背景技术
胆胀是指胆腑气郁，胆失通降所引起的以右胁胀痛为主要临床表现的一种疾病。胆胀多发生于40岁至65岁年龄组，女性多于男性，且以偏肥胖体型为多见。当今胆胀的发病率呈上升趋势，其原因可能与人们饮食结构的变化有关。中医药治疗本病效果较好，远期疗效尤其是减少复发的疗效更为显着。胆胀为肝胆系病证中常见的疾病。其临床表现与西医学所称的慢性胆囊炎、慢性胆管炎、胆石症等相似，临床上见有以右胁胀痛、反复发作为主症的疾病。本病以右胁胀痛为主，也可兼有刺痛、灼热痛，久病者也可表现为隐痛，常伴有脘腹胀满，恶心口苦，嗳气，善太息等胆胃气逆之症，病情重者可伴往来寒热，呕吐，右胁剧烈胀痛，痛引肩背等症。本病一般起病缓慢，多反复发作，时作时止，部分病例为急性起病。复发者多有诸如过食油腻，恼怒，劳累等诱因。好发年龄多在40岁以上。

（1）临床资料及治疗方法
以试验组治疗胆胀患者50例，与对照组50例进行比较。
诊断标准
①突然发作右上腹持续性疼痛，阵发性加重，可向右肩背部放射，常伴恶 心呕吐，可有发热、恶寒、黄疸等。常因油餐、劳累所诱发。既往有类似发作 史。
②右上腹压痛，肌紧张或反跳痛，莫菲氏征阳性，有时可触及肿大之胆囊。
③超声检查可显示胆囊增大，壁厚、胆石光团及声影。
④血白细胞及中性粒细胞计数增多。
⑤发冷，发热，纳差，腹胀。
试验组：本发明中实施例3中所述的中药药剂，每日3次，早中晚分服。连续服药10天为1个疗程；对照组：口服消炎利胆片，6片/次，3次/天，治疗10天。
对试验组及对照组患者痊愈1个月内进行回访，调查并记录胆胀病症复发情况。
（2）疗效判定标准
a）显效：治疗10天后，胆胀全部消退，其他症状消失，实验室检查恢复正常。
b）有效：治疗10天后胆胀及其他症状减轻，实验室检查有改善；
c）无效：症状无明显减轻，甚至加重。
（3）临床结果
试验组与对照组疗效比较，临床效果显示：试验组治疗胆胀患者50例，显效18例，有效30例， 无效2例， 总有效率达96%，三个月内5%的复发率，与对照组50例，显效10例，有效15例， 无效25例，50%的总有效率以及三个月内35％的复发率进行比较，明显优于对照组。说明本发明药物治疗胆胀疗效显著，药效显著、且不易复发，具有良好的推广价值。

3.一种根据权利要求1所述的用于促进胆胀康复的药剂的制备方法，其特征在于该方法包括以下步骤：
（1）将组方中各组分药物研磨粉碎筛析后混合；
（2）将步骤（1）中筛制的混合物加水煎煮2-3次、合并煎液、过滤、将虑液浓缩成55-60℃时相对密度为1.0-1.4的稠膏；
（3）将2-4份淀粉与步骤（2）中的稠膏混合均匀、制成颗粒、干燥、制成干颗粒；
（4）将步骤（3）中的干颗粒压制成片剂、包糖衣、即制成片剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于促进胆胀康复的药剂的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤（1）中药粉的细度为80-120目。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用于促进胆胀康复的药剂的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤（2）中混合物加8-10倍量水进行煎煮。
