本发明涉及一种多模式混合动力传动装置,属于汽车动力传动装置技术领域,具体涉及一种多模式多档位四驱混合动力传动系统。
背景技术
在能源与环境的压力下,新能源汽车和其它常规汽车取得了发展与进步,诸多新能源汽车研发中,混合动力汽车最具有实用价值。目前混合动力汽车传动系统有多种不同方案,每种方案各有其优缺点,总体上来说现有方案集成度较低,传动系统的重量及布置所需空间较大,并且运行模式较少,难以适应复杂工况,燃油及电能使用效率低,不利于改善车辆的动力性和燃油经济性。

本发明为克服上述现有技术方案存在的不足,提供一种结构紧凑、重量轻便、可实现多种工作模式的多模式多档位四驱混合动力传动系统,以提高传动系统的集成度,改善车辆在复杂工况下的动力性和燃油经济性。

2、本发明行星架同主动轴、二档主动轮间分别设置有第二离合器、第三离合器,系统集成度高,有效地提高了模式切换与换档的平顺性。
3、本发明采用结构集成设计,将行星排设置在前驱电机的转子空腔内,实现了发动机、行星排与电机的高度一体化设计与应用,电驱动系统的集成化和一体化更加明显。
4、本发明设置有三档位变速器,有效地优化了发动机与前驱电机的转矩工作区间。
5、本发明设置有后驱动系统,提高了复杂工况下车辆的稳定性、动力性与经济性。

纯电动模式:开启前驱电机6,关闭发动机1,闭合锁止制动器2,闭合第一离合器7。前驱电机6直接将转矩传递至行星架8,行星架8依次通过变速器29、主减主动轮16和前桥差速器18将转矩传递至左前轮26和右前轮17。
并联模式:开启前驱电机6,开启发动机1,分离锁止制动器2,闭合第一离合器7。前驱电机6直接将转矩传递至行星架8,发动机1将转矩传递至太阳轮3,太阳轮3与行星轮4啮合将转矩传递至行星架8,实现前驱电机6与发动机1的在行星架8上的动力耦合,耦合动力依次通过变速器29、主减主动轮16和前桥差速器18将转矩传递至左前轮26和右前轮17。

开启后驱电机21,使整车系统分别实现如下各工作模式:
串联模式:开启后驱电机21驱动,开启前驱电机6发电,开启发动机1,分离锁止制动器2,闭合第一离合器7,分离第二离合器9,分离第三离合器9。发动机1将转矩传递至太阳轮3,太阳轮3与行星轮4啮合带动齿圈5转动,齿圈5转动带动前驱电机6发电并将电能储存在动力电池组中,后驱电机21依靠动力电池组的电能带动后驱电机输出齿轮22转动,并依次通过中间轴齿轮23和后桥差速器24将转矩传递至左后轮25和右后轮20,带动车辆运行。
再生制动模式:开启后驱电机21发电,开启前驱电机6发电,关闭发动机1,闭合锁止制动器2,闭合第一离合器7。当车辆滑行或者制动时,动力系统给车辆提供反向力矩,设置变速器不处于空档,则前桥的反向力矩依次经主减主动轮16、变速器29和行星架8传递至齿圈5,齿圈5的转动带动前驱电机6发电;后桥的反向力矩经中间轴齿轮23传递至后驱电机输出齿轮22,后驱电机输出齿轮22的转动带动后驱电机21发电。
纯电动驱动模式:关闭前驱电机6,关闭发动机1。后驱电机21依靠动力电池组的电能带动后驱电机输出齿轮22转动,并依次通过中间轴齿轮23、后桥差速器24将转矩传递至左后轮25和右后轮20,带动车辆运行。
在有转矩经行星架8传递至双离合器时,系统中变速器29按如下方式设置各档位:
一档:闭合第二离合器9,分离第三离合器10,拨动同步器32使一档从动轮33与从动轴15相连接;此时,变速器29工作在一档,传递至双离合器28上的转矩带动主动轴13转动,一档主档轮14与一档从档轮33相啮合,并通过同步器32将转矩传递至从动轴15,进而由主减主动轮16啮合前桥差速器18将转矩传递至前轮。
二档:分离第二离合器9,闭合第三离合器10,拨动同步器32使其处于中间位置,一档从动轮33和三档从动轮31均与从动轴15脱离;此时,变速器29工作在二档,传递至双离合器28上的转矩带动主动轴13转动,二档主档轮11与二档从档轮30相啮合,将转矩传递至从动轴15,进而由主减主动轮16啮合前桥差速器18将转矩传递至前轮。
三档:闭合第二离合器9,分离第三离合器10,拨动同步器32使三档从动轮31与从动轴15相连接;此时,变速器29工作在三档,传递至双离合器28上的转矩带动主动轴13转动,三档主档轮12与三档从动轮31相啮合,并通过同步器32将转矩传递至从动轴15,进而由主减主动轮16啮合前桥差速器18将转矩传递至前轮。
空档:分离第二离合器9,分离第三离合器10,变速器处于空档位置;此时传递至双离合器28上的转矩无法传递至前轮。
当前驱系统工作在发动机单独驱动模式、纯电动模式、并联模式和功率分流模式的任一模式下,开启后驱电机21,即可使整车系统工作在四驱模式;此时前驱系统的输出转矩通过行星排、变速器、主减速器主动轮、前桥差速器最终传递至前轮,而后驱系统的输出转矩通过后驱电机输出齿轮、中间轴齿轮、后桥差速器传递至后轮,实现四驱运行。

