Abstract
本发明涉及一种井筒工作液用套管防磨剂,包括以下重量份的组分:改性植物类油60~80份;乳化剂12~20份;硅脂膏3~5份;悬浮剂2~5份;二硫化钼5~10份;弹性石墨5~10份;消泡剂1~3份;杀菌剂1~3份。本发明的主要成分是植物油,在高温高压条件下进行磺化改性,再与其它添加剂进行充分混拌,可添加至钻井液、修井液、钻塞液等水基或油基的井筒工作液中,有效提高井筒工作液的润滑性,提高井筒内套管内壁抗磨性,降低钻具在施工过程中对套管的磨损,特别是在高全角变化率井段或套管轻微变形的情况下起到套管保护的作用,并具有抗高温高压的特性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及石油工程化学剂技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种井筒工作液用套管防磨剂。
背景技术
目前钻井套管保护主要采用在钻具上添加机械式防磨器(防磨接头、防磨套等)或在井筒工作液中加入具有润滑、防磨效果的化学添加剂两种方法。
在井下施工过程中,由于井眼轨迹的全角变化率大(如大斜度定向井和水平井的造斜段),或套管受地应力而轻微变形,造成井下钻具在钻井施工过程中频繁刮削、磨损套管,容易对套管造成永久性伤害,当伤害达到一定程度后,套管破损或承压能力下降,将直接导致一系列井筒复杂情况发生,既不利于钻井施工也不利于后期大规模压裂改造。在井筒工作液中添加一些具有润滑性的添加剂一方面可以有效帮助钻井施工顺利进行,同时也具有一定的套管保护效果。但大多数润滑剂对套管防磨保护作用有限,其功能只是进一步提高井筒工作液的极压润滑系数或泥饼粘滞系数,不具备在高径向压力造成的高负载条件下对套管的保护性能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种井筒工作液用套管防磨剂,可添加至钻井液、修井液、钻塞液等水基或油基的井筒工作液中,起到套管保护的作用,并具有抗高温耐高压的特性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种井筒工作液用套管防磨剂,包括以下重量份的组分:
上述方案中,所述改性植物油包括豆油、亚麻油、蓖麻油、菜子油中的一种或几种,其改性方法为:取一定量的植物油和一定量的硫化剂,植物油和硫化剂摩尔比在1:1.7~1:2.3之间,搅拌升温至140~190℃之间某温度恒温反应3~5h;降温至65℃,加入甲醇和催化剂继续反应2h,出料过滤并加碱中和,用分液装置取上层油体得改性植物油。
上述方案中,所述乳化剂包括油酸、失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、硬脂酸丁酯和十二烷基苯磺酸钙盐中的一种或几种,以阴离子乳化剂为主,非离子型乳化剂为辅。
上述方案中,所述硅脂膏为高分子聚有机硅氧烷。
上述方案中,所述二硫化钼和弹性石墨比例在1:1~2:1之间。
上述方案中,所述二硫化钼和弹性石墨粒径在500~1200目之间。
实施本发明的井筒工作液用套管防磨剂,具有以下有益效果:
本发明井筒工作液用套管防磨剂可用于以水或柴油为基液的井筒工作液中,在井内循环过程中在套管内壁上形成致密的防护膜,固相和液相防磨材料能在钻具和套管之间形成多套保护层,其中,弹性石墨和二硫化钼为第一级固体润滑材料,因其固有的润滑特性,可在两摩擦界面之间起到滚动和滑动摩擦,提高润滑性,降低管柱磨损,一定量的硅酯可起到短暂固定和分散固体润滑剂的效果,提高固体润滑剂的作用时间并增加其在摩擦界面之间的作用时间;当正压力增加,摩擦界面间距降低,弹性石墨和二硫化钼固体润滑剂无法进入摩擦界面或在摩擦过程中被挤出界面间隙后,硅脂成分成为第二级润滑材料,除了其在摩擦界面良好的润滑性外,优秀的导热性能可分散摩擦点摩擦产生的热量,降低摩擦点温度,避免金属升温而导致强度降低从而被磨损破坏的情况;当摩擦界面正压力进一步增加后,改性植物油为第三级润滑,以其硫类极压润滑剂的特点起到提高润滑性,避免摩擦界面干摩现象的发生,同时二硫化目和弹性石墨与改性植物油之间有良好吸附性,能同时吸附在金属表面提高金属表面吸附膜厚度,硅脂的导热性,能降低摩擦面温度,避免或减缓吸附膜热脱附,进一步提高吸附膜的对金属的保护效果,当吸附膜滑被脱附破坏后,硫类氧化物层或表面反应膜进入接触阶段,为下一步的微接触提供保护,减小了摩擦和磨损速率。以上为井筒工作液用套管防摩剂各成分协同作用原理。

实施例1
在反应釜中按质量百分比加入如下成分:65%磺化蓖麻油,3%油酸,7%失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯,3%硬脂酸丁酯,2%十二烷基苯磺酸钙盐,4%硅脂膏,2%悬浮剂,5%1200目二硫化钼,5%800目弹性石墨,1%消泡剂,1%杀菌剂,在50r/min钻速下搅拌2小时,混合均匀后可得到本发明的井筒工作液用套管防磨保护剂。
该井筒工作液用套管防磨保护剂可抗温150℃,适用于1.5~2.0g/cm3密度的井筒工作液中。
实施例2
在反应釜中按质量百分比加入如下成分:55%磺化菜籽油,3%油酸,13%失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯,10%硅脂膏,2%悬浮剂,10%1200目二硫化钼,5%800目弹性石墨,2%消泡剂,2%杀菌剂,在50r/min钻速下搅拌2小时,混合均匀后可得到本发明的井筒工作液用套管防磨保护剂。
该井筒工作液用套管防磨保护剂可抗温170℃,适用于1.2~1.6g/cm3密度的井筒工作液中。
实施例3
在反应釜中按质量百分比加入如下成分:70%磺化大豆油,6%失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯,2%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,7%硅脂膏,2%悬浮剂,5%1200目二硫化钼,5%800目弹性石墨,3%消泡剂,2%杀菌剂,在50r/min钻速下搅拌2小时,混合均匀后可得到本发明的井筒工作液用套管防磨保护剂。
该井筒工作液用套管防磨保护剂可抗温170℃,适用于1.5~2.3g/cm3密度的井筒工作液中。
