Abstract

一种合口式水浪发电机,其包括与电力输送装置连接的发电机组(1)和合口部分(2),发电机组包括发电机(11),该发电机的输入轴通过联轴器(12)连接带有叶片(13)的叶片轴(14);合口部分包括用于引入水浪并传送水浪的合口(21),该合口的一端设有朝向水浪的进水口,另一端一体连通直口(23)的一端,且直口的另一端出口处设置带有叶片的叶片轴,直口内部空芯,合口和直口分别通过固定设置在水浪里的支柱(22)支撑。本发明可以将大量的海水波浪收集起来发电,也可以将其它水面的小波浪收集起来发电。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于水中波浪发电的发电机,特别是一种合口式水浪发电机。
背景技术
已有的波浪发电技术是采用在浮力筒四周安装叶片,让波浪冲击叶片下部,叶片在波浪冲击下转动,带动与浮力筒相连的发电机进行转动发电。由于波浪会随着外部天气变化发生变化,有时高,有时低,当波浪不仅打在叶片下面,同时也打在叶片上方,这样,叶片所获得转动力矩变小,使得发电机吸收能量也相应变小,发电效率相应降低,因而现有波浪发电技术只能吸收少量波浪的能量,而没有对大量波浪加以利用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提供一种能吸收大量波浪能量的合口式水浪发电机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种合口式水浪发电机,其包括与电力输送装置连接的发电机组和合口部分,发电机组包括发电机,该发电机的输入轴通过联轴器连接带有叶片的叶片轴;合口部分包括用于引水水浪并传送水浪的合口,该合口的一端设有朝向水浪的进水口,另一端一体连通直口的一端,直口的另一端出口处设置带有叶片的叶片轴,直口内部空芯,使直口流出的水直接冲击在叶片上,且合口和直口分别通过支柱支撑。
上述方案的进一步改进为,所述合口整体设置在水浪中,使直口与合口相连通,直口的尾部伸出水面。
上述方案的进一步改进为,所述叶片轴的设置位置与直口的一侧边界相平齐,这样直口出来的水只冲击到二分之一的叶片,使叶片轴的两侧受力相差较大,形成大扭矩,而使叶片轴加速旋转,从而将这种加速转动传递给发电机的输入轴,使发电机的发力效率相应提高。
上述方案的进一步改进为,所述发电机及叶片轴安装固定在支承柱上。
上述方案的进一步改进为,所述合口的另一端连通两个直口,一直口的后端出口处设置所述带叶片的叶片轴,另一直口的前端设置常闭的闸门。
上述方案的进一步改进为,所述闸门连接液压油缸的活塞杆,所述液压油缸的底部固定在直口上。
上述方案的进一步改进为,所述两个直口的前端都设置用作安全保护的闸门,且一直口的后端出口处设置所述带叶片的叶片轴。
上述方案的进一步改进为,所述两个直口的后端出口处分别设置所述带叶片的叶片轴。
上述方案的进一步改进为,所述合口的进水口上方开有槽,槽中放置闸门,且闸门与合口的顶部之间安装液压油缸。
上述方案的进一步改进为,所述合口的进水口设置多根用于阻挡较大型杂物的立柱。
上述方案的进一步改进为,所述合口的进水口设置去渣结构,该去渣结构包括挡网、扫杆、小车和轨道,挡网与合口的进水口及立柱浇铸成一体,轨道安装在合口的进水口顶部,并与挡网设置在同一垂直平面上,小车设置在轨道上并能沿轨道行驶,扫杆焊接在小车的底部。
上述方案的进一步改进为,所述合口式水浪发电机还包括风力发电机,且所述风力发电机固定安装在所述合口上。
本发明合口式水浪发电机的工作原理为:本发明合口前端进水口处横截面积大,后端直口连接处出水的横截面积小,因而能将进水口处大量低速的波浪收集到出口很小的合口尾部;由于合口的出口很小,因而其水流速度将会加快,合口末端高速水流经直口冲击与发电机的输入轴连接的叶片轴的叶片,将使发电机获得很大的能量。
由于本发明的合口可以做得足够大,因而可以将大量的海水波浪能收集起来发电,且合口的出水口横截面积小,具有提升波浪速度的作用,因而也可以将其它水面的相对较小的水波浪能收集起来发电。由于海浪无需成本,持续时间长,源源不断,使得本发明发电机可持续发电。另外,本发明在直口前端设置闸门,避免了过大海浪对发电机的损坏,使本发明的安全性能优越。本发明在合口的进水口设置立柱和去渣结构,使得较大杂物不能进入进水口,且还能对进水口进行清理,既可以隔离杂物,又可以防止杂物堵塞合口的进水口。本发明也可用于其它水域中的波浪发电。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,本发明合口式水浪发电机第一实施例包括发电机组1和合口部分2。发电机组1包括发电机11、联轴器12、叶片13、叶片轴14、轴承座15和螺母16,其中,叶片13固定安装于叶片轴14上,叶片轴14的底部经螺母16锁定,且叶片13设置于合口部分2的输出端(直口23的尾部),叶片轴14与发电机11的输入轴通过联轴器12连接固定,叶片轴14的输出端设置两个轴承座15,两轴承座15固定在合口部分1的支承柱231上。合口部分2包括合口21、支柱22和直口23,支柱22为多根,且多根支柱22的一端固定设置在水里,另一端支承在合口21的支承部位或直口23的支承部位,合口21的尾部与直口23的入口连接为一体(如图2中合口21进入直口23的孔P所示),合口21的进口端设置敞口状的进水口,且该进水口设置在水中,进水口的开口面积大,但与直口23相联的尾部出口面积小,即合口21的开口端至尾端的横截面积呈现为逐渐缩小状,合口21整体设置在水中,使直口23与合口21相连处在水中,直口23的尾部伸出水面,且直口23的尾部开口处设置叶片13,叶片轴14的设置位置与直口23的一边平齐,直口23的尾部还竖直设有支承柱231,发电机11及叶片轴14通过螺栓24固定在支承柱231上。
