本发明涉及一种智能光伏加热保温体育训练室。
背景技术
在建筑施工过程中,搭建的临时板房通常为单层墙体结构,采光通风差,由于墙体非常单薄,在冬季不能保温,造成室内非常寒冷,不利于体育锻炼。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能光伏加热保温体育训练室,能够改善现有技术存在的问题,利用设置集热器和集热管,将太阳能转化为热能,并使集热管在墙体内侧循环,使集热管热量与石墨板之间进行热交换,实现热量传递,有助于提高室内温度,同时利用保温岩棉层和保温层结构,实现对室内进行保温。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种智能光伏加热保温体育训练室,包括顶部和设置在顶部下方的墙体构成的空腔结构,在所述的顶部上方设置有集热器,在所述的集热器上设置有集热水箱,在所述的集热水箱上连接有集热管,所述的顶部包括透明钢化玻璃形成的底层及设置在底层上方的遮光板,所述的遮光板为2个相互铰接的防火PVC板构成,2个所述的防火PVC板相向的端面相互铰接,2个所述的防火PVC板的外侧边缘位于所述的墙体外侧,在所述的防火PVC板远离所述的底层一侧端面上设置有固化的二氧化钛凝胶形成的防紫外线层,所述的集热器固定连接在2个所述的防火PVC板上方,所述的集热水箱固定连接在2个所述的防火PVC板中部,所述的墙体包括2个层压板制成的外层板及分别设置在2个所述的外层板内侧的保温岩棉层,在所述的外层板的外壁上分别设置有防火油漆层,所述的外层板通过防火粘结剂与所述的保温岩棉层相粘结,在所述的保温岩棉层内侧分别设置有钢筋骨架,2个所述的钢筋骨架均为若干纵向平行排布的钢筋通过包围在外侧的横向钢筋构成的笼结构,在所述的钢筋骨架中部设置有空腔,在所述的空腔内填充有保温层,在两个所述的钢筋骨架相向的端面上分别设置有固定板,在2个所述的固定板相向的端面上分别设置有压缩弹簧,所述的压缩弹簧两端分别固定连接在2个所述的固定板上,在靠近所述的调节螺栓的所述的外层板与该侧的所述的防火油漆层之间设置有石墨板,所述的石墨板与该侧外层板之间设置有加热空腔,所述的集热管贯穿并位于所述的加热空腔内,在所述的外层板上下两端分别设置有固定槽,所述的外层板两端分别卡接在所述的固定槽内侧,所述的固定槽呈U型结构,所述的外层板两端分别卡接在所述的U型的固定槽内,远离所述的石墨板一侧的所述的外层板与所述的固定槽的侧壁相互粘结,所述的石墨板远离所述的外层板一侧设置有调节螺栓,所述的调节螺栓贯穿所述的固定槽靠近所述的调节螺栓一侧的侧壁,所述的调节螺栓为内六角螺栓,所述的固定槽靠近所述的调节螺栓一侧设置有螺纹孔,在所述的螺纹孔外侧设置有呈环状的凹槽结构,所述的凹槽结构内侧与所述的螺纹孔之间设置有柱体结构,所述的调节螺栓螺纹连接在所述的固定槽上的螺纹孔内,所述的调节螺栓远离钉头一端贴合在所述的石墨板侧壁上,所述的调节螺栓的钉头外侧为柱面结构,在该柱面结构外侧设置有外螺纹,在所述的柱体结构的外壁上设置有外螺纹,在所述的调节螺栓的钉头外侧套装有固定套筒,所述的固定套筒螺纹连接在所述的调节螺栓的钉头和所述的柱体结构外侧,所述的外层板和所述的石墨板外侧端面分别贴合在所述的固定槽相向的2个侧壁上时,所述的压缩弹簧处于自然状态。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
本发明将设置有石墨板一侧作为墙体内侧,通过设置集热器和集热水箱,将集热管设置在石墨板内侧,通过集热管与石墨板之间热交换,使室内升温,由于具有隔热功能的保温层和保温岩棉层均位于集热管外侧,能够实现保温效果,有助于保持室内温度;本发明通过采用钢化玻璃制成顶部结构的底层,能够利用钢化玻璃具有较强的硬度,避免顶部受到损坏,同时采用相互铰接形成的遮光板结构,能够在需要时,将其打开,使室内透光,提高室内温度和亮度,由于本发明采用遮光板的宽度大于墙体构成的空间的宽度,能够对墙体起到保护作用,采用中部设置的空腔内采用压缩弹簧结构,能够使两侧结构能够在外力作用下压缩,从而使墙体的厚度得以调节,使得墙体可以用于建筑外墙使用,也可以用于室内隔离墙体使用,具有良好的保温效果,同时厚度可调,无需占用大量室内空间,同时采用调节螺栓结构,调节方便,并且调节完成之后可以采用固定套筒进行再次加固,避免调节螺栓滑丝等状况造成结构不稳固,使整体结构使用效果更佳,通过采用防火粘结剂粘结底层结构与固定槽,能够提高整体结构防火效果,使其更加安全,实现对室内进行保温,冬暖夏凉、四季均可进行体育锻炼。

