本发明通过采用钢化玻璃制成顶部结构的底层,能够利用钢化玻璃具有较强的硬度,避免顶部受到损坏,同时采用相互铰接形成的遮光板结构,能够在需要时,将其打开,使室内透光,提高室内温度和亮度,由于本发明采用遮光板的宽度大于墙体构成的空间的宽度,能够对墙体起到保护作用,采用中部设置的空腔内采用压缩弹簧结构,能够使两侧结构能够在外力作用下压缩,从而使墙体的厚度得以调节,使得墙体可以用于建筑外墙使用,也可以用于室内隔离墙体使用,具有良好的保温效果,同时厚度可调,无需占用大量室内空间,同时采用调节螺栓结构,调节方便,并且调节完成之后可以采用固定套筒进行再次加固,避免调节螺栓滑丝等状况造成结构不稳固,使整体结构使用效果更佳,通过采用防火粘结剂粘结底层结构与固定槽,能够提高整体结构防火效果,使其更加安全。本发明添加的邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯、β-二酮、聚磷酸铵组成的复配增塑剂与聚乙烯树脂搭配,使增塑剂的正向作用最大化,提高力学性能的同时提高耐老化性、加工性能,增加材料的柔韧性,同时聚磷酸铵具有凝聚相中的作用,和氢氧化镁结合具有很好的阻燃效果;添加的十六烷基二甲基叔胺具有很好的抗静电效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步详细介绍,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1:
如图1、2所示,一种智能耐老化抗静电光板房家居,包括顶部和设置在顶部下方的墙体构成的空腔结构,所述的顶部包括透明钢化玻璃形成的底层114及设置在底层114上方的遮光板,所述的遮光板为2个相互铰接的防火PVC板115构成,2个所述的防火PVC板115相向的端面相互铰接,2个所述的防火PVC板115的外侧边缘位于所述的墙体外侧,在所述的防火PVC板115远离所述的底层114一侧端面上设置有固化的二氧化钛凝胶形成的防紫外线层116,所述的墙体包括2个层压板制成的外层板101及分别设置在2个所述的外层板101内侧的保温岩棉层102,在所述的外层板101的外壁上分别设置有防火油漆层112,所述的外层板101通过防火粘结剂与所述的保温岩棉层102相粘结,在所述的保温岩棉层102内侧分别设置有钢筋骨架103,2个所述的钢筋骨架103均为若干纵向平行排布的钢筋通过包围在外侧的横向钢筋构成的笼结构,在所述的钢筋骨架103中部设置有空腔,在所述的空腔内填充有保温层104,在两个所述的钢筋骨架103相向的端面上分别设置有固定板105,在2个所述的固定板105相向的端面上分别设置有压缩弹簧106,所述的压缩弹簧106两端分别固定连接在2个所述的固定板105上,在所述的外层板101上下两端分别设置有固定槽107,所述的外层板101两端分别卡接在所述的固定槽107内侧,所述的固定槽107呈U型结构,所述的外层板101两端分别卡接在所述的U型的固定槽107内,位于一侧的所述的外层板101与所述的固定槽107的侧壁相互粘结,位于另一侧的所述的外层板101外侧设置有调节螺栓108,所述的调节螺栓108贯穿所述的固定槽107靠近所述的调节螺栓108一侧的侧壁,所述的调节螺栓108为内六角螺栓,所述的固定槽107靠近所述的调节螺栓108一侧设置有螺纹孔,在所述的螺纹孔外侧设置有呈环状的凹槽结构109,所述的凹槽结构109内侧与所述的螺纹孔之间设置有柱体结构110,所述的调节螺栓108螺纹连接在所述的固定槽107上的螺纹孔内,所述的调节螺栓108的钉头外侧为柱面结构,在该柱面结构外侧设置有外螺纹,在所述的柱体结构110的外壁上设置有外螺纹,在所述的调节螺栓108的钉头外侧套装有固定套筒111,所述的固定套筒111螺纹连接在所述的调节螺栓108的钉头和所述的柱体结构110外侧,2个所述的外层板101的外侧端面分别贴合在所述的固定槽107相向的2个侧壁上时,所述的压缩弹簧106处于自然状态,所述的底层114下端面两端通过防火粘结剂粘结在所述的固定槽107上端面上。
所述外层板(101)包括下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚氯乙烯树脂90-110、三元乙丙橡胶15-20、磷酸三异丙基苯酯4-6、乙酰柠檬酸三正丁酯4-5、氢氧化镁8-10、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯40-50、丁二烯基三乙氧基硅烷6-8、有机铬络合物2-4、三盐基硫酸铅6-8、对苯二胺5-7、纳米碳酸钙30-40、β-二酮6-10、聚磷酸铵 12-14、乳化硅油7-8、氟基烷基聚醚改性聚硅氧烷5-7、硬脂酸锌7-9、纳米二氧化钙5-8、石蜡6-9、十六烷基二甲基叔胺8-12;
通过设置纳米二氧化钛凝胶制成的防紫外线层,能够避免防火PVC板制成的遮光板在光照下产生变性导致其结构受损,通过采用保温岩棉层,能够利用其具有良好的保温隔热效果,使墙体具有良好的保温作用,同时采用层压板制成外层板,能够利用现有的木制家具加工边角料加工形成外层板,利用其内部的木质纤维具有良好的抗压抗拉强度,使外层板结构更加牢固,不容易损坏,同时相比现有的混凝土墙体,重量更轻,通过外层的防火油漆实现防火的效果。由于采用了钢筋骨架结构,能够起到支撑整体结构的效果的同时,能够提高墙体的强度,提高其抗震性能,并且,能够减轻内部结构重量,相比现有的混凝土墙体,运输更加方便,由于内外两侧均设置有保温岩棉层,能够起到更好的保温效果。本发明添加的邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯、β-二酮、聚磷酸铵组成的复配增塑剂与聚乙烯树脂搭配,使增塑剂的正向作用最大化,提高力学性能的同时提高耐老化性、加工性能,增加材料的柔韧性,同时聚磷酸铵具有凝聚相中的作用,和氢氧化镁结合具有很好的阻燃效果;添加的十六烷基二甲基叔胺具有很好的抗静电效果。

Claims (2)

1.一种外层板(101)包括下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚氯乙烯树脂90-110、三元乙丙橡胶15-20、磷酸三异丙基苯酯4-6、乙酰柠檬酸三正丁酯4-5、氢氧化镁8-10、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯40-50、丁二烯基三乙氧基硅烷6-8、有机铬络合物2-4、三盐基硫酸铅6-8、对苯二胺5-7、纳米碳酸钙30-40、β-二酮6-10、聚磷酸铵 12-14、乳化硅油7-8、氟基烷基聚醚改性聚硅氧烷5-7、硬脂酸锌7-9、纳米二氧化钙5-8、石蜡6-9、十六烷基二甲基叔胺8-12。