当水从合口21的进水口进入合口21后,从合口尾部进入直口23,再从直口23尾部的开口处出来。在此过程中,由于合口21的进水口的过水面积比较大,中间逐渐收小,直至合口21的尾部,使合口尾部的过水面积最小;当比较慢速的水进入合口21的进水口,由于进水口面积大,所以,在流量一定情况下,由于合口21尾部的出口面积(过水面积)比较小,使合口21尾部出口水的流速加大,即水流以高速进入直口23,由于直口23从头至尾的口径不变,因而这些快速流动的水直接冲击直口出口处的叶片13,叶片13带动叶片轴14转动从而带动发电机11的输入轴转动实现发电。
本发明合口式水浪发电机第二实施例如图4、图5所示,它与第一实施例不同之处在于:在合口21的尾部连接两个直口23,两个直口23的出口处分别安装用于保证安全的闸门3,闸门3上连接有液压油缸31的活塞杆,该液压油缸31的底部固定在直口23上。一直口23的出口处设置叶片13,且后面设置有叶片13的闸门3一般处于常开,而没有设置叶片13的闸门3一般处于常闭状态。。在外部水的流速比较大时,有一定压力的水进入直口23,发电机11超负荷运转时,启动液压油缸31,顶起常闭的闸门3,使合口21中的水同时从常闭闸门3的打开处流出,同时启动另一常开闸门3的液压油缸31,使常开闸门3开得小些,使装载有叶片13的直口23的水压减轻,从而保证发电机11的正常运转,实现正常发电。
本发明合口式水浪发电机第三实施例如图6所示,它与第一实施例不同之处在于:合口21的进水口处上方开有槽,槽中放置闸门3,且闸门3与合口21的顶部之间安装液压油缸31。当进入合口21的水流速度很快时,为了不使发电机因过载损坏,可通过液压油缸31将闸门3升起,从而使进入合口21的水量减少,从而达到进入直口23的水流速度不会过快,保护发电机11不被损坏。
本发明合口式水浪发电机第四实施例如图7所示,它与第一实施例不同之处在于:在合口21的进水口设置多根立柱25,这样,当水中有杂物时,立柱25能够对较大型杂物进行阻挡,防止杂物进入合口21,进而到达直口23及发电机,而使系统出现堵塞及卡死状况。本发明的进水口上还可设置去渣结构4。去渣结构4包括挡网41、扫杆42、小车43和轨道44;挡网41与合口21的进水口及立柱25浇铸成一体,轨道44安装在合口21的进水口顶部,并与挡网41设置在同一垂直平面上,小车43设置在轨道44上并沿轨道44行驶,扫杆42焊接在小车43的底部。当挡网41前方拦有许多杂物时,开动小车43,小车43行驶时,带动扫杆42在挡网41上移动,从而将杂物推出挡网41,让水快速流入;同时,也可以将杂物隔离,防止大型杂物进入合口21后,将发电机11卡死,造成设备损坏。
本发明不局限于以上几种形式,比如直口23的延伸方向不仅如上所示可以向上设置,也可进行水平或向下延伸;合口21的横截面也可为其它形状;本发明也可不设置直口23,而合口21出水口比进水口小,发电机组1直接安装在合口21上,由合口21出水口的水带动叶片13转动;合口21的开口端至尾端的横截面积相等;本发明也可在两个直口23的出口处都安装有发电机组1。
本发明的发电机组1和合口部分2都可设置为多个,可一个发电机组1配合多个合口部分2,也可一个发电机组1与一个合口部分2相配合,形成多组结构,多组结构可分层设置,也可水平并列设置。
本发明也可与风力发电机相接合而使用。

1.一种合口式水浪发电机,包括与电力输送装置连接的发电机组(1),发电机组包括发电机(11),该发电机的输入轴通过联轴器(12)连接带有叶片(13)的叶片轴(14);其特征在于还包括合口部分(2),该合口部分包括用于引入水浪并传送水浪的合口(21),该合口的一端设有朝向水浪的进水口,另一端一体连通直口(23)的一端,且直口的另一端出口处设置带有叶片的叶片轴,直口内部空芯,使直口流出的水直接冲击在叶片上,且合口和直口分别通过支柱(22)支撑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合口式水浪发电机,其特征在于,所述叶片轴的设置位置与直口的一侧边界相平齐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的合口式水浪发电机,其特征在于,所述发电机及叶片轴安装固定在支承柱(231)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的合口式水浪发电机,其特征在于,所述合口的另一端连通两个直口,一直口的后端出口处设置所述带叶片的叶片轴,另一直口的前端设置常闭的闸门(3)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的合口式水浪发电机,其特征在于,所述闸门连接液压油缸(31)的活塞杆,所述液压油缸的底部固定在直口上。
