Abstract

本发明公开了一种动力耦合系统集成装置,分离离合器及电机定转子通过与第一离合器的外离合器毂及第一离合器传动轴高度集成在一起,并通过壳体密封盖板保证整个系统内的润滑油液密封于壳体密封盖板和变速器前壳体组成的密闭腔体内。分离离合器通过第一离合器传动轴上设置的压力油路和润滑油路保证其结合分离及润滑,从而有效地传递来自于发动机的动力。电机定转子通过冷却水套及流经分离离合器、第一离合器和第二离合器的润滑油冷却,保证了冷却效果。本发明通过高度集成的设计,将动力耦合系统装置与双离合器集成于变速器前壳体内部,有效缩短了整个变速器的轴向尺寸,实现了混合动力系统所需的全部功能。本发明还公开了一种混合动力汽车。

技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力汽车动力耦合系统技术领域,尤其涉及一种动力耦合系统集成装置与一种混合动力汽车。
背景技术
近年来,各种混合动力汽车用动力耦合系统装置层出不穷,包含动力分流装置如日本丰田、美国通用、中国的科力远等,双电机串并联装置如广汽的分轴四驱、本田雅阁、三菱欧蓝德等,单电机并联装置如大众途锐、宝马5系、奔驰S500等,这些装置配有发动机及电机装置,尽量避免发动机在低效率区间的工作,低速阶段主要采用电机驱动。其中,动力分流装置及串并联装置均需要单独重新研发新的变速箱专用装置,不以当前的传动系统为基础;而单电机并联装置以传统动力为基础,在发动机和变速器中间增加电机及离合器装置,实现了混合动力的所有功能,系统效率高,通用性强。
在已知的布置方式中,电机和分离离合器单独的集成在一起,作为一个模块和各种自动变速器连接,这些自动变速器包含双离合器变速器、自动变速器、无级变速器等,此种布置方式不需要对变速器的传动机构做较大的改型和修改,但是增大了轴向长度(不适合前驱车辆),仅适用于后驱形式的中高级轿车及SUV等,限制了前驱车型应用及该系统的普及。
因此,如何实现动力耦合系统的高度集成并且减小轴向长度,是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的在于实现动力耦合系统装置的高度集成化以及轴向尺寸的减小,有鉴于此,本发明提供一种用于混合动力汽车的动力耦合系统集成装置,该集成装置在传统前驱双离合器变速器的基础上,针对双离合器变速器前壳体仅增加很少的轴向尺寸就能够将分离离合器和电机集成在内,并实现混合动力汽车所需的全部功能。本发明还提供了一种包括该动力耦合系统集成装置的混合动力汽车。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种动力耦合系统集成装置,包括:变速器前壳体和固定于所述变速器前壳体的壳体密封盖板以及设置于所述变速器前壳体内部的转子支撑法兰、分离离合器、电机定子、电机转子、冷却水套、第一离合器和第二离合器,还包括:设置于发动机输出端与所述分离离合器的输入端之间的输入法兰轴、与所述第一离合器相连的第一离合器传动轴以及与所述第二离合器相连的第二离合器传动轴;
其中,
所述第一离合器的外离合器毂和转子支承盘固定为一体并组成转子支承毂,所述电机转子与所述转子支承毂过盈配合;
所述分离离合器的外离合器毂与所述转子支承毂的内圈花键连接,所述分离离合器支撑在第一离合器传动轴上,并通过所述第一离合器传动轴上设置的高压油路和低压润滑油路来实现所述分离离合器的结合分离及冷却润滑,所述分离离合器与所述输入法兰轴花键连接,所述输入法兰轴通过轴承支撑在所述转子支撑法兰;
所述转子支撑法兰与所述转子支承毂内圈固定连接,并可转动地连接于所述壳体密封盖板;
所述冷却水套与所述变速器前壳体组成冷却水道,所述冷却水套的内圈与所述电机定子过盈配合。

