本发明涉及一种无壳射钉弹、其包覆结构、其包覆方法及其包装方法。本发明的无壳射钉弹的包覆结构,包括由内至外或由外至内依次设置的抗氧化漆层和填缝漆层,所述抗氧化漆层包括以下质量百分比的制备原料:树脂3‑8%、虫胶8‑15%、有机硅1‑5%和有机溶剂72‑86%;所述填缝漆层包括以下制备原料:质量比为1:(2‑6)的防水涂料和水。本发明的无壳射钉弹的包覆结构具有提高了射钉弹的防潮性和安全性的优点。

无壳射钉弹、其包覆结构、其包覆方法及其包装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及射钉弹技术,特别涉及一种无壳射钉弹、其包覆结构、其包覆方法及其包装方法。
背景技术
现有的射钉弹在生产装配过程中,都是将射钉药片装入弹壳中,弹壳一端与射钉相连,包装时将带有药片的射钉弹装入塑料袋,再封装入纸箱。由于射钉弹较尖锐,搬运、运输过程的震动容易刺穿包装袋,同时射钉弹随着震动移动,射钉弹之间的尖锐端可能触碰射钉药片,这些现象都极易造成射钉弹在运输过程中受潮或燃烧,影响产品的性能及安全性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可避免运输过程中射钉弹药之间、射钉弹药与射钉弹铁件之间的碰撞、摩擦,防止射钉弹药受潮的无壳射钉弹、其包覆结构、其包覆方法及其包装方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种无壳射钉弹的包覆结构,包括由内至外或由外至内依次设置的抗氧化漆层和填缝漆层,所述抗氧化漆层包括以下质量百分比的制备原料:树脂3-8%、虫胶8-15%、有机硅1-5%和有机溶剂72-86%;所述填缝漆层包括以下制备原料:质量比为1:(2-6)的防水涂料和水。
一种无壳射钉弹,包括无壳射钉弹药和上述的无壳射钉弹的包覆结构,所述无壳射钉弹的包覆结构包覆所述无壳射钉弹药。
一种无壳射钉弹的包覆方法,将上述的无壳射钉弹的包覆结构中的所述抗氧化漆层的各制备原料按质量百分比进行混合,制得抗氧化漆溶液,将上述的无壳射钉弹的包覆结构中的所述填缝漆层的各制备原料按比例进行混合,制得填缝漆溶液;
将无壳射钉弹药浸泡在抗氧化漆溶液中,然后取出无壳射钉弹药,并依次进行晾干和烘干,获得所述抗氧化漆层,再将烘干后的无壳射钉弹药浸泡在填缝漆溶液中,然后取出无壳射钉弹药,并依次进行晾干和烘干,获得所述填缝漆层,从而获得包覆后的无壳射钉弹;或者,
将无壳射钉弹药浸泡在填缝漆溶液中,然后取出无壳射钉弹药,并依次进行晾干和烘干,获得所述填缝漆层,再将烘干后的无壳射钉弹药浸泡在抗氧化漆溶液中,然后取出无壳射钉弹药,并依次进行晾干和烘干,获得所述抗氧化漆层,从而获得包覆后的无壳射钉弹。
一种无壳射钉弹的包装方法,将采用上述的无壳射钉弹的包覆方法获得的包覆后的无壳射钉弹放入包装袋内,然后在无壳射钉弹与所述包装袋的袋体之间插入缓冲垫层,再对所述包装袋进行抽真空和密封处理。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的无壳射钉弹的包覆结构包括由内至外或由外至内依次设置的抗氧化漆层和填缝漆层,即同时包覆包括抗氧化漆层和填缝漆层,通过设置上述两道不同漆层的方式达到射钉弹药的防潮包覆,可有效地提高无壳射钉弹的防潮性和安全性。

