Abstract
The invention discloses a hydrophobic stone-like paint and a preparation method thereof. The hydrophobic real stone paint comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-65 parts of natural colored sand, 15-30 parts of polymer emulsion, 1-1.5 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.1-0.2 part of zinc naphthenate, 0.1-0.2 part of dibutyltin dilaurate, 1-3 parts of an auxiliary agent, 20-30 parts of organic polysilazane and 15-20 parts of water. The hydrophobic stone-like paint has excellent water resistance and washing resistance, the surface of the coating is compact, the adhesion with a base material is strong, the coating does not crack or fall off after being used at high temperature for a long time, the corrosion resistance is realized, the hydrophobic performance is good, the hardness and the strength are higher, and the phenomenon that the stone-like paint is whitened when meeting water can be effectively avoided.

Background
With the development of society, people pay more attention to the decorative performance of the paint while paying attention to the environmental protection performance of the building paint, so that the vigorous development of emulsion paint, real stone paint, texture paint, granite paint and multicolor paint is promoted. However, the corrosion and pollution of the coating surface become more and more serious due to the increased environmental pollution and frequent acid rain.
