A door and window frame is fixed on the inner peripheral convex rib 33; the periphery of the door and window frame is provided with a cornice, the cornice is attached to the inner surface of the inner peripheral convex rib and is positively fastened by a fastener to form positive pressing connection; and a sealing gasket is connected between the cornice and the inner peripheral convex rib of the door and window frame to form a positive pressing and sealing door and window frame.
In this example, taking the window sash 5 as an example, a circle of cornice 52 is vertically and outwardly provided around the window frame 51 of the window sash 5, and the cornice is positively pressed against the inner circumferential rib 33 and is connected by a fastener such as a screw.
Referring to fig. 4, the prefabricated wall panel has a filling block 36 in a plate groove 35; a space is reserved between the filling block 36 and the panel to form an air interlayer 37, and the space is 5-15 mm; the air interlayer simultaneously forms an air retarding layer, a heat insulation layer and a sound insulation layer; the inner surfaces of the panel 31 and the filling block 36 are sequentially paved with an insulating layer and a surface layer; the heat insulation layer is fixed on the filling blocks of the prefabricated wall panel through mortar and/or fasteners; the surface layer is a mortar surface layer, a cement board surface layer or a gypsum board surface layer.
When the door and window are installed, the door and window openings are correspondingly formed in the heat insulation plates, the thickness of each heat insulation plate is matched with the thickness of the door and window frame, the heat insulation plates are directly attached to the periphery of the door and window frame, and the cold bridge effect is avoided.
Referring to fig. 6, a wall structure using the composite wall panel is a building wall structure formed by mounting the composite wall panel on the outer surface of a building structure; the upper end of the combined wallboard corresponds to the upper surface of the upper-layer horizontal structure of the building structure; the lower end of the combined wallboard corresponds to the upper surface of the lower horizontal structure of the building structure; a clamping seat is pre-fixed on the upper surface of the horizontal structure; the upper ends of the combined wallboards are clamped and fixed in the corresponding clamping seats through clamping and fixing bolts 15 to form hanging connection between the combined wallboards and the building structure; the prefabricated wall panel forms a hanging wall structure.
Referring to fig. 7, the lower end of the combined wall panel is connected with the upper panel joint of the lower combined wall panel through a fastener; the upper layer wall structure and the lower layer wall structure form a same-piece parallel-connection hanging type wall structure.
The upper end nut is pre-embedded in the upper end of the inner surface of the prefabricated wall panel 3 and in the position corresponding to the vertical lower ear plate 12 of the prefabricated wall panel and the hanging piece, the upper end nut is connected with the hanging piece 1 through a bolt, or the upper end of the prefabricated wall panel is connected with an expansion bolt, and the expansion bolt is fastened with the hanging piece through the nut.
The lower end of the inner surface of the prefabricated wall board in the combined wall board is pre-embedded with a lower end nut at a position corresponding to the first connecting hole of the upper board joint, or the lower end of the prefabricated wall board is connected with an expansion bolt and fastened with the pendant through the nut.
The connection of the combined wall board and the building structure comprises pre-installation connection, three-direction independent adjustment connection and three-direction independent fixed connection.
The preassembly connection comprises the following steps:
and the clamping bolt of the parallel hanging piece of the combined wallboard is clamped in the clamping groove of the clamping seat to form preassembly connection.
The three-direction independent adjustment connection:
the combining hanging piece of the combined wallboard adjusts the inner and outer positions through the clamping seat clamping groove to form inner and outer independent adjusting connection.
The combined wallboard parallel hanging piece is adjusted in left and right positions through a sliding plate to form left and right independent adjusting connection.
The combined wallboard and the hanging piece are adjusted in the vertical direction through the clamping and fixing bolts to form vertical independent adjusting connection.
The three-way independent fixed connection:
the clamping seat is fixed on the horizontal structure to form internal and external fixed connection.
The sliding plate is welded and fixed in the clamping groove of the clamping seat to form left and right fixed connection.
The clamping bolt is fastened or welded on the transverse ear plate to form up-down fixed connection.
The construction method of the wall structure comprises an installation method, and comprises the following specific steps:
step one, fixing the combining and hanging piece 1 on the prefabricated wallboard to form the combined wallboard.
And step two, fixing the clamping seat on a horizontal structure of the building structure to form the building structure with the bearing piece.
And step three, hanging the pendant of the combined wallboard on the clamping seat of the horizontal structure to form a preassembled wall body structure.
And step four, independently adjusting the positions inside and outside, left and right, and up and down of the wallboard respectively by the combining hanging piece and the clamping seat to form a positioning wall body structure.
And step five, fixing the pendant on the clamping seat to form the fixed wallboard.
And step six, connecting the lower end of the upper wallboard to an upper board joint of the lower wall structure to form the same parallel wall structure.