Claims (4)

1.一种多模式多档位四驱混合动力传动系统,包括前驱系统和后驱系统,其特征在于:
所述前驱系统包括发动机(1)、前驱电机(6)、行星排(27)、变速器(29)、主减主动轮(16)、前桥差速器(18)、左前轮(26)和右前轮(17);所述行星排(27)包括太阳轮(3)、行星轮(4)、齿圈(5)、第一离合器(7)和行星架(8);所述变速器(29)包括第二离合器(9)、第三离合器(10)、一档主动轮(14)、一档从动轮(33)、二档主动轮(11)、二档从动轮(30)、三档主动轮(12)、三档从动轮(31)和同步器(32);
所述后驱系统包括后驱电机(21)、后驱电机输出齿轮(22)、中间轴齿轮(23)、后桥差速器(24)、左后轮(25)和右后轮(20);
在所述前驱系统中,所述发动机(1)的转轴与所述行星排(27)中的所述太阳轮(3)连接,所述前驱电机(6)的转子与所述齿圈(5)连接,在所述行星架(8)与所述齿圈(5)之间设置所述第一离合器(7),在所述行星架(8)与所述主动轴(13)之间设置所述第二离合器(9),在所述行星架(8)与所述二档主动轮(11)之间设置所述第三离合器(10);由所述第二离合器(9)和所述第三离合器(9)构成双离合器(28);在所述主动轴(13)上分别固定设置所述一档主动轮(14)和所述三档主动轮(12),所述一档主动轮(14)、所述二档主动轮(11)和所述三档主动轮(12)一一对应与所述一档从动轮(33)、所述二档从动轮(30)及所述三档从动轮(31)相啮合;所述一档从动轴轮(33)与所述三档从动轮(31)可分别通过所述同步器(32)与所述从动轴(15)连接,在所述从动轴(15)上分别固定设置所述二档从动轮(30)和所述主减主动轮(16),所述主减主动轮(16)与所述前桥差速器(18)相啮合,利用所述前桥差速器(18)对所述左前轮(26)和所述右前轮(17)进行驱动;在所述发动机(1)转轴上设置有锁止制动器(2),用于锁止所述发动机(1)的转轴转动;
在所述后驱系统中,由所述后驱电机(21)驱动的所述后驱电机输出齿轮(22)与所述中间轴齿轮(23)啮合,所述中间轴齿轮(23)与所述后桥差速器(24)啮合,利用所述后桥差速器(24)对所述左后轮(25)和所述右后轮(20)进行驱动;所述前驱电机(6)和所述后驱电机(21)与动力电池组(19)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多模式多档位四驱混合动力传动系统,其特征是:
所述多模式包括:关闭后驱电机(21),使前驱系统分别实现如下各工作模式:
发动机单独驱动模式:关闭前驱电机(6),开启所述发动机(1),分离锁止制动器(2),闭合第一离合器(7);
纯电动模式:开启前驱电机(6),关闭发动机(1),闭合锁止制动器(2),闭合第一离合器(7);
并联模式:开启前驱电机(6),开启发动机(1),分离锁止制动器(2),闭合第一离合器(7);
功率分流模式:开启前驱电机(6),开启发动机(1),分离锁止制动器(2),分离第一离合器(7);
所述多模式还包括:开启后驱电机(21),使整车系统分别实现如下各工作模式:
串联模式:开启后驱电机(21)驱动,开启前驱电机(6)发电,开启发动机(1),分离锁止制动器(2),闭合第一离合器(7),分离第二离合器(9),分离第三离合器(9);
再生制动模式:开启后驱电机(21)发电,开启前驱电机(6)发电,关闭发动机(1),闭合锁止制动器(2),闭合第一离合器(7);
纯电动驱动模式:关闭前驱电机(6),关闭发动机(1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多模式多档位四驱混合动力传动系统,其特征是:所述变速器(29)按如下方式设置各档位:
一档:闭合第二离合器(9),分离第三离合器(10),拨动同步器(32)使一档从动轮(33)与从动轴(15)相连接;
二档:分离第二离合器(9),闭合第三离合器(10),拨动同步器(32)使其处于中间位置,一档从动轮(33)和三档从动轮(31)均与从动轴(15)脱离;
三档:闭合第二离合器(9),分离第三离合器(10),拨动同步器(32)使三档从动轮(31)与从动轴(15)相连接;
空档:分离第二离合器(9),分离第三离合器(10),变速器处于空档位置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多模式多档位四驱混合动力传动系统,其特征是:当前驱系统工作在发动机单独驱动模式、纯电动模式、并联模式和功率分流模式的任一模式下,开启后驱电机(21),使整车系统工作在四驱模式。
