Abstract
本发明公开了用于充气帐篷的PVC防水涂覆材料,所述PVC防水涂覆材料的原料组成按重量份配比为:PVC树脂60~80份,脂环族环氧树脂30~50份,环氧大豆油15~30份,柠檬酸三正丁酯10~25份,硫酸镁15~35份,云母粘接硅树脂8~20份,硫醇锑5~15份,抗氧化剂8~25份。本发明通过优化组分配方,提供的PVC防水涂层,使用时只需涂覆0.3~0.5mm厚度,具有良好的防水性能、抗紫外线老化性能、耐磨性能,且120℃热老化240h后未出现涂层脱落情况,附着力好,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC防水材料,具体涉及一种用于充气帐篷的PVC防水涂覆材料。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯(PVC)是人造聚合物中最重要且使用最普遍的一种,主要是因为它具有很大的变异性,在制造PVC产品的过程中可配合不同的用途和需要,加入各种可塑剂及添加剂来改变其物理和化学性质。PVC的最大特征为添加液状可塑剂后,玻璃化转变温度就会开始下降,因可塑化可制备得到半硬质至软质具有广泛弹性率的材料,这是软质聚氯乙烯具实用性的原因。现有的PVC防水充气面料广泛应用于气胀式救生衣、防化服、氧气袋、充气垫、空气床、充气帐篷、安全气囊、气垫船及防水透湿高档衣料等领域,且其一般由基布和贴合在基布一侧的PVC膜组成。尤其是用于充气帐篷使用时,需要具有良好的抗氧化作用,但现有的充气帐篷面料只设置一层PVC膜来,抗氧化效果较差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:现有的充气帐篷面料只设置一层PVC膜来,抗氧化效果较差,本发明提供了解决上述问题的用于充气帐篷的PVC防水涂覆材料。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
用于充气帐篷的PVC防水涂覆材料,所述PVC防水涂覆材料的原料组成按重量份配比为:
PVC树脂60~80份,脂环族环氧树脂30~50份,环氧大豆油15~30份,柠檬酸三正丁酯10~25份,硫酸镁15~35份,云母粘接硅树脂8~20份,硫醇锑5~15份,抗氧化剂 8~25份。
优选地,所述PVC防水涂覆材料的原料组成按重量份配比为:
PVC树脂65~75份,脂环族环氧树脂35~45份,环氧大豆油18~26份,柠檬酸三正丁酯14~22份,硫酸镁20~30份,云母粘接硅树脂12~18份,硫醇锑8~12份,抗氧化剂 15~22份。
优选地,所述PVC防水涂覆材料的原料组成按重量份配比为:
PVC树脂70份,脂环族环氧树脂40份,环氧大豆油22份,柠檬酸三正丁酯18份,硫酸镁25份,云母粘接硅树脂15份,硫醇锑10份,抗氧化剂18份。
优选地,所述抗氧化剂的原料组成为烷基取代咪唑啉、氨基甲酸酯和N’-N-二苯基对苯二胺的混合物。
优选地,所述抗氧化剂中烷基取代咪唑啉、氨基甲酸酯和N’-N-二苯基对苯二胺的质量比为1:1.3:2~1:2.2:5.5。
本发明具有如下的优点和有益效果:
本发明通过优化组分配方,提供的PVC防水涂层,使用时只需涂覆0.3~0.5mm厚度,具有良好的防水性能、抗紫外线老化性能、耐磨性能,且120℃热老化240h后未出现涂层脱落情况,附着力好,使用寿命长。

实施例1
本发明提供了一种用于充气帐篷的PVC防水涂覆材料,所述PVC防水涂覆材料的原料组成按重量份配比为:PVC树脂60~80份,脂环族环氧树脂30~50份,环氧大豆油15~30份,柠檬酸三正丁酯10~25份,硫酸镁15~35份,云母粘接硅树脂8~20份,硫醇锑5~ 15份,抗氧化剂8~25份。所述抗氧化剂的原料组成为烷基取代咪唑啉、氨基甲酸酯和N’-N-二苯基对苯二胺的混合物,且烷基取代咪唑啉、氨基甲酸酯和N’-N-二苯基对苯二胺的质量比为1:1.3:2~1:2.2:5.5。

本发明提供了一种用于充气帐篷的PVC防水涂覆材料,所述PVC防水涂覆材料的原料组成按重量份配比为:PVC树脂70份,脂环族环氧树脂40份,环氧大豆油22份,柠檬酸三正丁酯18份,硫酸镁25份,云母粘接硅树脂15份,硫醇锑10份,抗氧化剂18份。所述抗氧化剂的原料组成为烷基取代咪唑啉、氨基甲酸酯和N’-N-二苯基对苯二胺的混合物,且烷基取代咪唑啉、氨基甲酸酯和N’-N-二苯基对苯二胺的质量比为1:1.3:2~1:2.2:5.5。

PVC树脂60~80份,脂环族环氧树脂30~50份,环氧大豆油15~30份,柠檬酸三正丁酯10~25份,硫酸镁15~35份,云母粘接硅树脂8~20份,硫醇锑5~15份,抗氧化剂8~25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于充气帐篷的PVC防水涂覆材料,其特征在于,所述PVC防水涂覆材料的原料组成按重量份配比为:
PVC树脂65~75份,脂环族环氧树脂35~45份,环氧大豆油18~26份,柠檬酸三正丁酯14~22份,硫酸镁20~30份,云母粘接硅树脂12~18份,硫醇锑8~12份,抗氧化剂15~22份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于充气帐篷的PVC防水涂覆材料,其特征在于,所述PVC防水涂覆材料的原料组成按重量份配比为:

4.根据权利要求1所述的用于充气帐篷的PVC防水涂覆材料,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂的原料组成为烷基取代咪唑啉、氨基甲酸酯和N’-N-二苯基对苯二胺的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于充气帐篷的PVC防水涂覆材料,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂中烷基取代咪唑啉、氨基甲酸酯和N’-N-二苯基对苯二胺的质量比为1:1.3:2~1:2.2:5.5。
