Abstract

本发明公开了一种:油液润滑转子径向浮动微间隙电机。现使用的电机由于受到电机结构及生产加工艺技术水平的限制,为防止电机转子与定子运行时产生碰擦,一般其单边间隙大于0.3毫米,由于间隙较大,磁通量减小,电机效力较低。本发明采用电机轴与转子间用花键齿、槽结合,转子通过花键齿槽配合将动力传给电机轴,同时转子又可在定子内圆柱面内随定子作径向浮动运转。为保证转子在定子内滑动运转的要求,精磨定子内圆柱面和转子外圆柱面,使其达到较高圆柱度和光洁度,其间隙在0.04‑0.1毫米之间,并在电机内部空腔加入润滑油液润滑。由于本发明大幅度减小电机转子、定子之间的磁路间隙,极大增加磁通量,提高了电机效力。

油液润滑转子径向浮动微间隙电机
一、技术领域:本发明涉及电机技术领域,属新型结构的电机。
二、背景技术:目前使用的各种电机结构上主要由定子、转子等组成,定子固定在机壳内,转子与电机轴固定装于一体,为防止电机工作时,转子与定子产生碰擦,其间必须留有适量的间隙。一般其间隙大于0.3毫米,间隙较大影响了导磁,使磁通量减小,电机机械效能下降。
三、发明内容:为克服现有电机技术的不足,本发明提供了一种:油液润滑转子径向浮动微间隙电机,该发明将电机转子与定子间的间隙减小到0.04-0.1毫米,极大提高磁通量及电机效能。本发明所采用的技术方案是:将电机转子外圆柱面和电机定子的内圆柱面精磨使其达到较高的圆柱度和表面光洁度;并且使定子内圆直径大于转子直径0.04-0.1毫米之间,电机转子与电机轴不是固装于一体,而是在轴上与转子结合的位置加工有花键齿,对应的转子结合位置加工有花键槽,转子套装在轴上由于花键齿槽存在的径向间隙使转子可随定子作径向浮动,电机工作时转子通过花键槽齿传动使电机轴旋转,在电机内部空腔加入润滑油液,电机工作时转子在定子内圆柱面滑动旋转,润滑油液在两柱面形成油膜润滑。与现有电机相比,本发明消除了电机转子、定子间的碰擦问题,减小电机磁场间隙,增加磁通量,极大地提高电机驱动效力。

五、具体实施方式:下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明:图1中,1为电机外壳,用铸钢或铝合金材料制作,其上加工有导线穿孔,加油孔,中间压装有电机定子2,两端装配电机端盖4。2为电机定子,用硅钢片加工制成,定子2压装在电机壳1内,其上绕有电机电磁线3,定子2内圆柱面经过精磨保证较高圆柱度和光滑度,转子5装入定子2内圆柱面内。3为电机电磁线圈,用漆包铜线绕制并装入电机定子2线槽内。4为电机端盖,前后共两件用铸钢或铝合金材料制成与电机壳1装配联接,轴承6及电机轴密封圈7装在其上。5为电机转子,用硅钢片作为基础材料制成,其上根据电机类型的要求装有鼠笼导体回路或永磁体,其外圆柱面精磨加工使其有较高圆柱度及光洁度,装入定子2内圆柱孔内并使两者间隙在0.04-0.1毫米之间,转子5的中心与电机轴8结合部加工有花键槽,并与轴8上花键齿相配合,能将转子5产生的旋转扭力传递给电机轴8产生旋转,同时能随定子2在其内圆柱面内浮动旋转。6为轴承,7为电机轴密封圈,各两件,装在两电机端盖4上,支承电机轴8,并密封,8为电机轴,用优质钢材加工而成,由安装在端盖4上的两端轴承6支承并密封,轴8中间与转子5接合的部位加工有花键齿,承接转子传给的扭力,输出电机产生的动力。9为电机内部空腔,电机内部空腔加入润滑油液,保证转子5外圆柱面与定子2内圆柱面之间的润滑,润滑油液可根据电机功率,扭力,转速等因素进行选择。

Claims (3)

1.油液润滑转子径向浮动微间隙电机,其特征在于:电机转子不是刚性与电机转轴合为一体,而是用花键齿、槽相结合并使转子在转动时能在定子内圆柱孔内随定子作径向浮动运转;精磨转子外圆柱面及定子内圆柱面,在电机内部空腔加注润滑油液润滑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的:油液润滑转子径向浮动微间隙电机,其特征在于:电机转子与电机轴不是固为一体,电机轴上与转子结合的位置加工有花键齿,转子中心内孔加工有花键槽,齿、槽配合使电机旋转时,转子能随定子作径向浮动运转。
3.根据权利要求1所述的,油液润滑转子径向浮动微间隙电机,其特征在于:精磨转子外圆柱面及定子内圆柱面,使其具有较高圆柱度和光洁度,其间隙在0.04-0.1毫米之间,并在电机内部空腔加注润滑油液润滑。
