支撑装置上，水平气缸的活塞杆通过水平固接气缸连接件9与切割支撑架固结，并且带动切割架支撑架17运动；所述接料装置包括接料斗2，该接料斗位于筛选框的正下方，因此可承接从筛选框中落下的蔬果块。
本发明工作原理是：首先将切割装置处于初始位置(水平气缸11与竖直气缸12均处于收缩状态)，将需要二次切块的蔬果块倒入筛选装置上方，合格的蔬果块将直接落入接料斗2中，过大的蔬果块仍在筛选装置上；随后水平气缸12推动切割装置位于筛选装置上方，然后竖直气缸11推动切割架向下进行切割，将过大的蔬果块切割成符合的尺寸后落入接料斗2中。
本发明可以应用于块状或伞状等形状的蔬果切块，通过调整固接在开槽长杆4上的圆柱杆5和刀具固定件14的距离可以切割不同大小要求的蔬果块，也可以更改整体尺寸来调整切割效率。

1.一种蔬果的二次切块机器，其特征在于该机器包括支撑装置、筛选装置、切割装置以及接料装置；所述支撑装置包括支撑架（1）以及水平铺设在支撑架上的导轨（6）；所述筛选装置包括由圆柱杆（5）与开槽长杆（4）固接组成的筛选框；所述切割装置包括由刀具（15）与开槽杆组成的切割架、固接在切割支撑架（17）上带动切割架竖直运动的竖直气缸（12）、固接在支撑架上驱使切割支撑架沿着导轨水平运动的水平气缸（11）；所述接料装置包括位于筛选框下方的接料斗（2）；
所述支撑架由不同长度的横梁和立柱组成；
两个开槽长杆上开制有沿着长度方向伸展的长槽，若干个圆柱杆垂直于开槽长杆布置并且两端分别通过螺钉一一固定在两个开槽长杆的长槽中，两两圆柱杆之间的距离相同；

通过调节相邻圆柱杆之间的距离可调整所筛选的蔬果块的大小；也可通过调节相邻刀具之间的距离调整所切割蔬果块的大小。
