Firstly, installing a water-stop sheet in a river channel along a revetment surface, wherein the distance between the water-stop sheet and the revetment surface is larger than 1.5m, installing a foundation pile at a set position in the river channel through a pile driving boat, exposing the top end of the foundation pile to the river surface by 1-1.5 m, installing the water-stop sheet on the outer side surface of the foundation pile, fixedly connecting the water-stop sheet and the foundation pile, inserting the bottom end of the water-stop sheet into a river bed, and enabling the top end of the water-stop sheet to be 0.5-0.8 m higher than the river surface;
b. then mounting a support plate on the water-stop plate facing to one side of the revetment surface, fixedly supporting the support plate and the revetment surface by using support columns, wherein the distance between every two adjacent support columns is more than 1.5m, and sealing the water-stop plates at two ends and the revetment surface by using a baffle plate;
c. then, pumping water between the water-stop sheet and the revetment surface by using a water pump, cleaning silt on the revetment surface and the bottom, tamping the revetment surface and the bottom by using a tamping machine, paving geotextile along the revetment surface after tamping, and fixing the geotextile on the revetment surface by using an anchor;
3) landscape building block processing
a. Firstly, pouring back plates with matched sizes according to design requirements, arranging a water outlet at the center of each back plate, installing a filter screen in each water outlet, arranging T-shaped grooves at set positions along two sides of each back plate, and forming a first locating block and a first limiting groove which are matched with each other on the upper side and the lower side of each back plate;
b. then processing side plates matched with the back plate according to the size of the back plate, wherein the cross section of each side plate is L-shaped, one side surface of each side plate is provided with a water permeable hole, the other side of each side plate is provided with a T-shaped groove, meanwhile, a second positioning block and a second limiting groove which are matched with each other are formed on the top surface and the bottom surface of each side plate, the two processed side plates are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the two sides of the front side surface of the back plate, and the directions of the first positioning block and the second positioning block are ensured to be;
c. processing planting plates matched with the side plates according to the sizes of the side plates, mounting planting grooves at positions, close to the back plate, of the top surfaces of the planting plates, processing matched limiting grooves and limiting blocks at two sides of the planting plates, and fixedly connecting the processed planting plates to the side plates and the back plate to enable included angles between the planting plates and the horizontal direction to be kept at 30-60 degrees;
d. repeating the steps a to c, and finishing processing the landscape building blocks in the amount required by river bank protection;
4) landscape block construction
a. Firstly, drawing reference lines along the bottom of a revetment surface and in the vertical direction, then lowering landscape building blocks to the bottom between a water-stop plate and the revetment surface through a hoisting machine, installing each landscape building block between the reference line and the revetment surface through manual operation, fixedly connecting the landscape building blocks through a limiting groove and a limiting block along the revetment surface in sequence, beating the positions which extrude the reference lines or exceed the reference lines through rubber hammers, ensuring that retaining walls formed by the landscape building blocks are positioned on the same plane, installing one layer of landscape building block every time, and planting aquatic plant seeds in planting grooves in the landscape building blocks;
b. secondly, mounting a second layer of landscape building blocks above the bottom landscape building blocks, positioning the upper landscape building blocks and the lower landscape building blocks through a first positioning block, a second positioning block, a first positioning groove and a second positioning groove, sequentially positioning each layer of landscape building blocks until the height of each landscape building block is equal to the height of a revetment surface, and removing the supporting columns when the supporting columns meet in the construction process until the construction of the whole retaining wall is finished;
c. inserting T-shaped positioning steel bars between the T-shaped grooves on the upper landscape block and the lower landscape block along each vertical direction until the T-shaped grooves on the whole landscape retaining wall are completely provided with the T-shaped positioning steel bars;
d. finally, the water-stop sheets are sequentially removed, the baffle plates are removed, and then the foundation pile is removed;
5) ecological river maintenance
And regularly observing the side walls of the landscape retaining walls, and repairing and maintaining the corresponding landscape building blocks.
2. The construction method of the stepped landscape retaining wall for the ecological river channel as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the back plate is provided with a water outlet, and the water outlet is provided with a filter screen.
3. The construction method of the stepped landscape retaining wall for the ecological river channel as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cross-section of curb plate is L shape, be provided with the hole of permeating water on the curb plate.
4. The construction method of the stepped landscape retaining wall for the ecological river channel as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the back plate and the side plates are both provided with T-shaped grooves, and the T-shaped grooves are matched with the T-shaped positioning steel bars.
5. The construction method of the stepped landscape retaining wall for the ecological river channel as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the included angle between the planting plate and the horizontal direction is 30-60 degrees.