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式予以说明。
本发明最关键的构思在于:同时包覆抗氧化漆层和填缝漆层,以达到射钉弹药的防潮包覆。
本发明提供一种无壳射钉弹的包覆结构,包括由内至外或由外至内依次设置的抗氧化漆层和填缝漆层,所述抗氧化漆层包括以下质量百分比的制备原料:树脂3-8%、虫胶8-15%、有机硅1-5%和有机溶剂72-86%;所述填缝漆层包括以下制备原料:质量比为1:(2-6)的防水涂料和水。
一种无壳射钉弹,包括无壳射钉弹药和上述的无壳射钉弹的包覆结构,所述无壳射钉弹的包覆结构包覆所述无壳射钉弹药。
一种无壳射钉弹的包覆方法,将上述的无壳射钉弹的包覆结构中的所述抗氧化漆层的各制备原料按质量百分比进行混合,制得抗氧化漆溶液,将上述的无壳射钉弹的包覆结构中的所述填缝漆层的各制备原料按比例进行混合,制得填缝漆溶液;
将无壳射钉弹药浸泡在抗氧化漆溶液中,然后取出无壳射钉弹药,并依次进行晾干和烘干,获得所述抗氧化漆层,再将烘干后的无壳射钉弹药浸泡在填缝漆溶液中,然后取出无壳射钉弹药,并依次进行晾干和烘干,获得所述填缝漆层,从而获得包覆后的无壳射钉弹;或者,
将无壳射钉弹药浸泡在填缝漆溶液中,然后取出无壳射钉弹药,并依次进行晾干和烘干,获得所述填缝漆层,再将烘干后的无壳射钉弹药浸泡在抗氧化漆溶液中,然后取出无壳射钉弹药,并依次进行晾干和烘干,获得所述抗氧化漆层,从而获得包覆后的无壳射钉弹。
一种无壳射钉弹的包装方法,将采用上述的无壳射钉弹的包覆方法获得的包覆后的无壳射钉弹放入包装袋内,然后在无壳射钉弹与所述包装袋的袋体之间插入缓冲垫层,再对所述包装袋进行抽真空和密封处理。
本发明的技术原理为:
由于抗氧化漆层涂抹后可在物质表面形成一道抗氧化防水层,以隔绝空气和水,减缓物质的氧化吸潮速度;填缝层涂抹后可在物质表面形成一道填缝嵌入式防水层,可填补物质表面的细微凹坑或缝隙,防止空气和水通过凹坑或缝隙进入物质内部。同时包覆抗氧化漆层和填缝漆层可形成互补结构,延缓物质的氧化和水分的渗透,从而提高防潮性。
从上述描述可知,本发明的有益效果在于:

将上述获得的包覆后的无壳射钉弹按一定数量规格用缓冲垫包裹,将装有药片的缓冲垫放入包装袋,进行抽真空并封口。

防潮性测试
将实施例一至实施例三的包覆有抗氧化漆层和填缝漆层的无壳射钉弹分别进行防潮性测试。
具体为:取包覆有抗氧化漆层和填缝层的无壳射钉弹10发浸泡于水中,室温下静置32h后取出,然后使用射钉枪正常击发。
测试结果显示,实施例一至实施例三的包覆有抗氧化漆层和填缝漆层的无壳射钉弹均可穿透8mm工型钢。
综上所述,本发明提供的无壳射钉弹的包覆结构具有提高了射钉弹的防潮性和安全性的优点。

2.一种无壳射钉弹,其特征在于,包括无壳射钉弹药和权利要求1所述的无壳射钉弹的包覆结构,所述无壳射钉弹的包覆结构包覆所述无壳射钉弹药。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无壳射钉弹,其特征在于,所述无壳射钉弹的四周包覆有缓冲垫层,包覆有缓冲垫层的无壳射钉弹设于包装袋内,所述包装袋的袋体内部为真空状态。

将无壳射钉弹药浸泡在抗氧化漆溶液中,然后取出无壳射钉弹药,并依次进行晾干和烘干,获得所述抗氧化漆层,再将烘干后的无壳射钉弹药浸泡在填缝漆溶液中,然后取出无壳射钉弹药,并依次进行晾干和烘干,获得所述填缝漆层,从而获得包覆后的无壳射钉弹;或者,
将无壳射钉弹药浸泡在填缝漆溶液中,然后取出无壳射钉弹药,并依次进行晾干和烘干,获得所述填缝漆层,再将烘干后的无壳射钉弹药浸泡在抗氧化漆溶液中,然后取出无壳射钉弹药,并依次进行晾干和烘干,获得所述抗氧化漆层,从而获得包覆后的无壳射钉弹。
6.根据权利要求5所述的无壳射钉弹的包覆方法,其特征在于,获得抗氧化漆层或填缝漆层之前所进行的烘干步骤均为:烘干温度为30-60℃,烘干时间为3-6h。
7.一种无壳射钉弹的包装方法,其特征在于,将采用权利要求5-6任意一项所述的无壳射钉弹的包覆方法获得的包覆后的无壳射钉弹用缓冲垫进行包裹,然后将包裹后的无壳射钉弹放入包装袋内,再对所述包装袋进行抽真空和密封处理。
