本发明涉及建筑材料,尤其涉及一种高散热隔音铝塑复合板,其断面结构由外至内依次为ETFE(乙烯‑四氟乙烯共聚物)涂层,铝合金板上层,聚乙烯(PE)板上层,硅酸铝纤维板层,聚乙烯板下层,铝合金板下层,PVDF(聚偏氟二乙烯)涂层,所述铝合金板上层,聚乙烯板上层,硅酸铝纤维板层,聚乙烯板下层,铝合金板下层各层之间胶接;所述铝合金板上层与铝合金板下层之间固定连接有铝制导热柱,所述铝制导热柱贯穿聚乙烯板上层,硅酸铝纤维板层,聚乙烯板下层。本发明具有优良的导热能力,并且具备一定的隔音吸音功能,适合机房等建筑使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料,尤其涉及一种高散热隔音铝塑复合板。
背景技术
在现代建筑工程中,对室内装修中复合板材占有极其重要的地位,因此建筑复合板材成为品种繁多、产品周期快、研发活跃、发展潜力较大的一类材料。随着社会发展和人们生活水准需求的提高,传统的室内复合板领域也在不断地推陈出新,从而赋予了复合板各种各样更佳的功能。其中,为保证足够的使用强度,现有技术复合板的散热功能大多不高,无法满足如计算机机房等对复合板散热要求较高的环境使用,容易造成火灾的安全隐患,给人们的生命财产安全造成威胁。
在室内复合板材中常见的铝塑复合板,其用于建筑装饰行业时间已很久了,由于其表面为金属材料,单面导热性能好,在铝塑复合板较薄的情况下具备向外散热的能力,但因此隔音等效果较差,对于计算机机房等环境还需要加装一层隔音板,进而影响了机房建筑区域的散热性。
发明内容
针对背景技术的上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种高散热隔音铝塑复合板,能够有效起到散热隔音作用。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高散热隔音铝塑复合板,其断面结构由外至内依次为ETFE(乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物)涂层,铝合金板上层,聚乙烯(PE)板上层,硅酸铝纤维板层,聚乙烯板下层,铝合金板下层,PVDF(聚偏氟二乙烯)涂层,所述铝合金板上层,聚乙烯板上层,硅酸铝纤维板层,聚乙烯板下层,铝合金板下层各层之间胶接;
所述铝合金板上层与铝合金板下层之间固定连接有铝制导热柱,所述铝制导热柱贯穿聚乙烯板上层,硅酸铝纤维板层,聚乙烯板下层。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述铝合金板上层、铝合金板下层厚度分别为3~5mm。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述聚乙烯板上层、聚乙烯板下层厚度分别为5~8mm。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述硅酸铝纤维板层厚度为10~12mm。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述铝制导热柱截面直径为5~12mm。
本发明采用夹层结构,利用硅酸铝纤维板层具有一定的耐压强度,以及优良的吸音降噪性能,低热容量,低热导率,非脆性材质,韧性好,尺寸精确,平整度好,易切割安装,施工方便,优良的抗风蚀性能等优点,同时利用上下两层聚乙烯板强度较高的特性减少在长时间使用状况下的物理形变等问题。并且,本发明不需要技术人员付出额外的技术劳动,利用现有的技术即可针对铝合金板、聚乙烯板之间,以及聚乙烯板、硅酸铝纤维板之间的胶接。
此外,本发明利用铝合金板上层与铝合金板下层之间固定连接有铝制导热柱的特有结构,能够将铝合金板上层与铝合金板下层之间进行导热,在机房等室内温度高于室外温度的情况下,能够方便将热量传导出去,降低室内降温设备的使用消耗。所述铝制导热柱贯穿聚乙烯板上层,硅酸铝纤维板层,聚乙烯板下层,因此不受到中间硅酸铝纤维板以及聚乙烯板的隔热作用。一般而言,每平方米本发明高散热隔音铝塑复合板上,设置4~16根铝制导热柱为佳,铝制导热柱太少影响散热效果,铝制导热柱设置太多影响隔音效果,可事先在聚乙烯板和硅酸铝纤维板预制贯穿孔。
所述铝制导热柱截面直径为5~12mm,在铝合金板上层与铝合金板下层之间固定连接,优选采用螺纹连接或者设置有橡胶垫的螺栓连接。

一种高散热隔音铝塑复合板,其断面结构由外至内依次为ETFE(乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物)涂层1,铝合金板上层2,聚乙烯(PE)板上层3,硅酸铝纤维板层4,聚乙烯板下层5,铝合金板下层6,PVDF(聚偏氟二乙烯)涂层7,所述铝合金板上层2,聚乙烯板上层3,硅酸铝纤维板层4,聚乙烯板下层5,铝合金板下层6各层之间胶接;
所述铝合金板上层2与铝合金板下层6之间螺纹连接有铝制导热柱8,所述铝制导热柱8贯穿聚乙烯板上层3,硅酸铝纤维板层4,聚乙烯板下层5,每平方米高散热隔音铝塑复合板上,设置4根铝制导热柱8。
所述铝合金板上层2、铝合金板下层6厚度分别为3mm。
所述聚乙烯板上层3、聚乙烯板下层5厚度分别为5mm。
所述硅酸铝纤维板4层厚度为10mm。
所述铝制导热柱8截面直径为5mm。
通过采用前述技术方案,本实施方式的有益效果是:本实施方式各层次次序的特殊设计是经过反复试验得出,不是简单的叠加,本实施方式采用五层复合板结构,具有较高强度,并采用导热效果优异的铝制导热柱8,铝制导热柱8通过螺纹连接与铝合金板之间固定,从而在保证足够强度的前提下实现了该复合板两侧良好的热量交换,使其具有高效的散热功能,降低了发生火灾的危险性,同时该复合板还具备良好的隔音效果,另外其设有的ETFE(乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物)涂层1还可提高复合板的防辐射能力,更便于在机房等高辐射环境下使用。
实施例2
一种高散热隔音铝塑复合板,其断面结构由外至内依次为ETFE(乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物)涂层1,铝合金板上层2,聚乙烯(PE)板上层3,硅酸铝纤维板层4,聚乙烯板下层5,铝合金板下层6,PVDF(聚偏氟二乙烯)涂层7,所述铝合金板上层2,聚乙烯板上层3,硅酸铝纤维板层4,聚乙烯板下层5,铝合金板下层6各层之间胶接;
所述铝合金板上层2与铝合金板下层6之间螺栓连接有铝制导热柱8,所述铝制导热柱8贯穿聚乙烯板上层3,硅酸铝纤维板层4,聚乙烯板下层5,每平方米高散热隔音铝塑复合板上,设置16根铝制导热柱8。
所述铝合金板上层2、铝合金板下层6厚度分别为5mm。
所述聚乙烯板上层3、聚乙烯板下层5厚度分别为8mm。
所述硅酸铝纤维板层4厚度为12mm。
所述铝制导热柱8截面直径为12mm。

所述铝合金板上层与铝合金板下层之间固定连接有铝制导热柱,所述铝制导热柱贯穿聚乙烯板上层,硅酸铝纤维板层,聚乙烯板下层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高散热隔音铝塑复合板,其特征在于:所述铝合金板上层、铝合金板下层厚度分别为3~5mm。