The construction method also comprises a manufacturing method of the combined wallboard, and the concrete steps are as follows:
the method comprises the following steps of firstly, pouring a panel, outer circumferential ribs, inner circumferential ribs and reinforcing ribs of the prefabricated wall panel.
And step two, connecting and hanging pieces at intervals on the upper transverse section of the peripheral convex rib.
And step three, filling the filling blocks in the plate grooves.
And step four, mounting a door window on the inner circumferential convex rib.
And step five, sequentially connecting the heat-insulating layer and the surface layer on the inner surface of the panel.
Claims (13)
1. A wall structure formed by applying combined wallboards is characterized in that:
the combined wallboard is a combined component formed by fixing the parallel hanging piece (1) on the prefabricated wallboard (3);
at least 2 parallel hanging pieces are fixed at the upper end of the inner surface of the prefabricated wall board at intervals;
the vertical lower ear plate (12) of the combining and hanging piece (1) is attached and fixed to the upper end of the inner surface of the prefabricated wall plate to form a plate joint;
the vertical upper ear plate (11) of the combining and hanging piece (1) vertically protrudes out of the upper end of the prefabricated wall plate to form an upper plate joint;
the transverse ear plate (13) of the combining and hanging piece (1) horizontally protrudes out of the inner surface of the prefabricated wall board to form a structural joint;
the combining and hanging piece (1) is a transition connecting piece between the prefabricated wall board and the building structure;
the combining and hanging piece (1) is a transverse T-shaped metal machined part and comprises an upper vertical lug plate (11), a lower vertical lug plate (12) and a transverse lug plate (13) which is positioned between the upper vertical lug plate and the lower vertical lug plate and horizontally protrudes out of the inner sides of the upper vertical lug plate and the lower vertical lug plate;
the vertical upper lug plate (11) is provided with at least one first connecting hole (16) to form an upper plate joint;
at least two second connecting holes (17) are formed in the vertical lower ear plate (12) to form a plate joint;
a clamping bolt (15) is vertically and threadedly connected to the transverse lug plate (13) to form a structural joint;
the combining and hanging piece forms a three-joint integrated combining and hanging piece with a board joint, an upper board joint and a structural joint;
the wall structure is a building envelope structure formed by installing a combined wallboard on the outer surface of a building structure;
a clamping seat is pre-fixed on the upper surface of the horizontal structure of the building structure;
the upper ends of the combined wallboards are clamped and fixed in the corresponding clamping seats through clamping and fixing bolts (15) to form hanging connection between the combined wallboards and the building structure;
the prefabricated wall board forms a hanging wall structure arranged on a building structure;
the wall structure further comprises a sealing structure;
when the wall structure is composed of more than two wallboards, namely an upper wallboard, a lower wallboard or a left wallboard and a right wallboard, a sealing structure is arranged between the two wallboards; which comprises the following steps:
a, clamping grooves are formed in the side surfaces of the periphery of the prefabricated wall board;
b, clamping a sealing strip with a cross section in a groined shape in a clamping groove between the two wallboards;
c, the upper, lower, left and right sealing strips form a cross-shaped combined sealing structure at the corner of the wallboard and are connected with each other by a cross-shaped joint with the same cross section as the sealing strips;
a diversion type press-fixing seal is formed between the two wallboards;
the wall plate structure forms a diversion type pressing and sealing wall structure.
2. The composite wallboard of claim 1, wherein:
the end part of the clamping bolt (15) of the combining and hanging piece is clamped on the clamping seat (2) to form hanging type structural connection;
the clamping seat (2) is a metal accessory with a clamping groove (21);
when the clamping groove is internally provided with the sliding plate (22), the sliding plate is provided with a positioning hole which penetrates through the clamping and fixing bolt, and the lower end of the clamping and fixing bolt is clamped and fixed in the positioning hole;
the parallel hanging piece forms a clamping pre-installation connection parallel hanging piece;
when the clamping seat is horizontally pre-positioned by the clamping groove, the pre-positioned inner and outer hanging piece is formed.
3. The composite wall panel of claim 2, wherein:
the inside and outside positions of the parallel hanging piece are adjusted and connected inside and outside the clamping groove of the clamping seat to form an inside and outside independent adjusting parallel hanging piece;
the parallel hanging piece is used for regulating the left and right positions of connection in a left and right sliding manner in the clamping seat by clamping and fixing bolts to form a left and right independent regulation parallel hanging piece;
the parallel hanging piece is rotatably adjusted to be connected with the upper position and the lower position through the clamping and fixing bolt, and the vertical independent adjustment parallel hanging piece is formed.
