背景技术
水果黄瓜又名无刺黄瓜,其品质鲜嫩,口味甘甜,清脆可口,且营养价值高,因此深受消费者的喜爱。水果黄瓜的食法多样,果菜兼用,适合作为鲜果、凉拌、糖渍、制干、制罐,各种食法都别有风味,在世界各地受到了越来越多的人的喜爱。
水果黄瓜能清热利水,含糖类和多种氨基酸、胡萝卜素、维生素B、C和钙、铁等矿质元素,同时还具有降血压和胆固醇作用,因此近年来水果黄瓜的发展迅速,市场的需求量也逐年增长,但传统的种植模式产量低,无法满足市场的需求,且传统的种植过程中,为了追求水果黄瓜的产量,大量使用化肥和生长激素,降低水果黄瓜的品质,影响水果黄瓜的口味,使水果黄瓜体内的营养物质含量降低,同时由于栽培管理不合理及大量化学肥料的应用,加重了水果黄瓜病虫害的危害程度,增多了其危害种类,因此需要在种植过程中超过剂量、频繁喷施农药,这样不仅投资大,而且容易产生抗药性,还污染土壤和环境,致使水果黄瓜农药残留量超标,给人民健康带来危害。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种水果黄瓜的生态栽培方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种水果黄瓜的生态栽培方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、选种:选择表面完整、健康成熟的水果黄瓜种子,将种子在30-50℃清水中浸泡8-12小时,然后将浸泡好的种子放入浸种液中浸泡1-2小时,捞出自然晾干;
(2)、配制栽培基质:所述栽培基质包括如下重量份的原料:沙土60-100份、中药渣30-50份、柠檬渣25-40份、腐植酸钾20-30份、微量元素5-10份、吸水凝胶5-10份、抗菌剂3-8份、麦饭石15-25份、生物炭10-20份、草木灰5-15份;将所述栽培基质在太阳下暴晒1-2天,然后用塑料薄膜包覆一天,待用;
(3)、播种:将步骤(1)浸种处理后的水果黄瓜种子点种在铺有步骤(2)中处理好的栽培基质的育苗床上,播后盖土2~3厘米,浇透水,置于室内,每天光照10-12小时,播种后3~4天出苗,至长出四叶一心时定植;
(4)、定植:在定植前对种植地进行深翻开沟作畦,亩施有机专用肥料500-1000公斤,然后平整土地,做成畦宽1.2-1.3米,畦高18-20厘米;按行距20-30厘米,株距30-40厘米打好穴,在穴中施入营养液,将步骤(3)中的水果黄瓜苗放入穴中填土压实,定植后浇水;
(5)、施肥管理:在开花期施加一次水果黄瓜专用肥,每亩施用300-500公斤,每隔7-10天浇一次水;结瓜后施肥要少量多次,保持土壤湿润,防止积水,遇高温干旱要及时补水;结瓜初期、根瓜开始膨大期各追施一次有机营养肥,每亩施用300-500公斤,盛果期喷施一次叶面肥;
(6)、病虫害防治:采用30%托布津可湿性粉剂500倍液或40%多菌灵可湿性粉剂800-1000倍液喷施;
(7)、采摘:当水果黄瓜长到10-15cm时即可采摘,以防坠秧,其他部位瓜的采摘也要根据瓜秧长势来掌握,及时摘除畸形瓜。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,步骤(1)中所述的浸种液按重量份包括如下组分:10-20份姜黄素、10-20份芦荟粉、10-20份马鞭草、10-15份抗坏血酸、10-15份三乙醇胺。

1、本发明栽培方法,选用配制的浸种液浸泡水果黄瓜种子,浸种液中添加姜黄素、芦荟粉、马鞭草、抗坏血酸代替传统的种子消毒液,对水果黄瓜种子具有较强的消毒作用,且安全可靠,同时还可以提高水果黄瓜种子的抗病虫害能力,提高水果黄瓜种子的发芽率和成活率,提高水果黄瓜产量。
2、本发明栽培方法在水果黄瓜不同的生长期,施用不同的肥料,所用的肥料均为生态有机肥,不仅可以提高水果黄瓜的产量,同时可以保证水果黄瓜的品质和口感;定植过程中添加的营养液,可以为水果黄瓜幼苗提供充足的养分,保证水果黄瓜幼苗的快速生长,减少水果黄瓜病虫害的发生;在结瓜初期、根瓜开始膨大期各追施一次有机营养肥,提高结果率,促进果实快速成熟,且在盛果期喷施一次叶面肥,提高水果黄瓜的营养成分含量,提高水果黄瓜体内芳香物质的含量,增加水果黄瓜的香味。