本发明提供的动力耦合系统集成装置,分离离合器及电机定转子通过与第一离合器的外离合器毂及第一离合器传动轴高度集成在一起,并通过壳体密封盖板保证整个系统内的润滑油液密封于壳体密封盖板和变速器前壳体组成的密闭腔体内。分离离合器通过第一离合器传动轴上设置的压力油路和润滑油路保证其结合分离及润滑,从而有效地传递来自于发动机的动力。电机定转子通过冷却水套及流经分离离合器、第一离合器和第二离合器的润滑油冷却,保证了冷却效果,提升电机的性能。
本发明通过高度集成的设计,将动力耦合系统装置与双离合器集成于变速器前壳体内部,有效地缩短了整个变速器的轴向尺寸,同时实现了混合动力系统所需的全部功能。
本发明还提供了一种包括上述动力耦合系统集成装置的混合动力汽车。该混合动力汽车产生的有益效果的推导过程与上述动力耦合系统集成装置带来的有益效果的推导过程大体类似,故本文不再赘述。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参照图1,图1为本发明具体实施例中的动力耦合系统集成装置结构示意图。
在一种具体实施例方案中,本发明提供了一种适用于混合动力汽车的动力耦合系统集成装置,该装置为向变速器传递发动机或者电机输出扭矩所需的装置。该动力耦合系统集成装置包括:变速器前壳体2、壳体密封盖板10、转子支撑法兰14、分离离合器18、电机定子4、电机转子12、冷却水套3、第一离合器6、第二离合器19、第一离合器传动轴9、第二离合器传动轴8、输入法兰轴17、旋转变压器13等,该装置集成于变速器前壳体2内,与发动机之间设置有减震装置(双质量飞轮11)。图1中装置的左侧与发动机对应连接,右侧与变速器对应连接。
具体的,本方案中的壳体密封盖板10固定于变速器前壳体2的端部,用于与变速器前壳体2的内腔组成一个密闭的安装空间,以便于实现上述多个零部件的高度集成化设计,转子支撑法兰14、分离离合器18、电机定子4、电机转子12、冷却水套3、第一离合器6和第二离合器19均集成布置在变速器前壳体2的内部。输入法兰轴17设置于发动机输出端与分离离合器18的输入端之间,用于传递经双质量飞轮11传递过来的发动机动力,其通过轴承支撑在转子支撑法兰14,具体的,输入法兰轴17优选通过平面滚针轴承和轴向滚针轴承支撑在转子支撑法兰14上。
第一离合器6和双离合器变速器的第一离合器传动轴9相连接,第一离合器6是常开离合器;第二离合器19和双离合变速器的第二离合器传动轴8相连接,第二离合器19是常开离合器。第一离合器6和第二离合器19为嵌套结构的传统方式双离合器结构,通过设于同心轴上的花键连接双离合器并将动力传递到第一离合器6和第二离合器19对应的齿轮系上。由图1可见,其中,第二离合器传动轴8套设在第一离合器传动轴9的外周,并且通过壳体支撑轴承7可旋转地连接于变速器前壳体2上。本方案中的双离合器结构与现有技术的区别在于第一离合器6的外离合器毂和转子支承盘固定为一体并组成转子支承毂5,用于传递从电机或者从发动机等动力源的动力输出。如图1所示,第一离合器6的外离合器毂固定于转子支承盘的一端,如此设置,就可以使第一离合器6靠近电机转子12设置,大大提高了变速器前壳体2内的空间利用率。第一离合器6的外离合器毂与转子支承盘优选焊接固定为一体,便于加工,当然,本领域技术人员还可以采用一体成型或其他固定方式,本文不再赘述。双离合器的压力油路和润滑油路的供油均采用电子油泵进行压力油输出,有需求的输入可减少油路及泵油损失,取消传统双离合器的齿轮油泵,减轻了重量及工艺复杂度,有利于质量控制,满足装置的轻量化设计要求。第一离合器6和第二离合器19的结合分离与冷却润滑,通过各自离合器传动轴上设置的油路以及变速器前壳体2上设置的油路形成油路循环,保证双离合器的正常工作。