4. The composite wallboard of claim 1, wherein:
the first connecting hole of the upper plate joint of the parallel hanging piece is an enlarged connecting hole and is pre-tightened and fixedly connected by a bolt with a positioning pad; then, the positioning pad is additionally welded and fixedly connected with the upper plate joint to form adjustable bolt connection;
the second connecting hole (17) of the vertical lower lug plate is a connecting hole with the same diameter as the connecting bolt to form a fixed connecting hole, and when the vertical lower lug plate is connected by the bolt, the fixed connection is formed;
the transverse lug plate (13) is correspondingly provided with a threaded connecting hole or a nut for screwing and clamping the bolt.
5. The composite wallboard of claim 1, wherein:
the prefabricated wall panel (3) is a groove-shaped wall panel and comprises a panel (31), peripheral convex ribs (32) which are annularly arranged on the periphery of the inner surface of the panel and reinforcing convex ribs (34) which are arranged in the peripheral convex ribs, wherein a plate groove (35) is formed by enclosing the panel (31), the peripheral convex ribs (32) and the reinforcing convex ribs (34);
the parallel hanging piece is fixed on the transverse convex rib at the upper end of the peripheral convex rib.
6. The composite wallboard of claim 5, wherein:
the prefabricated wall plate (3) is provided with a door and window hole, and the periphery of the door and window hole is provided with an inner peripheral convex rib (33);
and reinforcing ribs (34) are arranged between the inner circumferential ribs (33) and the outer circumferential ribs (32).
7. The composite wallboard of claim 6, wherein:
a door and window frame is fixed on the inner peripheral convex rib (33);
the periphery of the door and window frame is provided with a cornice, the cornice is attached to the inner surface of the inner peripheral convex rib and is positively fastened by a fastener to form positive pressing connection;
and a sealing gasket is connected between the cornice and the inner peripheral convex rib of the door and window frame to form a positive pressing and sealing door and window frame.
8. The composite wall panel of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein:
a filling block (36) is arranged in a plate groove (35) of the prefabricated wall plate;
when the air interlayer (37) is arranged between the filling block (36) and the panel, the air interlayer simultaneously forms an air retarding layer, a heat insulation layer and a sound insulation layer.
9. The composite wall panel of claim 8, wherein:
the inner surface of the filling block (36) is sequentially paved with an insulating layer and a surface layer;
the heat-insulating layer is fixed on the surface of the filling block through mortar and/or fasteners;
the surface layer is a mortar surface layer, a cement board surface layer or a gypsum board surface layer.
10. The wall structure of claim 1, wherein:
the lower end of the combined wallboard is connected with an upper plate joint of the lower combined wallboard through a fastener;
the upper wall structure and the lower wall structure form a same-piece parallel-connection hanging wall structure.
11. The wall structure of claim 1, wherein:
the connection of the combined wall board and the building structure comprises pre-hanging connection, three-way independent adjusting connection and three-way independent fixed connection; wherein:
a, pre-hanging connection:
the combined wallboard is clamped in the clamping groove of the clamping seat through a clamping and fixing bolt of the parallel hanging piece to form pre-hanging connection of the combined wallboard;
b, the three-way independent adjusting connection:
the combining and hanging piece of the combined wallboard adjusts the internal and external positions of the wallboard through the clamping seat clamping groove to form internal and external independent adjusting connection;
the combined wallboard is hung to adjust the left and right positions of the wallboard through a sliding plate to form left and right independent adjusting connection;
the combined wallboard and the hanging piece adjust the upper and lower positions of the wallboard by clamping and fixing bolts to form independent up-and-down adjusting connection;
c, independently and fixedly connecting the three directions:
the combined wallboard is fixed on the horizontal structure in advance through a clamping seat to form internal and external pre-fixed connection;
the combined wallboard is welded and fixed in the clamping groove of the clamping seat by a sliding plate to form left and right fixed connection;
the combined wallboard is fastened or welded on the clamping seat through a clamping and fixing bolt to form upper and lower fixed connection.
12. A method of constructing a wall structure according to any one of claims 1 to 11, comprising the steps of:
fixing a merging hanging piece (1) on a prefabricated wallboard to form a combined wallboard;
fixing the clamping seat on the upper surface of the horizontal structure of the building structure to form the building structure with the clamping seat;
hanging the combined wallboard on a clamping seat of the horizontal structure by a parallel hanging piece to form a pre-hung wall body structure;
step four, independently adjusting the positions inside and outside, left and right, and up and down of the wallboard respectively by the parallel hanging piece and the clamping seat to form a positioning wall structure;
and step five, fixing the pendant on the clamping seat to form a fixed wallboard structure.
13. The construction method according to claim 12, wherein:
and step six, connecting the lower end of the upper wallboard to an upper board joint of the lower wall structure to form the same parallel wall structure.