将设置有石墨板一侧作为墙体内侧,通过设置集热器和集热水箱,将集热管设置在石墨板内侧,通过集热管与石墨板之间热交换,使室内升温,由于具有隔热功能的保温层和保温岩棉层均位于集热管外侧,能够实现保温效果,有助于保持室内温度;通过设置纳米二氧化钛凝胶制成的防紫外线层,能够避免防火PVC板制成的遮光板在光照下产生变性导致其结构受损,通过采用保温岩棉层,能够利用其具有良好的保温隔热效果,使墙体具有良好的保温作用,同时采用层压板制成外层板,能够利用现有的木制家具加工边角料加工形成外层板,利用其内部的木质纤维具有良好的抗压抗拉强度,使外层板结构更加牢固,不容易损坏,同时相比现有的混凝土墙体,重量更轻,通过外层的防火油漆实现防火的效果。由于采用了钢筋骨架结构,能够起到支撑整体结构的效果的同时,能够提高墙体的强度,提高其抗震性能,并且,能够减轻内部结构重量,相比现有的混凝土墙体,运输更加方便,由于内外两侧均设置有保温岩棉层,能够起到更好的保温效果。
本发明通过采用钢化玻璃制成顶部结构的底层,能够利用钢化玻璃具有较强的硬度,避免顶部受到损坏,同时采用相互铰接形成的遮光板结构,能够在需要时,将其打开,使室内透光,提高室内温度和亮度,由于本发明采用遮光板的宽度大于墙体构成的空间的宽度,能够对墙体起到保护作用,采用中部设置的空腔内采用压缩弹簧结构,能够使两侧结构能够在外力作用下压缩,从而使墙体的厚度得以调节,使得墙体可以用于建筑外墙使用,也可以用于室内隔离墙体使用,具有良好的保温效果,同时厚度可调,无需占用大量室内空间,同时采用调节螺栓结构,调节方便,并且调节完成之后可以采用固定套筒进行再次加固,避免调节螺栓滑丝等状况造成结构不稳固,使整体结构使用效果更佳,通过采用防火粘结剂粘结底层结构与固定槽,能够提高整体结构防火效果,使其更加安全。

1.一种智能光伏加热保温体育训练室,包括顶部和设置在顶部下方的墙体构成的空腔结构,在所述的顶部上方设置有集热器(117),在所述的集热器(117)上设置有集热水箱(118),在所述的集热水箱(118)上连接有集热管(119),其特征在于:所述的顶部包括透明钢化玻璃形成的底层(114)及设置在底层(114)上方的遮光板,所述的遮光板为2个相互铰接的防火PVC板(115)构成,2个所述的防火PVC板(115)相向的端面相互铰接,2个所述的防火PVC板(115)的外侧边缘位于所述的墙体外侧;在所述的防火PVC板(115)远离所述的底层(114)一侧端面上设置有固化的二氧化钛凝胶形成的防紫外线层(116),所述的集热器(117)固定连接在2个所述的防火PVC板(115)上方;所述的集热水箱(118)固定连接在2个所述的防火PVC板(115)中部,所述的墙体包括2个层压板制成的外层板(101)及分别设置在2个所述的外层板(101)内侧的保温岩棉层(102),在所述的外层板(101)的外壁上分别设置有防火油漆层(112);所述的外层板(101)通过防火粘结剂与所述的保温岩棉层(102)相粘结,在所述的保温岩棉层(102)内侧分别设置有钢筋骨架(103),2个所述的钢筋骨架(103)均为若干纵向平行排布的钢筋通过包围在外侧的横向钢筋构成的笼结构,在所述的钢筋骨架(103)中部设置有空腔;在所述的空腔内填充有保温层(104),在两个所述的钢筋骨架(103)相向的端面上分别设置有固定板(105),在2个所述的固定板(105)相向的端面上分别设置有压缩弹簧(106);所述的压缩弹簧(106)两端分别固定连接在2个所述的固定板(105)上,在靠近调节螺栓(108)的所述的外层板(101)与所述的防火油漆层(112)之间设置有石墨板(121);所述的石墨板(121)与外层板(101)之间设置有加热空腔(120),所述的集热管(119)贯穿并位于所述的加热空腔(120)内,在所述的外层板(101)上下两端分别设置有固定槽(107);所述的外层板(101)两端分别卡接在所述的固定槽(107)内侧,所述的固定槽(107)呈U型结构,所述的外层板(101)两端分别卡接在所述的U型的固定槽(107)内,远离所述的石墨板(121)一侧的所述的外层板(101)与所述的固定槽(107)的侧壁相互粘结;所述的石墨板(121)远离所述的外层板(101)一侧设置有调节螺栓(108),所述的调节螺栓(108)贯穿所述的固定槽(107)靠近所述的调节螺栓(108)一侧的侧壁,所述的调节螺栓(108)为内六角螺栓;所述的固定槽(107)靠近所述的调节螺栓(108)一侧设置有螺纹孔,在所述的螺纹孔外侧设置有呈环状的凹槽结构(109),所述的凹槽结构(109)内侧与所述的螺纹孔之间设置有柱体结构(110),所述的调节螺栓(108)螺纹连接在所述的固定槽(107)上的螺纹孔内。