电机转子12为硅钢片叠压在一起,采用过盈装配的方式与转子支承毂5的外圈连接在一起,转子支承毂5通过花键与第一离合器6连接,将动力从转子支承毂5通过双离合器变速器传递到车轮,以实现对车轮的驱动。
分离离合器18采用液压控制的湿式多片离合器,分离离合器18为常开离合器,分离离合器18的外离合器毂通过外花键与转子支承毂5的内圈连接,如图1所示,分离离合器18通过其前后两侧的第一滚针轴承支撑在第一离合器传动轴9上,并通过第一离合器传动轴9上设置的高压油路和低压润滑油路来实现分离离合器18的结合分离及冷却润滑,分离离合器18的外离合器毂内圈花键与湿式多片离合器片连接,湿式多片离合器片通过输入法兰轴17上设置的内离合器毂花键连接,即分离离合器18与输入法兰轴17花键连接。
转子支撑法兰14与转子支承毂5的内圈固定连接,优选地,本方案中的转子支撑法兰14与转子支承毂5的内圈过盈配合,进一步优选地,转子支撑法兰14还通过铆接的方式固定在转子支承毂5上,以保证两者的连接满足较大的抗扭需求,当然,本领域技术人员还可以通过焊接或一体成型等其他方式来固定转子支撑法兰14与转子支承毂5,本文不再赘述。转子支撑法兰14可转动地连接于壳体密封盖板10,具体的,转子支撑法兰14通过双列球轴承15可转动地连接于壳体密封盖板10,从而实现与变速器前壳体2的相对转动连接。转子支撑法兰14与分离离合器18以及第一离合器6通过轴承及花键支撑电机转子12,从而保证电机转子12的动平衡满足性能要求。
由图1可见,转子支承毂5内圈设置有花键与分离离合器18外离合器毂连接,通过输入法兰轴17及第一离合器6内离合器毂的两个平面滚针轴承支撑在第一离合器传动轴9,转子支撑法兰14和第一离合器6的内离合器毂分别位于分离离合器18的两侧,充分利用了变速器前壳体2内的安装空间。
冷却水套3的内圈与电机定子4过盈配合,主要用于冷却电机定子4,冷却水套3与变速器前壳体2组成冷却水道。具体的,冷却水套3的内圈为环形结构,其内圈的外表面截面形状为中间空心的圆环形结构,即为与变速器前壳体2形成的冷却水道,冷却水套3两侧的环形槽用于放置密封圈进行密封。冷却水道可以为空腔结构或者加筋的环状结构,变速器前壳体2设有与冷却水道连通的冷却水进水管1和冷却水出水管,以实现与装置外部散热系统进行热量交换,保证电机的正常工作。
优选地,冷却水套3的内圈设有用于限制电机定子4轴向移动的阶梯结构。冷却水套3的内圈与电机定子4过盈装配,同时利用阶梯结构限制电机定子4的轴向移动。冷却水套3的环形内圈的厚度较薄,紧紧贴合在电机定子4的外表面上,电机定子4及变速器前壳体2内部的热量可以通过冷却水套3内圈的接触面传导到冷却水套3上,有利于传热,同时,电机定子4过盈连接内嵌在冷却水套3的内圈内,对电机定子4有一定的保护作用。由图1可见,冷却水套3通过其阶梯结构设计及壳体密封盖板10将电机定子4固定于变速器前壳体2内部。
需要说明的是,电机定子4和电机转子12的冷却,不仅通过电机定子4上设置的冷却水套3的水冷通道,还通过冷却润滑分离离合器18、第一离合器6及第二离合器19后的冷却润滑油甩落到电机的定子和转子上,来保证整个电机定转子的冷却。
壳体密封盖板10通过螺栓或卡环等连接件与变速器前壳体2紧固在一起,壳体密封盖板10与变速器前壳体2之间设置有环形密封圈,以保证润滑油液不会泄漏,并通过尺寸控制对冷却水套3的位置进行限定,来保证电机定子4的位置固定。壳体密封盖板10通过与输入法兰轴17之间设置的油封16来保证轴向的润滑油液不会泄漏。
壳体密封盖板10上设置有旋转变压器13的定子,具体可通过螺栓固定或卡接固定的方式固定在壳体密封盖板10上,同时,旋转变压器13的转子与电机转子12相对固定连接,即,当电机转子12相对壳体密封盖板10转动时,旋转变压器13的转子也就相对旋转变压器13的定子发生转动。旋转变压器13的转子优选通过过盈配合连接固定在转子支承毂5的内圈,如此可保证结构更加紧凑,当然,旋转变压器13的转子还可以固定在转子支承毂5的右侧或直接固定于电机转子12上。
