Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐火材料,具体为高炉铁钩浇注料及其制备方法。高炉铁钩浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,刚玉粉11~22、矾土15~20、粘土15~18、碳化硅粉4~7、莫来石8~10、纯铝酸钙水泥0.3~0.5、α‑Al2O39~12、硅微粉0.7~1.1、锆英石1~3、三聚磷酸钠0.1~0.3、有机纤维0.04~0.08、轻烧镁粉8~10。本发明提供的高炉铁钩浇注料及其制备方法,对原料配比和生产工艺都进行的改进,即能达到降低成本,又可以保证材质的强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐火材料,具体为高炉铁钩浇注料及其制备方法。
背景技术
在专利CN105000898A中,公开了一种高炉铁钩浇注料,经过中试后,成本有效的下降,但是强度还是没有达到最佳状态,因此有必要在此基础上进行进一步的改进。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种成本低、强度高的高炉铁钩浇注料,具体技术方案为:
高炉铁钩浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,刚玉粉11~22、矾土15~20、粘土15~18、碳化硅粉4~7、莫来石8~10、纯铝酸钙水泥0.3~0.5、α-Al2O39~12、硅微粉0.7~1.1、锆英石1~3、三聚磷酸钠0.1~0.3、有机纤维0.04~0.08、轻烧镁粉8~10。
高炉铁钩浇注料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料粉碎后按比例配料,搅拌均匀得到浇注粉料;使用时加水搅拌,加水量与浇注粉料重量比例1:3~5,搅拌均匀后成为浇注浆料,倒入模具中,施加振动;
(2)浇注浆料自然硬化、干燥,脱模;在750~800℃条件下烘干,得到浇注料制品;
(3)将成型的浇注料制品在氟化铝、钠冰晶石、氧化铝混合物的熔盐中进行渗透浸泡,渗透浸泡处理时间为2-4小时;渗透浸泡后的浇注料制品进行冷却至室温。
本发明提供的高炉铁钩浇注料及其制备方法,对原料配比和生产工艺都进行的改进,即能达到降低成本,又可以保证材质的强度。

结合实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明。
实施例1
高炉铁钩浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,刚玉粉13、矾土18、粘土18、碳化硅粉5、莫来石7、纯铝酸钙水泥0.4、α-Al2O39、硅微粉0.8、锆英石2.5、三聚磷酸钠0.1、有机纤维0.06、轻烧镁粉8。
高炉铁钩浇注料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料粉碎后按比例配料,搅拌均匀得到浇注粉料;使用时加水搅拌,加水量与浇注粉料重量比例1:3~5,搅拌均匀后成为浇注浆料,倒入模具中,施加振动;
(2)浇注浆料自然硬化、干燥,脱模;在750~800℃条件下烘干,得到浇注料制品;
(3)将成型的浇注料制品在氟化铝、钠冰晶石、氧化铝混合物的熔盐中进行渗透浸泡,渗透浸泡处理时间为2-4小时;渗透浸泡后的浇注料制品进行冷却至室温。
实施例2
高炉铁钩浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,刚玉粉19、矾土17、粘土16、碳化硅粉7、莫来石10、纯铝酸钙水泥0.5、α-Al2O312、硅微粉1.1、锆英石1、三聚磷酸钠0.1、有机纤维0.08、轻烧镁粉9。
高炉铁钩浇注料的制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
高炉铁钩浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,刚玉粉22、矾土20、粘土17、碳化硅粉7、莫来石8、纯铝酸钙水泥0.5、α-Al2O311、硅微粉0.7、锆英石2、三聚磷酸钠0.3、有机纤维0.06、轻烧镁粉10。
高炉铁钩浇注料的制备方法与实施例1相同。

1.高炉铁钩浇注料,其特征在于:由以下原料按照重量份数组成,刚玉粉11~22、矾土15~20、粘土15~18、碳化硅粉4~7、莫来石8~10、纯铝酸钙水泥0.3~0.5、α-Al2O39~12、硅微粉0.7~1.1、锆英石1~3、三聚磷酸钠0.1~0.3、有机纤维0.04~0.08、轻烧镁粉8~10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高炉铁钩浇注料的制备方法,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料粉碎后按比例配料,搅拌均匀得到浇注粉料;使用时加水搅拌,加水量与浇注粉料重量比例1:3~5,搅拌均匀后成为浇注浆料,倒入模具中,施加振动;
(2)浇注浆料自然硬化、干燥,脱模;在750~800℃条件下烘干,得到浇注料制品;