3、采用本发明栽培方法制备的水果黄瓜,口感香甜,清脆可口,营养价值高,生长周期短,病虫害少,健康无污染,种植成本低,应用前景广泛。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种水果黄瓜的生态栽培方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、选种:选择表面完整、健康成熟的水果黄瓜种子,将种子在30℃清水中浸泡12小时,然后将浸泡好的种子放入浸种液中浸泡1-2小时,捞出自然晾干;
其中,浸种液通过以下方法制备所得:将10重量份姜黄素、10重量份芦荟粉、10重量份马鞭草混合,放入水中浸泡1小时,将浸泡过的药材加水煮沸,再按重量份加入10重量份抗坏血酸、10重量份三乙醇胺,蒸煮20分钟,冷却后重复蒸煮2-3次,冷却过滤,将药液和药渣分别收集,药渣用于制备水果黄瓜种子的培养基质,药液即为所述浸种液;
(2)、配制栽培基质:所述栽培基质包括如下重量份的原料:沙土60份、中药渣30份、柠檬渣25份、腐植酸钾20份、微量元素5份、吸水凝胶5份、抗菌剂3份、麦饭石15份、生物炭10份、草木灰5份;将所述栽培基质在太阳下暴晒1-2天,然后用塑料薄膜包覆一天,待用;
(3)、播种:将步骤(1)浸种处理后的水果黄瓜种子点种在铺有步骤(2)中处理好的栽培基质的育苗床上,播后盖土2~3厘米,浇透水,置于室内,每天光照10-12小时,播种后3~4天出苗,至长出四叶一心时定植;
(4)、定植:在定植前对种植地进行深翻开沟作畦,亩施有机专用肥料500公斤,然后平整土地,做成畦宽1.2米,畦高18厘米;按行距20厘米,株距30厘米打好穴,在穴中施入营养液,将步骤(3)中的水果黄瓜苗放入穴中填土压实,定植后浇水;
其中,有机专用肥料包括如下重量份的原料:蚯蚓粪60份、氨基化膨润土40份、星星草40份、棕榈叶30份、中药渣20份、麦饭石15份、贝壳粉10份、磷矿粉10份;
营养液由吸水凝胶、丁香提取液、氨基酸、抗坏血酸按质量比为5:1:1:0.05组成;
(5)、施肥管理:在开花期施加一次水果黄瓜专用肥,每亩施用500公斤,每隔7天浇一次水;结瓜后施肥要少量多次,保持土壤湿润,防止积水,遇高温干旱要及时补水;结瓜初期、根瓜开始膨大期各追施一次有机营养肥,每亩施用300公斤,盛果期喷施一次叶面肥;
其中,水果黄瓜专用肥包括如下重量份的原料:禽畜粪60份、菠萝渣50份、艾叶40份、牡蛎粉30份、中药渣15份、土壤调理剂10份、发酵剂5份;
其中,有机营养肥包括如下重量份的原料:生物炭80份、麦麸40份、菊花根25份、磷酸二氢钙20份、木质素磺酸钠20份、微生物菌剂15份、微量元素8份、聚天冬氨酸8份、稀有金属盐3份;
其中,叶面肥包括如下重量份的原料:黄腐酸钾20份、葡萄糖20份、氨基酸15份、对羟基苯甲酸8份、钼酸钠5份;
(6)、病虫害防治:采用30%托布津可湿性粉剂500倍液喷施;
(7)、采摘:当水果黄瓜长到10-15cm时即可采摘,以防坠秧,其他部位瓜的采摘也要根据瓜秧长势来掌握,及时摘除畸形瓜。
实施例2
一种水果黄瓜的生态栽培方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、选种:选择表面完整、健康成熟的水果黄瓜种子,将种子在40℃清水中浸泡10小时,然后将浸泡好的种子放入浸种液中浸泡1-2小时,捞出自然晾干;
其中,浸种液通过以下方法制备所得:将15重量份姜黄素、15重量份芦荟粉、15重量份马鞭草混合,放入水中浸泡1-2小时,将浸泡过的药材加水煮沸,再按重量份加入12重量份抗坏血酸、12重量份三乙醇胺,蒸煮30分钟,冷却后重复蒸煮2-3次,冷却过滤,将药液和药渣分别收集,药渣用于制备水果黄瓜种子的培养基质,药液即为所述浸种液;
(2)、配制栽培基质:所述栽培基质包括如下重量份的原料:沙土80份、中药渣40份、柠檬渣30份、腐植酸钾25份、微量元素8份、吸水凝胶8份、抗菌剂5份、麦饭石20份、生物炭15份、草木灰10份;将所述栽培基质在太阳下暴晒1-2天,然后用塑料薄膜包覆一天,待用;

营养液由吸水凝胶、丁香提取液、氨基酸、抗坏血酸按质量比为8:2:1:0.1组成;