本发明提供的动力耦合系统集成装置,适用于混合动力汽车,是一种能够精确地将发动机及电机或者其他两种以上的动力源的扭矩传递出去的装置。分离离合器18及电机定转子通过与第一离合器6的外离合器毂及第一离合器传动轴9高度集成在一起,并通过壳体密封盖板10保证整个系统内的润滑油液密封于壳体密封盖板10和变速器前壳体2组成的密闭腔体内。分离离合器18通过第一离合器传动轴9上设置的压力油路和润滑油路保证其结合分离及润滑,从而有效地传递来自于发动机的动力。电机定转子通过冷却水套3及流经分离离合器18、第一离合器6和第二离合器19的润滑油冷却,保证了冷却效果,提升电机的性能。
本发明通过高度集成的设计,将动力耦合系统装置与双离合器集成于变速器前壳体2内部,有效缩短了变速器的轴向尺寸,实现了混合动力系统所需的全部功能,具体可实现功能的详细描述请见下文。
纯电动驱动:
纯电动驱动时,默认情况下,分离离合器18是常开状态,不需要进行动作,电力供应至电机,电机通过第一离合器6或者第二离合器19结合来实现驱动力传递至变速器的齿轮轴系,动力从变速器输出到车轮。
行进间启动发动机:
车辆中低速行进时,电量充足的情况下,可以采用纯电动驱动,如果电量低于阀值或者车速高于阀值,抑或踏板力超过阀值,这时,电机需要提升扭矩容量,第一离合器6或者第二离合器19需要处于滑磨状态,保证从电机输出的扭矩不会影响车辆的状态,同时分离离合器18通过压力油路控制离合器接合,从而启动发动机,这时需要进行扭矩分配控制,保证整车输入满足驾驶员需求。
发动机单独驱动:
发动机单独驱动分为停车状态下直接发动机启动单独驱动和行进间启动发动机后发动机单独驱动。停车状态下直接发动机启动,是控制分离离合器18直接结合,第一离合器6分离,电机直接启动发动机,之后,第一离合器6开始缓慢闭合,实现车辆行走控制。行进间启动发动机后的发动机单独驱动是车辆控制器通过扭矩分配的方式,将电机的扭矩输入为零,车辆驱动力来源全部采用发动机驱动。
并联驱动:
在车辆行进中,发动机和电机通过分离离合器18连接在一起,通过车辆控制的动态扭矩分配,电机的扭矩输出不为零,辅助发动机进行驱动,这种工况一般应用在急加速、爬坡及高速行驶时。
并联发电:
在车辆行进中,发动机和电机通过分离离合器18连接在一起,通过车辆控制的动态扭矩分配,电机控制器控制电机输出负扭矩,实现对电池的充电,这个时候需要提升发动机的输出扭矩。
怠速启停:
在车辆原地停车状态,第一离合器6及第二离合器19分离,控制分离离合器18接合,电机直接拖动发动机启动。
停车发电:
在车辆原地停车状态,第一离合器6及第二离合器19分离,控制分离离合器18接合,电机拖动发动机启动后,发动机的扭矩输出只到电机,这时电机控制器控制电机输出负扭矩,实现对电池的充电。
制动回馈(无发动机制动):
在车辆行进中,发动机和电机通过分离离合器18连接在一起,在轻减速或者轻制动的情况下,来自变速器方向的驱动力,经变速器的第一离合器6或者第二离合器19传递至电机进行发电,由于这时整车制动力度较小,可以将分离离合器18分离,保证制动回馈的效果。
制动回馈(有发动机制动):
在车辆行进中,发动机和电机通过分离离合器18连接在一起,在急减速或者急制动的情况下,来自变速器方向的驱动力,经变速器的第一离合器6或者第二离合器19传递至电机进行发电,由于这时整车制动力度较大,为保证制动效果,可以将分离离合器18保持结合状态。
本发明还提供了一种包括上述动力耦合系统集成装置的混合动力汽车。该混合动力汽车产生的有益效果的推导过程与上述动力耦合系统集成装置带来的有益效果的推导过程大体类似,故本文不再赘述。

