本发明涉及埋地管道防腐冷缠带安装技术领域,尤其涉及一种埋地管道防腐冷缠带安装装置。包括电动滚筒、支撑托辊、升降平台以及走行轮;电动滚筒与支撑托辊安装在升降平台上,支撑托辊位于电动滚筒两侧,电动滚筒与支撑托辊的轴线平行,支撑托辊的轴线高于电动滚筒的轴线,走行轮安装在升降平台底部;埋地管道放置在电动滚筒与支撑托辊上,电动滚筒带动埋地管道及支撑托辊旋转。本发明实现了防腐冷缠带安装作业时埋地管道的机械化翻转,便于施工作业人员进行将防腐冷缠带缠绕在管道上的安装作业,减轻了作业人员的劳动强度,节省了作业人间,提高了埋地管道防腐冷缠带安装作业效率。

一种埋地管道防腐冷缠带安装装置
技术领域
本发明涉及埋地管道防腐冷缠带安装技术领域,尤其涉及一种埋地管道防腐冷缠带安装装置。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,防腐越来越受到重视,在供油、供水、供气等需要高压的工程中钢制管道成了必选,埋地钢制管道的防腐也相应的提上了重要的位置。最早选用沥青涂料作为地埋管道防腐材料,但沥青涂料不能做到环保,而且沥青受温度影响太大。
防腐冷缠带是原来的玻璃丝布的替代产品,克服了用沥青对环境及施工者的影响,大大提高了防腐层的质量。防腐冷缠带在安装过程中需要对管道进行翻转,由于没有专用的安装装置,只能人工对管道进行翻转,进而造成防腐冷缠带安装作业劳动强度高、耗时长、作业效率低。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种埋地管道防腐冷缠带安装装置。在防腐冷缠带在安装过程中对管道进行翻转,提高防腐冷缠带安装作业效率。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种埋地管道防腐冷缠带安装装置,包括电动滚筒、支撑托辊、升降平台以及走行轮;电动滚筒与支撑托辊安装在升降平台上,支撑托辊位于电动滚筒两侧,电动滚筒与支撑托辊的轴线平行,支撑托辊的轴线高于电动滚筒的轴线,走行轮安装在升降平台底部;埋地管道放置在电动滚筒与支撑托辊上,电动滚筒带动埋地管道及支撑托辊旋转。
所述支撑托辊包括托辊与支撑架,托辊安装在支撑架上;托辊包括轴、轴承、轴承座以及辊体,轴承座安装在辊体上,轴承安装在轴承座内,轴安装在轴承上。
所述走行轮采用可刹车万向轮。
与现有方法相比,本发明的有益效果是:
管道放置在电动滚筒与支撑托辊上,电动滚筒带动埋地管道及支撑托辊旋转,本发明实现了防腐冷缠带安装作业时埋地管道的机械化翻转,便于施工作业人员进行将防腐冷缠带缠绕在管道上的安装作业,减轻了作业人员的劳动强度,节省了作业人间,提高了埋地管道防腐冷缠带安装作业效率。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明,但不用来限制本发明的范围:
如图1、图2所示,一种埋地管道防腐冷缠带安装装置,包括电动滚筒1、支撑托辊2、升降平台3以及走行轮4。电动滚筒1采用TDY型电机内置式油冷电动滚筒。升降平台3采用剪叉式液压升降平台。走行轮4采用可刹车万向轮。
如图3所示,支撑托辊2包括托辊5与支撑架6,托辊5安装在支撑架6上。托辊5包括1个轴7、2个轴承8、2个轴承座9以及1个辊体10,2个轴承座9安装在辊体10内部两端,轴承8的外圈安装在轴承座9内,轴承8的内圈安装在轴7上,2个轴承8位于轴7的两端。
如图1、图2所示,1个电动滚筒1与2个支撑托辊2组成一组,共设有两组,两组电动滚筒1与支撑托辊2安装在升降平台3上部两端。2个支撑托辊2位于电动滚筒1两侧,电动滚筒1与支撑托辊2的轴线平行,支撑托辊2的轴线高于电动滚筒1的轴线。4个走行轮4安装在升降平台3底部。
工作时:首先根据现场的施工情况以及管径的大小调整升降平台3的高度,升降平台3的高度调整好以后将埋地管道11待缠绕防腐冷缠带12的部分放置在两组电动滚筒1与支撑托辊2之间。电动滚筒1旋转带动埋地管道11及支撑托辊2旋转,在埋地管道11翻转的同时便可进行防腐冷缠带12的缠绕安装作业。
本发明实现了防腐冷缠带12安装作业时埋地管道11的机械化翻转,相较以前的人工翻转,本发明减轻了作业人员的劳动强度,节省了作业人间,提高了埋地管道防腐冷缠带安装作业效率。

1.一种埋地管道防腐冷缠带安装装置,其特征在于:包括电动滚筒、支撑托辊、升降平台以及走行轮;电动滚筒与支撑托辊安装在升降平台上,支撑托辊位于电动滚筒两侧,电动滚筒与支撑托辊的轴线平行,支撑托辊的轴线高于电动滚筒的轴线,走行轮安装在升降平台底部;埋地管道放置在电动滚筒与支撑托辊上,电动滚筒带动埋地管道及支撑托辊旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种埋地管道防腐冷缠带安装装置,其特征在于:所述支撑托辊包括托辊与支撑架,托辊安装在支撑架上;托辊包括轴、轴承、轴承座以及辊体,轴承座安装在辊体上,轴承安装在轴承座内,轴安装在轴承上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种埋地管道防腐冷缠带安装装置,其特征在于:所述走行轮采用可刹车万向轮。