(5)、施肥管理:在开花期施加一次水果黄瓜专用肥,每亩施用400公斤,每隔7-10天浇一次水;结瓜后施肥要少量多次,保持土壤湿润,防止积水,遇高温干旱要及时补水;结瓜初期、根瓜开始膨大期各追施一次有机营养肥,每亩施用400公斤,盛果期喷施一次叶面肥;
其中,水果黄瓜专用肥包括如下重量份的原料:禽畜粪80份、菠萝渣60份、艾叶50份、牡蛎粉35份、中药渣25份、土壤调理剂15份、发酵剂8份;
其中,有机营养肥包括如下重量份的原料:生物炭90份、麦麸45份、菊花根30份、磷酸二氢钙25份、木质素磺酸钠20份、微生物菌剂15份、微量元素10份、聚天冬氨酸8份、稀有金属盐4份;
其中,叶面肥包括如下重量份的原料:黄腐酸钾30份、葡萄糖25份、氨基酸20份、对羟基苯甲酸12份、钼酸钠8份;
(6)、病虫害防治:采用30%托布津可湿性粉剂500倍液喷施;
(7)、采摘:当水果黄瓜长到10-15cm时即可采摘,以防坠秧,其他部位瓜的采摘也要根据瓜秧长势来掌握,及时摘除畸形瓜。
实施例3
一种水果黄瓜的生态栽培方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、选种:选择表面完整、健康成熟的水果黄瓜种子,将种子在50℃清水中浸泡8小时,然后将浸泡好的种子放入浸种液中浸泡1-2小时,捞出自然晾干;
其中,浸种液通过以下方法制备所得:将20重量份姜黄素、20重量份芦荟粉、20重量份马鞭草混合,放入水中浸泡1-2小时,将浸泡过的药材加水煮沸,再按重量份加入15重量份抗坏血酸、15重量份三乙醇胺,蒸煮20-40分钟,冷却后重复蒸煮2-3次,冷却过滤,将药液和药渣分别收集,药渣用于制备水果黄瓜种子的培养基质,药液即为所述浸种液;
(2)、配制栽培基质:所述栽培基质包括如下重量份的原料:沙土100份、中药渣50份、柠檬渣40份、腐植酸钾30份、微量元素10份、吸水凝胶10份、抗菌剂8份、麦饭石25份、生物炭20份、草木灰15份;将所述栽培基质在太阳下暴晒1-2天,然后用塑料薄膜包覆一天,待用;
(3)、播种:将步骤(1)浸种处理后的水果黄瓜种子点种在铺有步骤(2)中处理好的栽培基质的育苗床上,播后盖土2~3厘米,浇透水,置于室内,每天光照10-12小时,播种后3~4天出苗,至长出四叶一心时定植;
(4)、定植:在定植前对种植地进行深翻开沟作畦,亩施有机专用肥料1000公斤,然后平整土地,做成畦宽1.3米,畦高20厘米;按行距30厘米,株距40厘米打好穴,在穴中施入营养液,将步骤(3)中的黄瓜苗放入穴中填土压实,定植后浇水;
其中,有机专用肥料包括如下重量份的原料:蚯蚓粪100份、氨基化膨润土60份、星星草50份、棕榈叶40份、中药渣30份、麦饭石25份、贝壳粉20份、磷矿粉15份;
营养液由吸水凝胶、丁香提取液、氨基酸、抗坏血酸按质量比为10:2:1:0.05组成;

其中,有机营养肥包括如下重量份的原料:生物炭100份、麦麸50份、菊花根35份、磷酸二氢钙30份、木质素磺酸钠25份、微生物菌剂20份、微量元素10份、聚天冬氨酸10份、稀有金属盐5份;
其中,叶面肥包括如下重量份的原料:黄腐酸钾40份、葡萄糖30份、氨基酸25份、对羟基苯甲酸15份、钼酸钠10份;
(6)、病虫害防治:采用40%多菌灵可湿性粉剂800-1000倍液喷施;
(7)、采摘:当水果黄瓜长到10-15cm时即可采摘,以防坠秧,其他部位瓜的采摘也要根据瓜秧长势来掌握,及时摘除畸形瓜。

Claims (8)

1.一种水果黄瓜的生态栽培方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)、选种:选择表面完整、健康成熟的水果黄瓜种子,将种子在30-50℃清水中浸泡8-12小时,然后将浸泡好的种子放入浸种液中浸泡1-2小时,捞出自然晾干;
(2)、配制栽培基质:所述栽培基质包括如下重量份的原料:沙土60-100份、中药渣30-50份、柠檬渣25-40份、腐植酸钾20-30份、微量元素5-10份、吸水凝胶5-10份、抗菌剂3-8份、麦饭石15-25份、生物炭10-20份、草木灰5-15份;将所述栽培基质在太阳下暴晒1-2天,然后用塑料薄膜包覆一天,待用;
(3)、播种:将步骤(1)浸种处理后的水果黄瓜种子点种在铺有步骤(2)中处理好的栽培基质的育苗床上,播后盖土2~3厘米,浇透水,置于室内,每天光照10-12小时,播种后3~4天出苗,至长出四叶一心时定植;