Claims (10)

1.一种动力耦合系统集成装置,其特征在于,包括:变速器前壳体(2)和固定于所述变速器前壳体(2)的壳体密封盖板(10)以及设置于所述变速器前壳体(2)内部的转子支撑法兰(14)、分离离合器(18)、电机定子(4)、电机转子(12)、冷却水套(3)、第一离合器(6)和第二离合器(19),还包括:设置于发动机输出端与所述分离离合器(18)的输入端之间的输入法兰轴(17)、与所述第一离合器(6)相连的第一离合器传动轴(9)以及与所述第二离合器(19)相连的第二离合器传动轴(8);
其中,
所述第一离合器(6)的外离合器毂和转子支承盘固定为一体并组成转子支承毂(5),所述电机转子(12)与所述转子支承毂(5)过盈配合;
所述分离离合器(18)的外离合器毂与所述转子支承毂(5)的内圈花键连接,所述分离离合器(18)支撑在第一离合器传动轴(9)上,并通过所述第一离合器传动轴(9)上设置的高压油路和低压润滑油路来实现所述分离离合器(18)的结合分离及冷却润滑,所述分离离合器(18)与所述输入法兰轴(17)花键连接,所述输入法兰轴(17)通过轴承支撑在所述转子支撑法兰(14);
所述转子支撑法兰(14)与所述转子支承毂(5)内圈固定连接,并可转动地连接于所述壳体密封盖板(10);
所述冷却水套(3)与所述变速器前壳体(2)组成冷却水道,所述冷却水套(3)的内圈与所述电机定子(4)过盈配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力耦合系统集成装置,其特征在于,所述第一离合器(6)的外离合器毂和所述转子支承盘焊接固定为一体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的动力耦合系统集成装置,其特征在于,所述冷却水道为空腔结构或者加筋的环状结构,所述变速器前壳体(2)设有与所述冷却水道连通的冷却水进水管(1)和冷却水出水管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的动力耦合系统集成装置,其特征在于,所述冷却水套(3)的内圈设有用于限制所述电机定子(4)轴向移动的阶梯结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的动力耦合系统集成装置,其特征在于,所述分离离合器(18)的前后两侧设有用于支撑于所述第一离合器传动轴(9)的第一滚针轴承。
6.根据权利要求1所述的动力耦合系统集成装置,其特征在于,所述输入法兰轴(17)通过平面滚针轴承和轴向滚针轴承支撑在所述转子支撑法兰(14)上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的动力耦合系统集成装置,其特征在于,所述转子支撑法兰(14)与所述转子支承毂(5)内圈过盈配合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的动力耦合系统集成装置,其特征在于,所述壳体密封盖板(10)上固定有旋转变压器(13)的定子,所述旋转变压器(13)的转子与所述电机转子(12)相对固定连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的动力耦合系统集成装置,其特征在于,所述壳体密封盖板(10)与所述变速器前壳体(2)之间设置有环形密封圈,所述壳体密封盖板(10)与所述输入法兰轴(17)之间设置有油封(16)。
10.一种混合动力汽车,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的动力耦合系统集成装置。