(4)、定植:在定植前对种植地进行深翻开沟作畦,亩施有机专用肥料500-1000公斤,然后平整土地,做成畦宽1.2-1.3米,畦高18-20厘米;按行距20-30厘米,株距30-40厘米打好穴,在穴中施入营养液,将步骤(3)中的水果黄瓜苗放入穴中填土压实,定植后浇水;
(5)、施肥管理:在开花期施加一次水果黄瓜专用肥,每亩施用300-500公斤,每隔7-10天浇一次水;结瓜后施肥要少量多次,保持土壤湿润,防止积水,遇高温干旱要及时补水;结瓜初期、根瓜开始膨大期各追施一次有机营养肥,每亩施用300-500公斤,盛果期喷施一次叶面肥;
(6)、病虫害防治:采用30%托布津可湿性粉剂500倍液或40%多菌灵可湿性粉剂800-1000倍液喷施;
(7)、采摘:当水果黄瓜长到10-15cm时即可采摘,以防坠秧,其他部位瓜的采摘也要根据瓜秧长势来掌握,及时摘除畸形瓜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水果黄瓜的生态栽培方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的浸种液按重量份包括如下组分:10-20份姜黄素、10-20份芦荟粉、10-20份马鞭草、10-15份抗坏血酸、10-15份三乙醇胺。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水果黄瓜的生态栽培方法,其特征在于,所述浸种液通过以下方法制备所得:按重量份将姜黄素、芦荟粉、马鞭草混合,放入水中浸泡1-2小时,将浸泡过的药材加水煮沸,再按重量份加入抗坏血酸、三乙醇胺,蒸煮20-40分钟,冷却后重复蒸煮2-3次,冷却过滤,将药液和药渣分别收集,药渣用于制备水果黄瓜种子的培养基质,药液即为所述浸种液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水果黄瓜的生态栽培方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述有机专用肥料包括如下重量份的原料:蚯蚓粪60-100份、氨基化膨润土40-60份、星星草40-50份、棕榈叶30-40份、中药渣20-30份、麦饭石15-25份、贝壳粉10-20份、磷矿粉10-15份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水果黄瓜的生态栽培方法,其特征在于,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述营养液由吸水凝胶、丁香提取液、氨基酸、抗坏血酸按质量比为5-10:1-2:1:0.05-0.1组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水果黄瓜的生态栽培方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中所述水果黄瓜专用肥包括如下重量份的原料:禽畜粪60-100份、菠萝渣50-80份、艾叶40-60份、牡蛎粉30-40份、中药渣15-30份、土壤调理剂10-20份、发酵剂5-10份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水果黄瓜的生态栽培方法的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中所述有机营养肥包括如下重量份的原料:生物炭80-100份、麦麸40-50份、菊花根25-35份、磷酸二氢钙20-30份、木质素磺酸钠20-25份、微生物菌剂15-20份、微量元素8-10份、聚天冬氨酸8-10份、稀有金属盐3-5份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水果黄瓜的生态栽培方法的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中所述叶面肥包括如下重量份的原料:黄腐酸钾20-40份、葡萄糖20-30份、氨基酸15-25份、对羟基苯甲酸8-15份、钼酸钠5-10份。
